SILENT LIBRARY | CHRIS STURNIOLO
Tumblr media
IN WHICH.. chris is failing his class and you are forced to tutor him. you go to the library for a study session where chris just loves nothing more but to get on your nerves.
cocky!chris x fem reader, enemies, teasing, choking, public sex
🍒 cherry lollipop 📄 part 1
Tumblr media
you sigh to yourself, but you also are not surprised at all. you look down at your phone to check the time yet again as you look around. you’ve been sitting in the library with no sign of chris. he was supposed to meet you here thirty minutes ago, and you begin to wonder if he actually was even was coming.
you start to get ticked off with impatience seeping through your skin as you go and gather your things to pack up. you weren’t going to wait for an asshole who didn’t even deserve your tutoring in the first place.
“hey hey..” chris shouts from behind you, “where you goin? i thought we had a tutor thing?” he walks over to you and you immediately notice he reeks of weed, causing a headache to form from how strong his scent was. his hooded eyes bloodshot red and practically staring into your soul.
“was just about to leave. i’ve been sitting here forever.” you snap. you begin to walk away from the table, attempting to pass chris to get to the exit. but he steps in front of you and puts his hand out against your chest.
“you’re not leaving.” he says. he keeps you from moving away from him as you notice him swirling around a sucker in his mouth, assuming it’s cherry flavored because his tongue is stained a dark red.
“you’re fucking annoying.” you huff. no one in your class knew how to get under your skin more than chris. but why? was it the cocky attitude? was it him always showing up to lectures high? was it because he knew he was the most attractive on campus?
it was everything.
“you’re staying, and helping me.” he says. his voice coming out as if you owe him a favor. but you don’t owe chris anything. your professor made you do this.
“fine.” you mutter, “only because i have to. i’d rather be literally anywhere but be stuck in this library with you.” you reply.
chris teasingly acts as if he was being stabbed in the heart with a knife with a snarky laugh falling from his lips, “damn, you hate me that much huh?”
“is it that obvious?” you tilt your head while squinting your eyes at him. he pops the sucker out of his mouth before licking his bottom lip to stop himself from saying something he shouldn’t.
something flirty.
“but seriously y/n, are you going to help me or no? need to ace this shit and i won’t be able to do it by myself.” he says truthfully.
“you’re begging?” you say as you cross your arms. you’ve never seen someone roll their eyes faster than chris did when you threw that at him.
“shut the fuck up, i’d never.” he scoffs. geez, he got so defensive with that and you started to wonder if he would actually ever beg a person for something. because truly he always gave the vibes that he can only be dominant.
chris reaches his hand to slide your backpack off your shoulder and throwing it against the head of the table.
“now sit.” he says. well.. you really had no choice but to listen to his ignorant commands as you go and sit across from him.
you pull out and organize all the study guides on the table, setting everything up for the session. your in deep focus trying to declutter every paper in front of you while chris does nothing but lean back into his chair with his man spreads legs.
you hear a constant popping sound from chris’ lips every time he pulls the lollipop in and out of his mouth with every chance he can get.
“so, we’re going to start off with this one here.” you say pointing down at the paper, you have your finger following each word to ensure he understands.
but he wasn’t listening, just watching your lips move back and fourth while he silences your voice in his head. he brings his tongue out, licking around the lollipop over and over. he lets his eyes wander on you and he quickly notices you weren’t wearing a bra, and it made his tongue stop mid lick.
“repeat that. i wasn’t listening.” he says. his words make you look up from the paper, throwing him an irritated look towards his way.
“why aren’t you paying attention?” you scoff.
chris looks down again at your chest, seeing your nipples peek through your shirt and he swore you were doing this to distract him on purpose.
“i have my reasons.” he says, pushing the sucker back to lay on his tongue as he bit down on the stick to keep the hold towards the side of his mouth.
it took everything in you not to throw one of your study books at his pretty face. “they better be good reasons chris.”
he quickly looks down at your cleavage just once more before looking back to make eye contact with you.
