Mini Update 10/9/17 5:15 pm

Hey everyone! It’s been an amazing time running this blog so far, and the response I’ve received is so overwhelmingly positive in such a short amount of time, it’s pure motivation and excitement fuel. So I just wanna say thank you so much for all the love and good vibes, you wonderful people!

I currently have 5 requests in the ask box, thank you to all who’ve sent them! One of those, and two surprise sketches in progress are going to come out by next Friday, hopefully sooner. However, I have a lot on my plate this coming week with school, work, and doctors, so I’ll have to be a teeny bit inactive on here for the next couple days. This is more of a reminder to myself than it is to any of y’all, but I am not an art making machine. I’ve got to prioritize my studies, financial burdens, etc. So I hope you’ll all forgive me for taking a tiny break to focus on them. Basically I just need a little time to make sure my life doesn’t fall apart around me while I’m making art for y'all, cause then I wouldn’t be able to do it anymore! Ohohoho boy do I ever (͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Long story short, I don’t/can’t self-ship because of personal issues. However, my plan for the future is to make a graphic novel and I have four main protagonists. One of those four has basically been a primary reason for living for the last 7 years of my life. About 2 years ago, my best friend pointed out to me that she’s clearly my comfort character. And even though she has her own universe/story to live in, whenever I get invested enough in a new piece of media, I have a grand old time envisioning her in whatever it is. Her name is Shiori (シオリ) I love.
