I know I've said this for the past few posts but...things are still not stable in my day to day life. I'm working two part time jobs, no health insurance and problems at one of my jobs with COVID being the root cause. I'm afraid things just havent gotten better since last time. I still do art and I still have my Etsy shop up, but my want to draw dragons has been stunted a bit. Though I predict it will come back when the new Wings of Fire Book comes out. I was not interested at all in the last legends book and decided to skip it. So no inspiration from there.
But the good news is that I am going to do inktober this year and I think it will be a good kickstart for me again. As for other art, expect more painted models. That's what I've been doing a lot of lately in prep for next years AOS tournaments and some commissions on the side. I will try to get into the habit of posting those here again soon.
See ya guys around!

I did some silly video editing of Total Warhammer II. I have had some ridiculous experiences. This was one.
Been off work for some time, and have been still quiet. Since updating my desktop system, I’ve been looking for some proper brushes to replace the ones that I was using to make my dragons. I found some promising ones that I will try out soon. I do want to do Luna next, as I predict she will be the next protagonist for The Lost Continent Arc.

Oof. I’ve been absent for like, three months. Sorry bout that guys! I moved, and have still been working to find some solid employment. And I have...finally.
Its just the COVID virus is keeping me at home cause my new job is a government funded job.
SO. I decided to feed my new obsession with Hazbin Hotel. The more I watch it, the more I see. Its such a fun thing. So, here is Starteller as a Hazbin Hotel demon. The demon of logic and reason specifically.

Oof. I’ve been dead....
So a lot has happened since my last post. I got a job that was exhausting. I’ve been both physically and mentally tired. AND my want to draw has been uninspired. Needed a break from the norm. And I got into a new hobby.
Warhammer: Age of Sigmar. And Skaven.
I’m already scheduled to enter a tournament near the start of next year. I entered a painting contest this past October. And so I’ve been furiously painting away since then. So most of my time has been sunk into that. However, here are some of the fruits of that labor. Horde armies like Skaven need a lot of models to function effectively. I have 20 out of 80 plague monks painted. And since I will likely field them in my debut tournament, I need to get as many done as quickly as possible.

I also had a commission come in as well. So some original ice dragons.

I have also done quite a few little logic memes for personal use as well as use in FB groups (of which I spend much time arguing in.) I’m in the process of updating many of these digitally.

That’s the update for now. My Etsy store will be up to date with a new pack soon, and I’m finally in the mood to do some more WOF art. I’m thinking of doing Sundew x Willow. As I love that pair.
~Cheers, I should be back to blogging again soon!

Some amazing cosplayers got together to show support for Hong Kong after the Blizzard controversy. For those who didn’t know, Blizzard banned pro Hearthstone winner for supporting Hong Kong and took away his prize money. So many American companies, Blizzard, NBA, Hollywood, and countless more are censoring free speech in fear of angering China and losing out on Chinese money. It’s ironic when Blizzard’s slogan is “Every Voice Matters” and their games features heros fighting for justice. Let’s show them such hypocrisy won’t be tolerated!
Meanwhile the people of Hong Kong are fighting hard for their own freedom and democracy against the totalitarian regime of China. I was born and raised in China myself and I saw first hand the extreme level of censorship and nationalist propaganda people are subject to. If you speak out in China, you will get disappeared. Don’t let this happen to the people of Hong Kong, stand for what is just. Don’t let greed for money speak louder than freedom.

Day 1: Tetra
It’s that time of year again. Welcome to my 2019 Inktober featuring all my favorite Zelda characters. Zelda is my all time favorite game series and I wanted to do all my favorite characters. First up is Tetra (I know she’s Zelda but she’s her own character).

Sundew just in time for the Poison Jungle release. Been my favorite protagonist and favorite book in this arc so far. It’s totally not because Sundew is lesbian....

Due to the amount of planning this will take me, I’ve decided on my Inktober list for 2019. (I’ll be printing out the lyrics after arranging them digitally because my hand writing is really bad and I’m not good at changing it.) I’m really excited for this one because music is one of my biggest inspirations. My restrictions were one song per artist (which was super hard...)
Feel free to use this prompt list yourself and swap out the songs at your leisure!