“trust me, they are good reasons.”
you were not born yesterday, seeing chris not be discreet at all when he keeps looking down at your chest. you didn’t think you had to cover yourself head to toe for this study session because that’s not who you are. you wear what you want.
you clear your throat as a signal for chris to shut up, and he does nothing but flash a grin with evil intentions your way. you fix your shirt, smoothing the wrinkles out and readjust your skirt that might’ve been a little too short to wear around chris.
“i like your outfit by the way, y’know?” his arms crossed showing pure dominance and still flashing you that devilish smile from across the table.
“thanks. now let’s get back to teaching you shit or else you’re fucked for this class, y’know?” you mirror his attitude and cross your arms and he couldn’t help but laugh.
he secretly loved that you can handle his teasing. but he also wanted you to fold. and that’s when his mind went to thinking.
you went back to the question you were stuck on, going over the words printed on the paper in front of you. chris went back to not paying attention to you, and starts melting into his chair so his leg can reach yours. he begins to start kicking your foot lightly, and you first thought it was an accident.
but when he did it for the fifth time.. you knew. you knew exactly what he was doing.
“chris, can you fucking quit that?” you snap your head up at him with darting eyes. he keeps his arms folded and a snarky grin appears for what felt like the hundredth time.
“huh? don’t know what you’re yapping about.” he says, as his blue eyes roll around to the back of his head.
“you irritate me so much.” you snap.
“oh i do? i irritate you so much?” he says. chris has never sounded so cocky like he did now. as the words flow out of his mouth, his foot snakes its way up your exposed skin. your leg immediately shivering every time he goes higher.
his foot reaches your thigh, and you try not to gasp at how far he was willing to go up. and, he did it with such confidence. you attempt to move your chair back, causing his leg to fall down and hit the hardwood floor.
“we are in a library, you asshole.” you whisper-shout at him.
there goes another one of his laughs as he reaches his hand out to grab the pen on the table, and then dropping it on the floor. “shit, i need to grab that..”
he scoots his chair back before getting on his knees and grabbing the pen. but even though he picked it up, he stays under the table a little longer than you were expecting.
that’s when you feel chris’ fingers glaze up your leg, causing you to quickly clench them together and close them. his cherry sucker still present in his mouth as he smiles at how your body reacts to even just his lightest touches.
he pops the lollipop out of his mouth as he leans down enough to kiss up your legs while your eyes widen and look around in fear.
even though the table you were at was far in the corner, you were anxious for someone to catch you.
everyone had their headphones in, locked in their learning. while you had chris kissing your unclothed legs under the table.
you look down to watch chris as you reach your hand under the table to grip onto his curls, forcing him to have to look up at you. “what the fuck are you doing? stop and sit back up.” you whisper.
his seductive blue eyes look up at you with a devilish smile while he shakes his head. he keeps eye contact with you while he goes down to give you a sloppy kiss on your thigh again.
you let go of his hair as you push his head back, attempting to get him off you. “study session is over.” you say as you scoot your chair back and stand up.
chris tries to get up from under the table as quick as he can to stop you from leaving. “y/n stop.” he comes from behind you and gets a hold of your upper back to pin you to the table, being bent over completely for him.
your short skirt riding up just enough for chris to see a peak of what he has been secretly craving as you let out a high pitch gasp. you knew he was dominant but you were not expecting him to fully bend you over the library table in public.
he lets his hand trail down your body til he hits your ass, and slaps it as you perk up from his strong hit. he lifts up your skirt just a little more so he can see your laced thong with your ass out just for him.
“f-fuck, chris i..” you try to cover up how much he was causing you to shake.
he bites his lip, thinking he has the most beautiful sight in front of him. “look at you, being completely bent down over for me ma.” he says loud enough for you to hear.
you didn’t want to admit how fast he was sending horny thoughts to your brain, running down to your heat.
he slides his hand down a little more til he reaches your underwear, rubbing you through the laced fabric. his fingers pressing down because chris needs to know the effect he has on you in this moment.
that’s when he feels how soaked you got from all the sexual tension and teasing prior. he grins to himself, knowing he won.
this is all he wanted. he wanted you.

