A Special Journey: Building My First SaaS Business
Starting a business is never easy, but when it all begins with a friend, it feels like you're not doing it alone. That’s exactly how my journey into the world of SaaS began.
It all started with a conversation over coffee. One of my close friends, who had experience in software development, mentioned an idea for a SaaS product that could help small businesses streamline their customer service. It was an exciting thought—something that had the potential to solve real-world problems. But more importantly, it got me thinking about how we could leverage technology to make a meaningful impact.
At the time, I had no clue how to launch a SaaS product. Sure, I had a solid background in accounting, but tech? Not so much. But my friend believed in the idea and, together, we took the plunge.
The Early Struggles: Getting Started
Building a SaaS business isn't as glamorous as some might think. There were days when the progress felt painfully slow, and others when I questioned whether we were heading in the right direction.
