Redesigning
I’m redesigning, in case you’ve visited lately. Every time you come here it’s going to look different, and probably quite dumb, until I finally land on a style I like.
Sorry!

Project Guild: FAIL
Well, back from my summer break and time to update the old blog. I use the word break’ loosely here in that I spent the last two months working like a dog and renovating my house. Nothing quite like a major project at work to put your painting projects back on the shelf.
A year ago I pledged my efforts towards the GOOD guys* in Malifaux, the Guild. With much hubris I claimed that I would…

Malifaux Field Guide 47: Ryle
Malifaux Field Guide 47: Ryle
Ryle Hoffman’s decent into madness and monstrosity is a cruel reflection of his younger brother’s rise to power. At Ramos’ call, both men travelled on the same train through the breech, both experienced the same dislocating pulse of energy as they passed between worlds, but while C. Hoffman found his crippled body imbued with the energy released by their transit the unfortunate Ryle succumbed to…

Malifaux Field Guide 046: The Family
Malifaux Field Guide 046: The Family
I finally finished photographing my M2E Latigo Posse models and that was the perfect catalyst to write an article on a topic I’ve been meaning to cover for a while. The link below takes you to the first of what I hope are several articles that cover an entire group of models and talks a bit about how they work together.
Malifaux Field Guide / Family >>
So the question is, which is next? Guild…

Malifaux Field Guide 045: Mechanical Attendant
Malifaux Field Guide 045: Mechanical Attendant
As brilliant as C. Hoffman is with his innovations, and as useful as his ability to manipulate machinery with his mind may be, some tasks are still best left to elbow grease and a spanner. Even here Hoffman refuses to let his physical form serve as a limitation on his capabilities – should a task call for four hands instead of two he has his custom harness to assist him. Should he require still…

Malifaux Field Guide 044: C. Hoffman C. Hoffman never meant to come to Malifaux, let alone ascend to the highest echelons of power within the city.

Malifaux Field Guide Update
I am continuing to add to the Field Guide every week, but some of the earlier articles are showing their age already. I’m going to be coming through them over the next month or so to correct any errors, update any information that has changed since the Beta and to standardise the format a little bit. Specifically:
Options and Upgrades – Some articles have the information about Upgrades and legal…

Wyrd just released a set of reference cards for Resurrectionists. They even included a different card for each of Molly’s builds.
This is awesome because I was considering making some for my own use… and now I don’t have to. Even still, it might be handy to make up Crew list cards for some of the more cross-faction Masters. Or even just a listing of Mercenaries so I don’t have to hunt every time. What do you people think?