chapter 2
pairing: matt sturniolo x reader
summary: the town of somerville was known for one thing; their annual summer game chaos. where previous seniors are randomly selected and partnered to participate in dangerous events and challenges. only one team has the chance to win the game. when matt and y/n get partnered to play with their lives, they have no choice but to accept the challenge.
warnings: mentions of death and murder, hints of household violence, anxiety, blood, gun, some suggestive parts
。・゚゚・
“You’re lying.” Vera spoke, shaking her head as her arms rested against her chest. Matt and I sighed at her response.
“I wish.” I replied as I held my phone in her direction, giving her a clear view of the text messages from the previous night. Nick sighed from across the room as Chris waked in, furrowing his eyebrows as he sat next to Vera.
“That’s fucked.” He shook his head, opening his can as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder. He had already known that we were selected long before Vera did. She was a little too incoherent for half of the day.
After our first dare Matt drove me home. I didn’t speak to him again until this morning. After letting the dirt and terror from my skin travel through the silver drain, the remaining amount of alcohol and adrenaline in my system knocked me out.
The town had gone into a frenzy once again this morning, just like it did every year. The police were patrolling more than usual, looking for any clues on Chaos. State police were sent down as well. Even though it was obvious that they could search for days and find nothing more than a drop of players blood on the cement sidewalk of our neighborhoods.
When I was younger I looked at Chaos like an exciting game to signify growing up. It wasn’t until I was thirteen when I really started to understand the game. It wasn’t exciting, and it wasn’t fun. I never expected myself to be selected to play, who would?
I wasn’t well known outside of my friendgroup. I wasn’t popular, and there was absolutely nothing special about me. If it wasn’t for bumping into Tessa when I was six I probably wouldn’t have any friends to this day. She was the exact opposite of me. Almost everyone knew her, because she made an effort with people. I couldn’t as much as I tried. I preferred sitting alone, thinking alone, working alone.
That made sure the chances of something bad happening again stayed low.
“It’s ridiculous. We didn’t even do anything wrong and now we have to play in this?” I frowned as I took my phone back and sat on Tessa’s leather couch. My knees pulled up to my chest.
“You didn’t do anything wrong, it’s just random.” Tessa sighed, running her fingers through her curls gently as she looked at us. “It is really weird you and Matt got partnered.” She finished with a soft shrug.
It was a strange coincidence that we both got selected to play, and picked to be partners. Part of me was glad that I was doing this with Matt, but the other part of me was too afraid to see or have him get hurt. Especially because of me.
“Whatever. We’re not staying. I don’t care if I have to get the word loser tattooed on my ass.” Matt shook his head, speaking up again as his eyes darted between everyone.
“Holy shit.” Nick blurted, his eyes widening as he looked down at his phone. “That girl from our class went missing last night. You think she got too drunk and made it down the wrong street?” He asked, his eyebrow raised.
“Who?” Matt spoke as he reached for the phone. I leaned over, the blonde girls senior portrait on the screen. I felt my stomach turn. “That’s—” I began to speak, before quickly being cut off by Matt. “The girl from last night.” He finished, the growing fear present in his voice.
Abigail Collin’s. She’d been in Somerville since the first year. Almost everyone was familiar with who she was, which explains why she was selected, because she didn’t have the best reputation. She was the girl who refused her first dare, and now she’s declared missing.
I took the phone from Matt, becoming to scroll down to see the article underneath. “Never came home… phone cannot be traced… police have been searching.” I sighed gently, my heartbeat picking up as I gave the phone to Nick.
“It has to be a coincidence.” I spoke again, shaking my head as I wrapped my arms around my knees. Matt let out a shaken breath from beside me, fidgeting with the rings on his fingers. He replied. “Maybe not.”
“I mean- that’s never happened before.” I assured as he shook his head. “Somethings different this year.” He bit his lip, running his finger along the skin. Vera raised an eyebrow at us.
