Hi, I'm Hani 🤗

I am Hani, a 26-year-old young man from Gaza. I no longer have anything but words, written by a trembling hand ✍️. The war didn’t just destroy our lives; it took everything from us. Our home, the refuge that once sheltered us, is now a pile of rubble 🏚️. My car, my only source of livelihood, was destroyed in a sudden strike 🚗, and the work that once sustained us is now a distant memory 💼.

Today, I live in an unending nightmare. Under a sun that burns everything in its path 🌞🔥, my family and I sit in a worn-out tent, a tent that neither shields us from the summer heat nor the winter cold ❄️. Insects 🦟 invade the place, diseases consume our bodies 🩺, and my younger siblings cry from hunger and thirst 🍞💧. We have no clean water, nor a crumb of bread to ease our hunger. Each passing day deepens the weight of this hell we live in.

My Little Brother is Dying of Fear 😨

My little brother, seven years old, is dying of fear. His eyes never stop crying 😢. Every morning, with a voice choked by tears, he asks me: "When will we go back to our home?" But I have no answer. Every look in his eyes 👁️, every tear that falls from them 💧, crushes my heart 💔. How can I explain to him that the hope which once was our lifeline has now turned into nothing but a mirage?

The night doesn’t bring us rest, it only adds to our pain. We sleep on hard ground, feeling the in every bone of our bodies 🥶, with nothing but pieces of cardboard 📦 to cover us. Every day we live brings us one step closer to the end. Death surrounds us from every side: if not from hunger 🍽️, then from illness 🦠. And if not from illness, then from the despair that devours our souls.

My name is Yara Qeshta. I am a Palestinian living in Gaza with my family of 9people in a tent facing the worst war in human history. During the current Gaza war, my house was completely destroyed resulting in the loss of my business and all our belongings. Me and my family have since been displaced in the streets with no shelter, lack of access to food, drinking water, and healthcare necessities. Despite we were camping in areas which were announced as safe, we faced an imminent danger of death by Israeli airstrikes in our camping neighborhoods several times which resulted in serious physical and psychological impacts on us as well as my little grandsons. I am writing this fundraiser hoping to get help with your generous donations to evacuate Gaza immediately to a safer country.

Before the war, we lived a normal life in Gaza, where we had our own business and worked hard with my sons and brothers to survive under the siege of Gaza. This was my graduation year from university, as the eldest daughter in the family. My sister Shahd was in her third year of university, and Roaa was in her first year of university, majoring in artificial intelligence engineering, the major she had been interested in since she was young. As for my brother Salah, it was his final year, which was high school, and he was excited to complete it and join the Faculty of Medicine, his dream that he had dreamed of for years. As for my sister Mena, she was in the ninth grade, my sister jood was in the seventh grade, and my brother Ahmed was in the third.

Before the war, we were the ones who donated to people in need, but now my father has lost his source of income and I have lost my job in special cases, physical therapy, and we need every euro. Please help me so that I can get the target as soon as possible.

1) Before the conquest, Aegon and Visenya visited the Oldtown, and spent time at the Citadel.

2) The Hightowers did not march to the Field of Fire, and surrendered without a fight.

3) Aegon's reign officially began in Oldtown after he was anointed and crowned by the High Septon (who was a Hightower) in the Starry Sept, and was celebrated by the people of the city as he rode over the city on Balerion.

4) House Hightower was one of the few houses that helped the Targaryens in the First Dornish War.

5) Aegon agreed to betroth his son Maegor to Ceryse Hightower when Ceryse's uncle suggested that Maegor should be wed to his niece, and look what F&B has to say about Maegor and Ceryse: "Maegor boasted to having consummated the marriage a dozen times the night of the wedding, and those who had seen the bedding agreed that Maegor was a lusty husband."

6) Maegor recognized Ceryse as the official Queen of Westeros, even though he had two more wives, and gave all of her lands and titles back to her. Ceryse was also the only one of his wives who he had no hand in her death.

Where is Duha Talat?

The 8-year-old girl was reportedly taken by the Israeli military near Rafah crossing in late July 2024. A now-deleted Instagram post by Ido Zahar, a soldier from Israel's 432nd Tzabar Battalion, showed him with a girl in Gaza, believed to be Duha. A soldier, anonymized as "1," recounted that during a raid near the Rafah crossing, an elderly man came out from a house with an 8 year old firl and offered to reveal tunnel shafts, which turned out to be sewer shafts. Accused by Shin Bet of H*mas ties, the man was detained and taken. Duha, separated from her only family, was handed over to other soldiers; her current whereabouts still remain unknown. Reports indicate hundreds of children are missing in Gaza, raising further concerns about their fate in the hands of occupation soldiers.
