My first contribution to GL:TAS Lantern Ladies Week! I just had to draw Iolande, since she’s my fave. Had a go at a GL:TAS-ified Soranik as well, because I love these two.

I hope Soranik shows up in the animated series at some point, so she and Iolande can be awesome Lantern lady friends and fight crime in space together.

When they reached the Medical ward, Soranik, helped Liora to sit down on one of the many beds there. She went about checking her for any wounds, while Kyle broke the silence with his question. She could see why Gardner would be famous. Most loudmouths ended in history without much needed help. She smiled however, rubbing Liora's shoulder in comfort, just in case she was wary of answering Kyle's question.

Freefalling Into Confusion

“Soranik’s right.” Kyle reached out to touch the Durlan’s shoulder in what he hoped was a comforting manner. “If the ring abadoned it’s host every time we felt a little fear none of us would be here, least of all me. You’ll be ok.”

Considering that Kyle had never been known for lacking fear like the daredevils that were Guy and Hal, he’d always figured the green lanterns were about overcoming fear, rather than being immune to it.
