Hi! Im just curious how quickly the first 20 sales happened cause I ordered in the first two minutes and I didn’t get an email and just wanted to see if maybe I was missed somehow

The first 20 physical sales happened within the first half hour of pre-orders being open. Please make sure to also check your spam folder!

We're aware that some customers have been receiving errors when attempting to check out using Paypal. We've contacted Paypal directly about this issue and are waiting for a response.

If you've successfully placed an order using Paypal as your payment method, your order is secure and not in any danger of being cancelled. We're only aware of 3 instances where Paypal was rejected, and all customers that informed us of this received an error message.

While we completely understand customers wanting the extra security Paypal can provide for purchases, we can assure you that other payment methods through big cartel are just as safe! We've taken every precaution possible to keep your purchases secure.

We'll post an update when we hear back from Paypal about this issue!