“What are you two talking about?” She asked, her back propped against Chris. I swallowed my nerves. It had to be a coincidence. She was drunk, mostly everyone there was drunk. Nick was most likely right, and after she left she took a wrong turn. It was dark and the woods are long.
“Abigail backed out before the first round. The last time anyone would’ve seen her is at the chapel.” I spoke, a soft breath leaving my lips as I did so. Vera furrowed her eyebrows as Tessa turned her attention back to us.
“What?” Tessa spoke, her eyes widening. I didn’t reply, instead another sigh from my lips. “That doesn’t mean they’re connected.” Nick chimed in again, his eyebrow still raised as he continued to scroll through the information on his phone.
“It might.” Matt replied with a clenched jaw. His knee bouncing throughout the air. “Matt.” Chris mumbled, taking a deep breath as he noticed his brothers expression.
“One more round.” I spoke, placing my hand on the side of his chair. He turned to me with a hesitant nod, something behind his eyes seeming like he knew that wouldn’t be true.
Deep down I knew it too.
-
“Hey, everything ok?” My dad spoke as I opened the fridge, sliding out a water from the side compartment. I nodded, unscrewing the lid and letting the cold liquid run down my throat.
“You seem tired.” He spoke from the counter as he filled paperwork. I shook my head. “The party, remember?” I replied, knowing that wasn’t completely a lie. He chuckled lightly with a nod.
“Maybe grab two of those.” He gestured toward the water bottle in my right hand. I rolled my eyes jokingly as I walked over to him, glancing down at the court papers on the table. I sighed gently before he covered the words with his forearm.
“I told you not to worry about adult business.” He mumbled before picking his glass off of the table. “I am an adult.” I raised my eyebrow. He rolled his eyes, uncovering the paper once more.
Court papers, legal documents, files of custody
“She’s still trying for Sam?” I shook my head with a small scoff as I reached for the paper. His hand went down before mine, taking the paper and placing it at the bottom of the pile with a sigh. “Emphasis on trying.” He replied.
Three years ago my dad officially filed for divorce, but they had practically mean divorced for years before that. Everything was fine until my mom got a new job as a bartender downtown. It was completely obvious what was really starting to go on when her paychecks tripled.
I must’ve caught on before my dad did. That or he didn’t want to come to terms with the fact that his wife had been sleeping with drunk strangers to bring in extra cash for herself. After months of unknown income he decided to speak with her. The speaking didn’t last long before screaming replaced it.
Sam was only a toddler when everything went down. He doesn’t know much about or mom, but I think it’s better that way. Things have been quiet ever since. No screaming, crying, or broken glass I dodged trying to find my parents car keys.
She didn’t have a problem leaving at first. She packed her bags without a second thought in the middle of the night without bothering to say goodbye to anyone. I wasn’t sure if I would hear from her again until the letters from Somerville County Court started to overflow the mailbox, but she wasn’t stable enough to take care of either of us, and since I was eighteen I was out of the picture for her.
She wouldn’t give up on Sam.
“Is she sober? She shouldn’t even be able to file for this.” I spoke again, taking a deep breath as my dad looked up to me. “Apparently, but your mom has more tricks up her sleeves than most.” He sighed before standing up, placing his empty water glass in the sink.
I sighed as I leaned against the counter beside him, watching as he crossed his arms with a defeated look. He wasn’t only lied to by the love of his life, but betrayed more times than he could count. The prime example why I believe love will never work for me.
“Just don’t worry about.” He spoke again, his expression turning serious. “I’ve fought for you both and won before, this won’t be any different.” He finished his sentence. I hesitantly nodded. I wasn’t an issue anymore, but the thought of sending Sam with a woman he barely knew made my skin crawl.
He gave me a light smile, playing his hand on my shoulder before turning from the room. Leaving me alone with my worst enemy; the thoughts inside of my head. I ran my fingertips along the cold bottle in my hand before my phone vibrated in my pocket. I groaned lightly before seeing the familiar unknown number.
