After a week of graduating high school, I feel so empty? Like I dunno, I just realized I have nothing interesting about me & everything about me only revolves around school.

My whole ass personality completely consisted of "crying over schoolwork" & "I did this & that in this assignment" & I just became like that one person in class that you just ask about my input over school-related shit. One week made me realize that I never talked about anything to people besides school stuff & it's not like I was an outcast or anything (my classmates & friends always spoke to me & I wasn't left out even with friend groups I've never interacted with). I know more about my classmates & friends than they know about me & I don't know how to feel about that.

This is the reason why people ask influencers or celebrities to speak up. We're not expecting them to overthrow the government or give all their money to charities, we're just asking them to use their platform to speak up (Like, even if the person donates a dollar, having 600k+ people donate is such a huge difference). Even if these celebs are just doing it for fame, it atleast helps the people in Palestine.

Do you know anything i can donate to for palestine that's not the gofundmes because the idea of having to choose who needs my money more is just. scary to me they all need it 3: maybe there's a thing that splits/distributes money evenly???? idk but help would be appreciated

Gazafunds actually deals with this anxiety and makes a decision for you if you want. Their home page has a spotlighted fundraiser and the code consider things like how close the gfm is to finishing, when the most recent donation is, etc. So it's randomized to help as many people as possible.

There's also @helpgazachildren which if you donate, you can help multiple people at once since it's a whole mutual aid fund, or at least close to it. Hussam distributes money to people who need it when he's asked.

it's funny when my sister shows me videos of a few pro-Palestinian protesters calling for the death of all Jews and saying that they love death. I've seen hundreds of videos of pro-Palestinian protesters being peaceful and actually treating people with kindness. All videos of Palestinian activists have no trace of antisemitism.

yet, whenever I see a video of a pro-Israeli activist or someone protesting for Israel, there's always hate. I have seen videos of nine and ten-year-old children saying that they wanted to kill the arab child they met and how they want to make all Arabs their slaves.

every single video I have seen of an Israeli official speaking about the genocide has nothing but hateful and disgusting things to say.

the double standard is real. it is real and it is very much still present in today's world.

one video, just one video, of a pro-Palestinian person who says they wish all Jews were dead can outweigh the millions of other activists who know that Judaism and Zionism are fundamentally different and cannot be correlated.

yt no matter how many videos of Israelis and Zionists being hateful come up, people will never say anything.
