I’m having a hard time right now. I’m heartbroken and terrified for the world. I have severe anxiety and bipolar type two, and this pandemic is the worst thing ever to happen in my life. I feel like it’s a nightmare we can’t wake up from. It’s taken every coping mechanism from me, and placed me in the very position that has almost ended my life multiple times... ISOLATION. I’m so depressed and I can’t see my family or my boyfriend and I’m completely alone. I’m also an essential worker, I take care of people with developmental disabilities. I’m terrified of going to work and giving someone the virus, or contracting it. I can’t take time off work to cope because of bills, and I’m terrified that if I continue living like this for much longer, I may relapse. I need some help. Can anyone hear me? 😭
