Well here's a great example of one of my favorite design styles. As someone who is from the early 2000's, this is what the future looked like to me. This is what many people expected the future would look like. What was your future prediction?
Websites always had a similar design or feel to this "Frutiger aero" style. All apps from apple looked like this early on in their process to growing as a company. A sense of nostalgia always comes from this.
