- homemade smoothie & a rice cake (just fruit nd water) max 150cals! {pre workout snack}
- cinnamon & honey water max 60cals(?) she's so ugly but i love her (hot water btw)

cute update: gained a few pounds over the summer, i go back to school in 6 days (#need to be skinny). i'm in dance again (good way to lose weight). trying to workout daily again, and eat -600 cals a day. GL to me 👍🏼 i hardly see a difference in my gain but i still don't like the thought. except for the fact that my face's always bloated now :(
