Thank you so much for asking! If you mean the outfit I usually draw him in. That's kind of the Canon outfit he has when he plays a villain in the show anyway. So, there is no need to ask at all with that! ( I think the only thing I changed was shorter sleeves and the mask)
And I don't mind if you find inspiration from anything and use it, that's half the fun of being an artist on here. As long as my whole AU isn't used without credit I don't mind at all!
