Last week i did 4-5 laps around the pond!
And the pilates bar reps wahoo
im currently out of town so no updates for now until i get back

Hello! I'm just recording what i've been doing for my first few days of changing my self and health.
The other day I did with the pilates bar
30 bicep crunch
30 lifts
30 side to side waist thingys
10 squats
30 booty leg lifts (each side)
and for today i did 4 laps around the pond (reminder to wear leggings so i prevent thigh chafing 😔)
We'll get there somehow!
