𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀,  𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮,  𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 !   welcome to stardome,  a hollywood based group verse.   in a city packed with stars,  the world is your oyster.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS GROUP VERSE ?

this group verse is a chance for you to put your muse into a world where they’re surrounded by / part of the celebrity crowd.   this could range from them taking the role of an actor / actress,  director,  make up artist,  pop sensation,  agent,  anything you can think of.   anyone that would be around the rich and famous really.   this doesn’t require another blog or anything of the sort,  just a verse for your muse set in hollywood.   all posts made specifically for this group verse should be tagged with “gv: stardom” for everyone to be able to follow along.

HOW WILL IT WORK ?

to join this group verse just shoot the blog a message with your muse’s name,  their occupation in this verse,  list ranking (explained below, could be undetermined), faceclaim, your alias  and your blog link,  and you’ll be added to the roster page.   please make sure to follow this blog as well.   it is a side blog so no follow backs will come from this blog !   it’s encouraged to make a post somewhere on your blog outlining what exactly your verse entails but it’s not necessary.   it just makes it a little easier when hunting for juicy,  scandalous details.   from there on,  this group verse will depend heavily on participation !   a few things will occur in this group verse and they’ve been outlined below:

WEEKLY TABLOIDS   :   you heard that right,  get your juiciest tea about your favourite hollywood hotties.   these tabloids will be posted weekly (or as time permits for the admins) like a short newsletter and will be filled with rumours that we come up with either by creeping your muse’s threads,  or from what we hear down the grapevine.   keep in mind,  this will all be in character.   none of this will be a reflection of any ooc personal feelings about a muse in any way shape of form.   and not all of these rumours will be true.   some of these rumours will be wild,  insane,  and absolutely untrue about your muse,  but that’s the fun of it !   it’s also encouraged to leave rumours you’d like to see published in our ask box !   admins won’t always be around to catch what’s going on,  so would love some help keeping tabs.

AUDITIONS   :   it’s not hollywood without movies,  tv shows,  talk shows popping up left and right.   this means,  your muse has to audition for roles !   what this means is that blurbs of shows / movies will be posted with a few character roles and their descriptions.   to audition for the role,  you would write up a para (  short or long doesn’t matter ! )  of your muse in that role.   pretend like your muse is already in the movie and write up a fun little scene !   to keep it fair,  muse names will be randomly generated to determine who actually gets the role.   and from there you can incorporate the production your muse is in in future plots with others in the group verse.   you can even write threads of the actual story posted and we can see the movie / show in action !

MOST WANTED   :   in hollywood,  the hottest stars make their way up to fame and your muse will be doing the same.   this is meant to be nothing but a friendly competition of sorts.   for your muse to be known in hollywood,  they have to score their brownie points.   muses will be given ranks ranging from A-list to D-list and this will solely be based on activity.   this means,  the more plots your muse has,  the more threads in the group verse you initiate,   the more ic drama your muse is in,  or the more edits / headcanons you post,  your muse will climb up in rank.   this page outlines how muses gain credit and how scores are determined.   think of it like marketing your muse.   once again,  this is just meant to be for fun and for plotting purposes to figure out who are the hot shot celebrities everyone fawns over !   in your plot for your muse,  if you’d like them to start a certain rank already ( i.e you picture them as an already known star ),  you can let us know.   they can then start on the B or C list rank.   however,  in order for them to move up to A list they will still need to participate enough to get 15+ points.   no one will start immediately at A list.

ALRIGHT I’M SOLD,  HOW DO I JOIN ?

to join,  message the blog as previously mentioned with muse name,  occupation,  “list”  ranking if applicable (could be undetermined),   faceclaim,   blog link and  your preferred alias.   a discord server link will be sent to you for plotting / meeting other members of the group verse,  any questions / clarifications you might have,  and shenanigans will ensue !   this group verse is meant to be low effort,  fun,  and just a chance to explore another side of your muse with an interactive portion to it all.   so can you handle the pressure it takes to make a star ?
