I really like this glaze by ephemera but the original has lavender undertones that don’t translate well in terms of light colours. I tweaked the .DDS in photoshop and was quite pleased with the result. The top row of photos show the original and the second row is the edit, corresponding colours under its respective partner. This replaces the original and of course, all credit goes to the frighteningly talented ephemera.

this charming suburban family home was built with a clear purpose — to house two artistic parents and their ocean-obsessed child! two bedrooms and one bathroom give a family of three ample room to paint, write, and dream of becoming a marine biologist.

IT’S FINALLY HERE. and because i am a n00b to sharing, i’d love it if someone tested it out for me and reported back with the results.

anyway, the lot was built and decorated by me (none of the cc used is mine — it’s all by very talented other people!) on 72 water lily lane in sunset valley, but i think you’ll be able to place it pretty much anywhere that you can find without a problem, since i stuck to a relatively small lot in the first place. i also tried to use fairly common cc that i see used in a lot of houses, with the hope that you already have stuff installed and don’t have to deal with that extra step. i do have all eps and sps (except for katy perry stuff), but i used mostly university life and island paradise objects. those should be replaced if you do not have them, but the kid’s room might look a little lackluster afterwards… and i used quite a few objects from the waning moon store set, too. NOTE: any store objects i used are decrapified. as far as i can tell, that means they may not show up. you can use my pictures as a guide to replace objects in game if you’d like. i’m not responsible for any game issues that may arise if you download and install this lot. that said, i really don’t think you’ll have any problems.

a couple of things regarding the house that isn’t cc-related! first, above the kid’s bedroom near the desk, four roof tiles are missing and i’m not sure why? it won’t affect your gameplay, but if you take pictures in that room and angle the camera towards the ceiling, you’ll see what i mean. also, i forgot to add wallpaper on the outside wall of the microwave pantry. -.- sorry about that!

i did test it a little bit and had no problems, and there shouldn’t be any routing issues, but if there are, please let me know. actually, if there are problems of any kind, let me know! i will try my best to fix things.

the download includes tou and package cc list. everything else should be attached to the house, but if you download it, run it, and it’s like, half empty, PLEASE send me an ask so i can see what to do! like i said, i’m new at this. but if half empty is your thing, go for it. feel free to change it up. this house is for you to have fun with!
