Questioning traumagenic system looking for friends

hi i currently go by Aaron (i cannot stick to a name)

pronouns are he/him/they/them

i refer to myself with I or we!

its only recently that i have started to look up infos about systems, it started by just wanting to learn about it to realizing that it just speaks to us immensely. who would have guessed that the voice i “made up” in my head to tell me its gonna be alright could be parts of a system?

ive spend years catching myself referring to “us” and be like “wait who’s us? there is only one person here” and be ashamed of it so yeah i think this is a good giveaway to look into it more deeply and to reach to confirmed systems.

actually i think someone else is fronting right now? i don’t feel valid and posting about this in public is really stressful. i dont know how many possible parts there are but only i few i can guess.
