hello everyone, due to some things in my personal life i’m taking a hiatus from this blog, i’m sorry to those looking forward to special october content or requests opening up again, i just have a lot going on and i put a lot of pressure on myself to do a good job with this blog. right now that pressure is too much for me to handle. i can’t say when i’ll be able to come back but i will, in the meantime take care xoxoxoxoxox

He popped open a button in the very center, let Adam’s belly pool through the gap, and slid his fingertips over the pillowy arch of it, tucking them into the gap between the buttons of his shirt. Ronan was very still and in control, but only just. Adam could feel little tremors in his fingertips, wracked with nervous energy.

time is meaningless.

which means if i have one (1) thing that i need to do, my brain has to block the entire day out for it.

which means that even if it’s technically a “day off” if i have one (1) important obligation–even if it’s only gonna take like 2 hours out of hte day–my brain doesn’t count it as a “day off” so i don’t actually get to use it to decompress from everything else

which is how i end up going weeks or months without having a “day off” that my brain will register as such so my stress levels just keep compounding, and my energy levels keep plummeting, and it’s hell on earth is what it is

Why are “naturally thin” and “born with a fast metabolism” totally acceptable explanations for weight, but “naturally fat” and “born with a slow metabolism” seen as “excuses” for “laziness/irresponsibility/greediness”?

Answer: ignorance, fat stigma and discrimination.