Welcome to the second round of Chaos. Let’s take a step back and focus on team bonding for this round. After all, your partner will eventually hold more than just your life in their hands.
My heart dropped as the messages kept coming in. I turned toward the stove. It was approaching midnight, and for some reason the hosts didn’t know how to sleep. Whoever they may be.
It’s time to take a dive into your past for tonight’s challenge.
I dare you to visit Somerville High School. There will be clues scattered throughout the school leading you to where you need to end. In order to successfully pass this round you must reach the target point. If you get caught, you automatically fail. I heard security’s been ramped.
I closed my eyes as I let out a frustrated breath. That’s not dangerous, but completely illegal. That school is covered in cameras, not to mention patrol everywhere trying to put an end to this game and searching for Abigail.
It didn’t take long for Matt to pick up his phone, I instantly brought the speaker to my ear and stepped out into the empty night sky, gently closing the door behind me. The smell of distant campfires and sunscreen filled the air.
“Did you get it too?” He asked, his voice coated with the presentable nerves yet frustration. “Just now.” I replied, running my hand through my hair as I paced along the driveway. I could hear sirens in the distance but brushed it off.
“What’s the plan?” I spoke again. “I mean- let’s say the two things from earlier are connected. Wouldn’t it be better to just go?” I finished. He took a moment before replying, I could hear bags shuffling and car keys ringing across the phone.
Thankfully, we weren’t dared to do anything too horrendous this round. If we could somehow get into the school, find whatever the hell we were looking for, dodge every camera, and get out before anyone caught us we’d succeed.
But then again there’s the fear we wouldn’t.
“I’m coming to get you.” He broke the silence. I could hear his front door slamming. I furrowed my eyebrows. “Are we going?” I asked quickly. He scoffed on the other line. “What other choice do we have? I mean until we find out Abigail’s disappearance isn’t connected with the game.” He finished his sentence.
I nodded at his words. He was right. Even if that was the original plan, it was too risky to back down after what happened. We needed to wait until more information was released, just in case they really were tied.
-
The sight of Matt’s headlights approaching my driveway pulled me from my thoughts. I told my dad I was spending the night at Vera’s, giving me an easy excuse to disappear for as long as it took to get this done.
I rushed to the passenger door, quickly getting inside as I turned to Matt. He didn’t look at me instead his foot hit the gas before I had a chance to close the door.
“Woah.” I mumbled, pulling the door closed fully and buckling my seatbelt. He gave me a soft apologetic look as his foot pressed harder. “Matt- I can drive. Do you want me to drive?” I asked.
He shook his head. “I don’t want you to drive, because you don’t have a license.” He replied. I rolled my eyes. “I have a permit.” I bit my lip. He glanced at me again before I nodded.
Nights and nights of stealing my parents car keys to get away from the screaming at home basically taught me exactly what I needed to know behind the wheel. Sometimes when things got really bad I took Sam too.
“How are we going to get inside? We don’t have a key.” Matt spoke with a frustrated sigh. “Vera has a key.” I responded with a soft breath. He turned to me once more, furrowing his eyebrows.
“Why does Vera have a key to the school?” He asked. I quickly shook my head. “You don’t want to know.” I spoke hesitantly. He didn’t need to know about Vera’s events taken place before she had gotten with Chris.
He rolled his eyes as he turned onto the next street, his eyes back on the road. “So we need to go to Vera’s?” He asked. I nodded. “Chris is at Vera’s.” He spoke again, raising his eyebrow. My face scrunched in disgust as I fished my phone from my pocket. “I’ll warn her.”
-
“Back there.” I spoke up, pointing behind the school to the loading entrance. Luckily there was a door right next to it, and the camera had broke years ago. He nodded as he pulled his car beside the brick wall. “Here goes nothing.” I mumbled, quietly opening the car door.
“Let’s make this quick.” He replied, walking close to me as his eyes were glued around us. He took Vera’s key from his pocket, fumbling with the lock before sliding the door open. A breath of relief escaping both of our lips.
