The art

...is about Letting go of resistance, finding the essence of the moment. How this essence manifests in me and making the journey of this letting go of resistance into a Poem of Life. Seeing the beauty. Everyone is creating their own poems and sharing their world, ideas, souls on journeys, in a way or another, and I do it through theatre, movement: wishing to convey the truth as I experience it. It's simply too much not to share. So I witness and Act - as an actress, director, fellow human being.
