nothing brings me greater joy, whilst in a bad episode, when the person who made you feel crazy shows their real colours. like damn, so my intuition was correct all along. what does bring me immediately back down is when someone asks how you're going and you make it clear that something has happened and its upset you and you make a space for a conversation...and they decide to immediately go on about how good their life is. yes, it's in your right to not engage with a conversation but also like maybe have some emotional intelligence and empathy??
