The wonderful @luciensdefenseattorney made my dreams come true. Here are Nyx, Cricket, Froggy, and Ori in their official portraits.

I cannot thank @luciensdefenseattorney enough for this. She was a dream to work with! It’s like she went directly into my brain and took the kiddos out. Every item in their portraits are directly from my writing and headcannons! Nyx’s wood carvings, Ori’s cat Pudding, Cricket’s horseshoes and Froggy’s books! I hope you love them as much as I do!

And meet the kiddos behind the cut!

Nyx, the golden boy of Velaris. He loves his parents, cousins, and architecture. He loves his books and models and he loves carving little wooden animals for his loved ones. An adventurer at heart, he wants to explore the skies.

Cricket, Elain and Lucien's eldest daughter. A child of the Day Court, she'd rather be riding horses with her grandfather or playing pranks with her cousin Nyx. She's the defacto leader of the group, with all of her father's courage, her grandfather's humor, her mother's looks, and her Uncle Eris's brains.

Froggy, Elucien's second born daughter! While she's a prodigy and scholar that the Day Court is proud of, it's her mastery of the Autumn Flame that has her Uncle Eris declare her as the defacto heir to the Autumn Court. (in her Autumn Court gown) But Froggy has no time for politics! She prefers to study and play with her smokehound, Brigid. Named after the first fae in Autumn to wield fire.

and last, but certainly not least it's the little Illyrian Princess herself, Orianna! Ori loves many things, her Mama and Papa, glitter, dancing, the library, and her cat Pudding. She's the heir of the House of the Wind, the trusted assistant to the Priestesses of the Library, and the little Princess of the Night Court. She loves to play with her cousins, train to be a Valkyrie, and do her librarian duties. And she's the star of the Velaris Children's Choir that her Aunt Gwyn and Uncle Az lead. Maybe soon they'll give her a new baby cousin to play with!

Beyond Evil, episode 13

This conversation is just so them. Lee Dongsik with his humorless humor, prodding and pushing, Han Joowon, seemingly calm but coming undone with one sincere question. Lee Dongsik might have started harshly but still knows that Han Joowon is not like his father, and he cannot hide his concern. And Han Joowon - having processed the most recent revelations and not half as adamant about his father's potential role in Lee Yuyeon's death at this point - might have expected hostility, even prepared himself for it, only to see that Lee Dongsik seems to be worried about him, of all people. And he cannot comprehend; Lee Dongsik's worry is worse than Lee Dongsik's ire. If Lee Dongsik didn't back off when he did, I'm pretty sure Han Joowon would've bolted out of pure overwhelm.

Beyond Evil seriously lacks a scene in which Juwon enters Dongsik's house with his unhinged stalker investigator energy but one time he finds Dongsik running around naked.

Joowon as Dongsik’s angel and savior.

Inspired by knights, porcelain corsets, and my love for fairy tales and fantasy worlds. Also, something about Joowon hiding his softer side behind a hard shell and amaryllis symbolizing pride, strength, and determination, which I think fits him a lot, if that matters.

Nothing in this design is supposed to be functional, I just think Joowon in knight armor and with wings looks neat, and it just happened that when I think of angels and Joowon, it's this that comes up.
