It’s so painful now that the two I love are being torn apart in the story, so I keep comforting myself by imagining the three of them living happily together as a family. GINNYYYY!!! she sounds so good!! a cute little attitude and everything to boot... the old folks being encouraging of kuma and ginny potentially being a thing was too adorable i can't lie 🥺💕 lookit these blushing cuties...

okay, Who directed this sequence. BECAUSE THIS GENUINELY HURT TO WATCH- i can tell most of the budget for this episode went into animating this scene 😭😭😭 kuma is so damn tough here, i don't understand how he's still alive after any of this.... my poor baby 🥲

she was singing about kumachi here... so excited to see him after who knows how long but... sigh.... my heart hurts...

ending off on a terrible note... the moment we saw that anonymous guy stepping in, my heart dropped and i couldn't help the tears... and what happens next will be the hardest thing to watch... poor kuma, poor ginny...

and that's my thoughts for today's episode... the slight beginning was a little rough looking as far as the animation goes but for the most part a solid episode! i just wish we got more filler with kuma and ginny because we're already closing in on the scary stuff 😞 pray for me y'all...

honestly glad that i haven't seen anyone complaining about ginny and kuma's age gap (mostly expected it from the western side of fandom) but everyone's been well behaved in that regard LOL

gotta remember, one piece isn't a 1:1 of our own world, it's a fictional universe first and foremost

in my own headcanon at least, i think 16 in the one piece world is equivalent to being a young adult or 18+, just based on multiple characters taking on big roles/events at that age. not exactly mature all the way but old enough for said roles but that's just me 🤔

i'm usually afraid to voice my own opinions on the matter of this or different series but today im feeling bold because i love kuma and ginny's relationship and no chronically online 'morality' police are gunna take that away from me 🙈 you're free to have your own opinion on that matter, but i have my own 💅🏽✨