I began to walk through the dark room filled with boxes before my I finally saw the door handle from across the room. “Over here.” I whispered, holding onto Matt’s arm as we walked through. The lights in the school were off as well, besides the distant glow of specific rooms.
“Follow the light?” He asked. I hesitated before nodding and taking a step forward. His arms instantly came in contact with my shoulders, pulling me back. I furrowed my eyebrows before he pointed toward the blinking camera across the hallway. “Fuck.” I muttered.
“This way.” He spoke, interlacing his hand in mine and quickly rushing across the hallway, pushing his against the wall and out of the view. The camera was facing the other side of the hallway, but still above us if we walked too far out. “Stay on this side.” He mumbled as we began to walk along the wall, our hands still locked.
We made it past the first camera, and outside the room with the lights on. “What if it’s a teacher?” I asked, my eyes widening. He shook his head. “It’s almost one in the morning.” He replied as he leaned against the door, pushing it open with his slightly shaken hands.
There wasn’t anyone inside. Actually, there wasn’t anything because they were remodeling over the summer. The only thing inside the room were two notes on the floor. What I could only assume to be one for each of us.
“Think we should read it?” I asked. He rolled his eyes lightly before crouching down, picking the two notes up and handing me the one with my name on the front. “This is horrifying.” I mumbled under my breath as I read the note in front of me. My eyebrows furrowed as my expression dropped in annoyance.
“The place you loved the most.” Matt read his card, tilting his head before sliding it into his pocket. “What does yours say?” He asked, raising his eyebrow as he looked up at me.
“The place you cried the most.” I spoke in a taken aback tone, rolling my eyes as I looked at the note in my hand. “Cunts.” I muttered under my breath, crumpling the paper and sliding it into my pocket as well. A breathy laugh left his lips.
“Where the hell would that be? I hated this place. I probably cried in at least every corner at one point in rime.” I spoke. He furrowed his eyebrows. “Me too, so there’s only one place it could be. The gym.” He replied.
The bane of my existence and the worst place to exist. The high school gymnasium. Where I cried in the locker room over getting hit with a dodge ball in front of the entire class, or remembering the events of the night before.
“Alright.” I mumbled, pretending to check the watch on my hand as I turned the lights off and left the room. We walked through the dark halls, staying aware of any possibility of cameras or another presence. More sirens passed in the distance, but they were going away from the school. Nothing we had to worry about.
We approached the gym, pushing open the heavy doors before finding the light switch. My eyes adjusted to the fluorescents as we looked around. There weren’t any notes, and nothing seemed to be too out of place.
I sighed gently as I turned to Matt. He returned the breath as we started walking around, waiting for something to catch our eyes. It didn’t take long before I noticed the girls locker room propped open.
“Wait.” I spoke, turning my path and walking towards the locker room. Matt’s footsteps echoed behind me as I pushed through the door. “I’m not supposed to be in here.” He spoke quietly, his cheeks turning red.
“No ones here, relax.” I rolled my eyes, turning my flashlight on from my phone and shining it throughout the room. Everything seemed normal. The lockers remained sketched on, posters hung on the wall, and— a trace of blood in front of the hallway.
My eyes widened as I tugged on Matt’s sleeve, shining my flashlight toward the several drops of crimson blood painting the tile floor. Maybe that’s what we were looking for.
“We shouldn’t be here.” He quickly spoke as I took a step closer. I shook my head, a short breath escaping my lips. “We have to.” I replied, taking another step as I looked around the wall. I wasn’t met with a body, instead a chair at the end of the hallway.
My eyebrows scrunched in confusion as we both walked closer. The confusion turning into pure horror as we looked down at the gun on the chair, spots of blood staining the head and had dropped onto the floor.
The blood wasn’t dry, it was fresh.
“Holy fuck.” I spoke, quickly backing up as I held onto Matt’s hand. “We need to go, now.” He replied, tugging on my hand as retraced our steps, quickly leaving the locker room. As soon as we stepped outside our phones went off again, we were expecting to hear that we had completed our dare, but we were met with the opposite.
Abigail Collin’s pronounced dead tonight.
