Fall ORC | Week 1
I’m diving right back in again for my second One Room Challenge! This time I’ll be continuing down the hall, through the “mud room” and down the stairs to the playroom.
After (almost) finishing the downstairs guest bathroom, I have the itch. If you give a mouse a cookie, she’ll just want another (project)!
The Spring One Room Challenge was definitely not easy. There were many pain points, mistakes, and “discussions” with my family on how the bathroom renovation was an inconvenience. And I agreed, but in the end I feel more fulfilled because I challenged myself. I found a creative outlet and a supportive community that filled the hole I was feeling post leaving my NYC design career. Now as a stay at home mom of three crazy adorable monkeys, I have found balance through DIY - it’s the flexible outlet I’ve been searching for.
Spring One Room Challenge here I come!
