High five give me some skin juice. Now on day 3 of juicing has been fine not really to hungry. The juice has blended avocado in it but was finding it hard to drink so have been eating the avocado and just juicing the rest which has made it much easier. Roll on eating tomorrow!!!

I鈥檓 back it鈥檚 back, never really left, but this is the eve of a lifestyle change and trying to improve the skin from within!!! My sister told me I should start blogging again to help me through it so I鈥檓 actually going to make a real effort this time. Since my last post I have had a second baby who is already 15 months, time flies when you鈥檙e having fun, I鈥檓 still breastfeeding so thought that would keep the psoriasis at by but the past few weeks it has come back with vengeance so I鈥檓 going clean to help. Will keep you posted of what鈥檚 happening :)

Haven't blogged for a while as been busy cooking a baby, who is due any day now. I have not eaten any gluten for a long time not and my psoriasis continues to improve and my ins problems have reduced significantly. I'll be interested to see how good my skin is once the pregnancy hormones are out of my system as I was only gluten free for a couple of months before I got pregnant!!

Waiting at the hospital for my skin appt. Might try and play a guessing games with the doctor to see if he can work out why it has improved so much. Bet he doesn't say gluten!!!!

So I fancied a Chinese tonight, but no can do as all take aways have the devilish Gluten in. Whats a girl to do..... Make my own.
Replace noodles with Eat water noodles almost zero calorie's. Replace Hoisin sauce with plum and hay presto gluten free low calorie Chinese.

Last weekends cook up. Soups, Pea and mint, Carrot and coriander and Potato and Leek. All gluten and dairy free. Home made bread rolls, gluten and dairy free in the bag on the right and full of wheat goodness on the left for Mr L.
