“Bunni and Bosque is the story of Bunni Tivah, a Horn with immunity to every sickness on the planet, and Bosque, a Nameless Horn destined to die of a fatal disease called Wood Horn. The two face daunting futures they don't want, only to meet and decide to take their lives back.

Bunni wants nothing more than to shed herself of every family member, every bad memory, and every bit of shame her last name brings. In Bosque, she finds a way out of her people's massive lands and power, but at costs that she couldn't predict. There is danger in loving Bosque, and Bunni doesn't shy away from it.

Bosque wants love. He wants to adore someone the way his father adored his mother, and he wants to pass on his legacy (regardless of the consequence). Being the last of his entire people, he faces immense pressure to die with pride. Bosque eventually refuses to accept his sickness. The hope that Bunni brings him is contagious.

And when a solution is presented to help the two live, love, and thrive forever, the story is given a chance to change. Bunni lives. We know that.

When the two meet, Bunni is struggling through a forced marriage and the end of her free life. Bosque is dying alone on his family's land, desperately ignoring a growing fear of mortality. The two are not ready for each other, but they're both out of time to meet naturally. Fate takes the chances it gets.

With the pressure of a nation on their shoulders, Bunni and Bosque have to make a decision: do they stand by their families, or do they stand by themselves?
