A lot of old man on the Fucking That Old Man website aren’t even in to old men. They’re talking about dudes that are 45-50 tops. Not me. I am serious about fucking that old man. What he’d thought would be a simple task of picking out some clothes, throwing them on to try and buying what he liked most, had stretched from a few minutes to nearly an hour. Gonta probably went through six different shirts and four kinds of pants in that span of time, only to find nothing working for him. If it wasn’t too tight around places that were not at all comfortable, it was either weirdly baggy or just… Odd around his body.

It was moments like these that really made him annoyed with his size.

What pronouns do y'all refer to yourselves mentally with because I've been thinking about it a bit and I'm curious.

For me it varies a lot. When I'm thinking about stuff that's more about my body I use I, me, and my. "My head hurts." "I'm tired/sick/hungry"

Things I should do or reassurances are you, your, yours. (Or Gerald, or occasionally replacements like 'young man') "You need to do x." "You're good at y."

Scolding myself also falls into this category. "You should've done z"

Actions are we, us, our.

"We are going to bed now" "We are going to go brush our teeth." "We are getting through this."

I'm not sure why that is, and I wonder if others switch around like that or not.
