How to Ping

For future reference, to track a person's IP 1. Open the terminal (for Mac, in the utilities folder) or go to start, accessories, command counsel. 2. Type "Ping [URL]" (ex. - "Ping Facebook.com.") 3. You can use certain websites (just google "IP lookup") to look up their IPS (Internet Service Provider) and geographical location. You can use this to make sure that someone who has multiple accounts can't harass you on all of them. Just ping their URL and you'll know right away!

Not to defend nyamochi, BUT - instead of asking someone to LEAVE, just ask them to change their BEHAVIOR. The tumblr staff will decide if she can stay or leave. You have no right to tell anyone to leave. It's not very nice. :/
