I’m really into the idea currently of a guy being like the active sexual part and fucking me like crazy, and hard and intensely but from this extremely submissive mindset. Like he’s fucking me within an inch of my life but looks into my face for any sign of approval and pauses and looks at me with that dog-like expression - to which I then pet his head and tell him “Good dog, good job, that’s exactly how it’s done, now keep going” and he looks at me with this big idiotic submissive smile and keeps fucking into me. Like currently really into the idea of the guy doing all the work sexually, being almost physically domineering with it but him mentally being like so fucking submissive about it at the same time.

Stuffing Prep and Aftercare
Ok, so after posting my stuffing videos @ihatemakingusernames suggested I make a guide on how I prepare and take care of my stuff after eating over 30k calories in a day. Keep in mind I do my stuffing by myself, so if you have a feedist partner or feeder to help you, adjust this advice as needed. Buckle up!
Prep:
Don't try to eat more than 10K in a day unless you have done some prep work! It is totally possible you will make yourself sick, cause stomach damage, vomit, and have GI issues. You have to build up to 10k, 20k, and 30k, it's not a short journey. It took me 3 years of stuffing and training my body to get to the point of being able to handle 30K calories in 18 hours and still function the next day.
The week before your stuffing slowly start upping your stomach capacity. Water bloats are a relatively safe and GI-friendly way to bloat. The goal is to stretch out your stomach muscles and abdominal muscles so that when you pack in pounds and pounds of food it can all fit.
Plan your food and day! I cannot stress this enough, have a plan of what you will eat, when, and what your day looks like. Sitting all day and eating will make getting it all down that much harder. Plan a few walks. .5 to 1 mile at a nice steady pace, take a swim to relieve pressure, weight lifting can be a great low-intensity way to keep your hunger going or take a nap. Planning and pacing are key if you want to reach an absurd amount of food in a day. I typically plan 4 or 5 large meals and get snacks for hunger pangs between meals, you won't be eating non-stop for hours, it's not realistic.
Be ready to drink a lot of water. It's fun to think you can drink soda or shakes all day, but your body, stomach, and GI tract need water to function. Eat some meals with just water, or for every bit of soda, juice, shake, whatever, have water!
Wear comfortable clothes! While it's a nice thought to stuff all day in tight clothing, it can severely hinder your capacity to eat. Shorts, tank tops, sweats, large sweaters, or nothing if you want, are all good ways to keep you comfy and stuffing.
Be ok with stopping if you feel ill or in a lot of pain. It might be depressing to not meet your goal for that day, but you have one body and if you push yourself too far things can go bad quickly.
After Care:
If possible, take the day after off of work or other social responsibilities. Your body is going to be confused, in pain, struggling to digest all that food. If you can’t take a personal day, do not overwork your body, unless you can handle it. I work out 5 days a week and have been stuffing for over 10 years, so I know my body's limits.
You will use the bathroom a lot, like a lot! Your body is going to want to get rid of all of that food quickly, and the pressure from it can cause a need to defecate. It's normal, gross but hey you did eat 20k to 30k calories in a day. I recommend wet wipes with aloe to help reduce any irritation, drink lots of water for 2 or 3 days to help pass all of that food, and exercise. Exercise, like walking, helps your body burn energy and speed up the metabolic process. It also works your abdominal muscles which in turn makes defecating easier.
You may have little to no appetite the next day or two. Your body is going to think you are starving if you ate that much and may not send any signals for hunger. You won't starve or fuck your body up by not eating, considering you had enough calories or a week or more, so do not push yourself. Drink lots of water, eat small portions (apple and orange slices are my favorite), try a hot tea for some caffeine, and let your body catch up.
Hot compresses and lotions will help with cramping and indigestion. An electric hot pad or hot compress for 15 minutes will help relax muscles which in turn reduces a lot of pain. Invest in CBD lotions which can relax muscles, and rubbing your stomach/abdomen will provide a nice relaxing distraction while you go about your day.
Take a nap, your body is doing a lot of work. Fatigue is common after stuffing, your body's working overtime to digest and process all the food! You will feel lethargic, fatigue quicker, and have less energy to do things. Some people confuse this with depression or post stuffing clarity. I have found more often than not it's just a sudden lack of energy or fatigue you are not used to. You could be depressed, but I am lard ass not a doctor lol
I am sure other people have tips or tricks, so feel free to add to this list good stuffing!
