Trying to still the happy movements that eacape out It spills out

The child is fresh out of the water and smiles so brightly

I hugged it Until the stars inside my soul collapsed

In order to bloom, do we have to be beautiful in such a wild, overgrown way?

You close your eyes eyes And wait for the brilliant blue waves, coming in and receding, to darken

And I tried to paint an awkward, wilting confession in vivid colour But my breath was white

At an age where just wanting something didn't make it possible, Every single one of your days was beautiful

10 years. 10 YEARS. That’s actually insane. BTS has been by my side my entire adult life. 10 years ago I was 18, in school, stressing about the next assignment or test. Wondering whether or not I would make it in this highly competitive field. Now I’m 28, a professional engineer, home-owner and cat-mom to 3 lovely babies. Throughout these years their music, concerts, and content have served as a source of inspiration and comfort. They gave me something to relate to, something to look forward to, something to rely on. And I’ll always be grateful for that. But BTS also lead me to meet some of the most amazing people, to travel the world, and to make memories that will last a lifetime. I’ve grown with them and because of them. And that, is something that will stick with me forever. Thank you for 10 years BTS! And here’s to 10 more ❤
