I don’t think I’ll ever be able to take short Scott headcanons that seriously, especially the ones who do him really short like 5’2. And that’s only because I just remember the fact he’s like 6ft or smth IRL then my mind would compare the character and the cc next to each other and that just looks ridiculous to me 😭 Since my mind knows they are the same person it just thinks “imagine seeing someone that looks exactly like you and they’re just a foot shorter” and that makes me laugh. No offence to people who do headcanon character Scott as short, do whatever you want. I’m just always going to giggle a little at that stupid thought my mind keeps thinking of.

I could probably elaborate more on the what’s and whys at some point hhhh….

I have been thinking about Scott’s ability. Obviously, I want their powers to mimic the ones they had in wildlife. Cause it’s a wildlife au. But I really want him to have shape shifting in general not just animals. I’m thinking drawback wise tho.

He can shift fully into any animal, for any length of time, usually used for spying and distractions.

He can also ‘merge the animal dna with his own’ (but not like fully if that makes sense) to give him the features of animals, he usually uses that in battle for stuff like, claws for fighting, like, dog ears for enhanced hearing. :^ without a time limit, but it’s just exhausting to keep up, the ability kinda snaps off if he looses focus. He’s gotta be hella locked in or really emotional/passionate to have multiple features at once.

When it comes to complete humans.. there’s a big cooldown Due to it being a very big mental drain trying to replicate a ‘false human appearance’. (Even the iconic blue hair he uses with his villain costume wears him out to have consistently. He’s just tired a lot lmaooo)

But anyway, animals and animal features, small appearance changes etc hair , although tiring, can use for as long as he likes. If he’s disguising as a whole different preexisiting human, he can only keep it for about 10 minutes before it automatically switches him back.

Also words about Cleo… she can raise the dead to do her evil doings /silly but truthful HSHS . Both zombie humans and zombie animals. She rode into battle on a zombie horse before. She’s just cool like that.

No one’s sure if she is ‘spawning in’ brand new undead creatures, or if they were previously living. No one really wants to ask. And she doesn’t talk about her abilities much, especially outside of battle plans

I think the biggest proof of how much Scott truly deeply genuinely cares about people- instead of just being polite for tactical reasons- is the fact that Scott has been targeted, sabotaged, and betrayed in a million ways, has been ridiculed and attacked and taunted, has had his plans ruined and his animals killed and his bases defaced, has been killed in unfair ways even by his own teammates, and yet the only thing that has ever gotten him to really crack was the unbearable grief of losing someone he loved.
