Hello, it seems like some of my posts are gaining a little bit of attention considering I'm kinda new here.

So I thought that I might as well introduce myself!

Im Stownes, and I'm a 2D and 3D artist and animator! I'm 22 years old and my pronouns are she/they.

Ena is my current hyperfixation. My past hyperfixations have been: Minecraft, Roblox, Steven Universe, Undertale, Five Nights at Freddy's, Gravity Falls, and My Little Pony. Yeah. If you were *that* kid in high school, you probably relate. However, I grew out of most of these, though I still have a fondness for them in my heart. Ena is king right now though lol.

I do all sorts of things, as I hate sticking to one thing. Art, animation, writing, music, crochet, video games, etc etc.

I'm a professional procrastinator and overthinker lol.

I love every color, though pink and orange are my favorites.

I like to refer to myself as a strange creature.

I have socials on instagram, youtube, here, twitter, and bluesky. They have the same username as here (styx_and_stownes), except for twitter and bluesky, in which my username is styxxandstownes because someone cooler than me got my cool username before I did.

I think thats all I'll say for now. I'll probably edit in the future.

hi im offering alternative angles to a couple theories and rambling. i still like the original theories but like ena there's multiple sides to everything!

what if i told you ena is not a soldier but a very overworked and overwhelmed workaholic, and all the bullets represent her worries and fears crushing and burying her, and the flowers represent her dreams and desires, and the gun being her motivation and insecurities, and the area shes in is her mindscape

what if ena was not a mother and all this womb egg and fetus imagery are just symbols for rebirth

dont get me wrong, i ADORE the soldier and mother theory. but there's probably more than one interpretation, and i just wanted to share my own.

i also want to mention there's a lot of undertones of duality, and not just with ena herself. Good and bad, forgiven and unforgiven, etc. one i want to point out is in the intro logo itself. The spatula and the fork-tong thingie.

Spatulady gives an air of holiness. The fork in the trailer is that monster thing she reaches out to. maybe thats evil? another interpretation is being saved and saving yourself. Spatulady being dreams and the fork being fears.

Uncanny streets bright and dark, the double taxi, 2 ways to go to the bathroom, doors being the line between 2 areas

There's probably a lot more layers im not thinking of right now. Im also probably milking it a bit. But i hope you see what i mean

i can elaborate more if people desire.

also i have a crack prediction theory that ena is gonna end up being the boss and has to literally fight herself on what she truly wants. this has no meat to it other than the "im no longer the boss of myself" line and how the boss is so hyped up. Not to mention what theodora says, both in the bathroom and her broken form.

im only posting this so i can look back and see if im right or wrong LOL
