Listen, I love parallels I do, but for season 2 it felt like way too much. The parallels went so much to the point where the it felt like it had no substance and was just there for the sake of paralleling.

I'm dying at this. There needs to be more Viktor freaking out about his missing hexticles (his "hexticles" in question was the packer he was wearing)
In my trans Viktor mind I find the jayvik divorce scene extremely funny because if we think of Viktor as trans (and without bottom surgery) during this scene, Viktor is just a bit more purple then he previously was, meanwhile Jayce’s mind is going “ITS GONE, OH MY GOD ITS GONE”

I feel like there needs to be more
"Jayce being extremely guilty over breaking Viktor's promises twice and getting nightmares over it." Bonus points if it's when he also waits for Viktor to wake up from his chrysalis.

I will forever be enraged at Arcane Season 2's wasted potential. How could they.
They had everything one could need. They had the money, the reputation, and the artists. All the writers had to do was execute it properly.
But maybe season 2 really was doomed from the start. Because you mean to tell me you'd rather reduce your writers room to three, maybe even two people left out of the thirteen that wrote season one. You mean to tell me that they couldn't set up any online meetings or whatever. All they had to do was execute it perfectly and they failed at that.
What happened? Did their centrism, their beliefs that "all sides have right and wrong" play into this. Did they overestimate themselves out of sheer pride. Did they think of nothing but making their favorite relationships canon.
It doesn't matter now because what we are left with is just the potential of an arcane that could've been greater.

Hextech learns. Hextech evolves.
Since the hexcore absorbed some of Viktor's blood, what if it makes other hextech users want to consume blood.
Basically hextech vampires. I'm making Jayce a vampire. (and I'm making Viktor a werewolf because he gets bitten/scratched by Warwick or Singed gives him some of Warwick's blood claiming that it could help cure him-)
tldr: Vampire Jayce x Werewolf Viktor

Reimagining of Arcane S2 Character Arcs || Part 1 🌠
Caitlyn Kirraman || Commander Kirraman

Act 1:
- She's grieving for the loss of her mother, meaning the decisions she'll make are rash and impulsive. She'll do anything to get her justice for what Jinx did.
- She pushes the people she loves away with the mindset of "the end justifies the means"
- She blackmails Jayce by making him make her hextech weapons so that she could find Jinx. Reason for blackmail will be explained soon.
- Leaves Vi because Vi still wants to save Jinx despite it all.
- not so different from act 1 canon.
Act 2:
- Isolated and alone. Seeks out Maddie to feel warmth and some sort of control in her life.
- Ambessa's soldiers are guarding Piltover, looking for any signs of Jinx.
- She has a downward spiral of trying to get her justice for what Jinx did. Ambessa manipulates that part of her.
- Noxus invades and it wakes up Caitlyn.
- She realises that her justice came at the cost of her loved ones and self. And soon, what she works towards will be all for nothing.
- She feels hopeless, but she realises she can still do something about this.
- She looks for Vi and Ekko, asking to form a temporary alliance to defend Piltover and Zaun from Noxus.
Act 3:
- Zaun agrees to join the alliance under a few conditions (will delve into this more later)
- Her and Vi talk about what used to be their relationship. Caitlyn apologizes. Vi doesn't say anything. Basically Caitlyn's actions are not excused
- Noxus retreats.
- After the war, she renounces the title of Commander and becomes Sheriff.
- Caitlyn is trying to make up for what she did by helping Zaun rebuild itself, she knows it'll never be enough, but she tries.
- She knows her and Vi will never go back to the way they were before, they're allies, could be friends, but if they would be lovers again, it would take a lot of time and therapy for them to be together.

To be honest, Arcane Season 2 doesn't really feel canon to me in general. Like what happened to the politics and depth Season 1 built up?
I loved this show so much, I will always love it, but season 2 is just...not it for me. I mean I waited three years for this. I invested my time for this. I had hopes that it would succeed in being an incredibly stunning story with incredible animation and writing, but it only succeeded when it came to the animation.
Arcane Season 2 basically felt like eye candy.
So rude that they went through the trouble of including Silco in the au world, just to give him like one line of something stupid and trite about forgiveness. Like, no thanks. I was watching commentary on YouTube about the episode and they likened the characters to skinwalkers and empty shells and were saying that it was almost creepy. 100% agree tbh. They look like characters we know but aren’t remotely similar because apparently no one has any personality and if you change like 2 events you’re just a totally different person.

Can't explain it rn but they definitely butchered Viktor's character right. Like Viktor from season 1 is an entirely different person in season 2 and it's not even in a good storytelling way. Please tell me I'm not the only one seeing this. (same goes for Jayce btw)

I can't explain it right now but....
They ruined Arcane with Act 2. It's ruined. It's dead to me now. It's just a fucking reference show. Reference after reference. Not gonna be surprised if we get the "we really are a league of legends" ending.
They butchered my favorite characters. They ruined my favorite story. It died just like the hextech dream.
