Happy Halloween~!

Hope everyone’s having fun with your favs tonight! This entire month has been a blast and it’s made us all so happy to see everyone having fun with the Tricks and Treats going around. We’re still blown away by the sheer number of submissions there was! (Thank goodness I asked some friends to help moderate this time around;; ) There’s been so many fun ideas and cute gifts, but we’ve picked out a few we thought deserved some prizes~!

Hallow’s Eve Has No Law

Summary: She just couldn’t stand to watch the two that she loved waste away any longer. So she took whatever chances she could. 

Author’s Note: Okay, this is a bit of a sadder, far more painful writing for the @spookyselfship prompt of ‘Hallow’s Eve’. I blame a certain friend for giving me the tools that grew into this idea. Time.

It was something that Chrysi Solstice never had enough of—something that she would never get enough of, no matter what she did. And she knew that what little she had, she had to ration out to best get something out of her brief life.

It was something that slipped between her fingers like a fine gold sand, something that disappeared like a wisp of fog under the full blaze of the sun, something that ran off like a startled rabbit.

It was something that she had figured would be given to all those that weren’t her would have, even after hers had run out.

But when she saw what clung to her boyfriend (boyfriends?) as a dark cloud, a treacherous shadow, a burningly black omen, she realized that she could very well lose someone in her very own brief lifetime. And that terrified the hell out of her.

Hi im gia and i stan the absolute worst have fun reading a fic where Junko Enoshima and Invader Zim interact kinda. I had no clue where this story was going and it ended up being about opening up and trusting others lmao. Also I found another common trait with my f/os: deep seeded trust issues. This is set in the Torn Fabric AU and is @spookyselfship‘s last prompt- All Hallows Eve.

I’ve been getting back into Hunter x Hunter lately and I wanted to give it some well-deserved attention. I also happened to watch Hocus Pocus so the result was this: Hocus Pocus AU with the Adultrio as the Sandersons. Also Dangan Ronpa is thrown in because why not?

300 years ago, it is said that three warlocks walked the earth, the Sanderson Brothers, despite their title the trio weren’t related by blood, rather they were bonded together by a pact with the Lucifer. Chrollo Sanderson, the eldest, owned a book that belonged to the devil himself and along with his two ‘brothers’, Hisoka and Illumi, they stole the souls of the Salem children to keep themselves looking young. That was until the Autumn of 1693, when the brothers were hanged, charged with the murder of Killua and Alluka Zoldyck, Illumi’s own blood brother and sister. Before they were hanged however, the brothers left a curse on the town, in 300 years a virgin would light the black flame candle and revive them from their graves. According to the legend, their home, now a museum, is haunted by a cat white as snow, a guardian spirit that would protect the candle from being lit.

week 4: all hallow’s eve, or rather, chaldea’s halloween party, where shakespeare tried to chug an entire bowl of punch in one sitting and hamilton tried to stab herself twenty-three times purely because they went as romeo and juliet. however, nobody ended up dead, and I don’t think they wanted anyone to end up dead. (also: andersen and ana’s commentary sgdinghn)

i wanted to try doing something a bit different for the last week of the @spookyselfship event, so with this so i guess i kinda made it like a “scrapbook”? like someone took a copy of Romeo and Juliet and taped polaroids all over it. it’s canon that anastasia likes photography.
