Bedtime story from someone in your world?
Sure!
Here is the Story of Creation, from the world of Statra.
“A long time ago, there was only one being. Its name was Versa, the Beginning. It sat in the center of everything, holding onto a beautiful gem. This gem was called Statra, and it was a perfectly rounded sphere that shimmered with the light and reflected the contents that it held. Versa held onto this sphere for many eons, taking care of it and watching it with everything it could.”
“Versa, even though it was powerful, began to grow lonely after the many eons it spent simply watching. It longed for a friend to share its feelings, wanting someone to talk to in the endless void of the outer plane instead of just watching what happened inside of the gem. It watched and watched, and looked at the way that droplets of water split apart- the way that earth cracked, the way that wind currents split, the way that a flames’ sparks sent smaller pieces flying, and it had a realization.”
“With its plan in mind, it made its decision. It would split itself apart, turn itself into four pieces, one for each element of its being. It would become four pieces of one whole, each one to watch a different element of the universe. They named these parts Tera, Aqui, Igni, and Avea, and each chose an element: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, respectively. But Versa itself could no longer hold onto the perfect gem of Statra, and no one of its parts could do it alone. Each part chose to split the outer plane into equal sections, taking one section as their domain. Air took the North, Earth took the South, Water took the East, and Fire took the West. In the center, where they all met, they created a star to represent their planes and the paths they crossed, and they set the gem of Statra in the middle of it, so they could all take care of it together.”
“Each of Versa’s pieces took its influence on the gem, as it began to reflect the different things that happened in each of their different planes. That gem formed into the plane we live on now, and you can still see the influences of each of Versa’s pieces- even after they passed on their planes to their predecessors.”
“Those predecessors are a story for another day.. but for now, goodnight.”

Maybe this will turn into something
Maybe I’ll start getting asks
