McLennon Fun Facts #1
"I Don’t Know (Johnny, Johnny)" is an unreleased demo from John Lennon and Paul McCartney, likely recorded around April 1960 at Paul’s house on Forthlin Road in Liverpool. It’s an informal, partly improvised blues/jam number not included on any official Beatles releases.
The track features both John and Paul on vocals and guitars, with George Harrison and Stuart Sutcliffe joining in on guitar and bass, respectively . The lyrics are fragmentary and playful—lines like “Time don’t wait when I’m callin’ you, Johnny boy” and “Please Johnny, won’t you tell me…” point to a loose narrative, built more on mood than structure.

Look at him and his slim figure, that cute bunny smile and positivity — like he hadn’t been motion sick the entire flight.
