manifestation: a complete guide
manifestation, as i briefly mentioned in my last post, is the key way that i have and continue to gain things that i wish to possess. i will be covering here what manifestation is, ways of which you can manifest, and a couple of other bonus things in order to help you achieve your goals.
manifestation (law of attraction): the law of attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life.
how law of attraction can be used in everyday life to obtain your goals:
scripting: this is a method of manifestation where you write out the exact details of the life you would like and read through it regularly, making it detailed and accurate.
pinterest: this is one of the main methods i used, but you create a manifestation board and save pictures of the goals you would like to obtain and the steps towards them. this can be done physically as well on a cork board, simply print off pictures and write details on post it notes
visualisation: this one is fairly easily and another one that i have used. it consists of you visualising your goals and making your mind believe that you already have them
some general tips that will help massively:
• clean up your life: there will be no room for the new if you still are hanging onto the old, so clean out your life in more aspects than material objects. let go of fake friends, mend relationships that are becoming weak, etc
• physically prepare for your dreams to come true: for example, if you are manifesting a good grade, buy yourself a treat for after you ace the test, or a new phone? buy a phone case for it
• live in the present moment: don’t assume that since you have manifested it will come to you without effort. manifestation allows your goals to come true by giving you the resources and motivation for it to come true, it’s YOU that puts it all together.

simple things to do to elevate your vibe and achieve your goals
wake up early: this is conditional to each person so if you are waking up early be sure to go to sleep early also. you do not want to feel fatigued in the morning and it will allow you to get more done in your mornings
spend time outside each day: this is extremely beneficial as some studies have shown that being outside calms you down and keeps you grounded, so try and fit in some time where you are content in your surroundings
excercise: now this is extremely conditional, please do not do this if it will damage your health whether that be physical, mental or both. but doing some excercise can help with productivity and keep your body in a healthy and happy condition, excercise for releasing feel good endorphins
journal: it is extremely healthy for you to open up about how you feel to yourself and be content in this. what i mean by that is if you have had a productive day yet you still feel down for whatever aspect that may be, journaling gives you time to reflect on this and not beat yourself up about it; nobody is perfect and everyone has bad days, no matter what you did in them. on the contrary, even if you are having a good day it is valuable to keep this in mind
learn something new each day: whether that be linked to studying for school, or if it is a new hobby, language or some general knowledge, learning something new keeps your brain active and thirsty for knowledge which is extremely beneficial
meditation: this can be used in a similar way to journaling or spending time outside, but this is another self reflection task to really allow yourself to settle any thoughts and sink into the day, to revel in the moment
reflect on how you come across: take the time to evaluate how you may seem to others, and throw in some random acts of kindness. spend that time asking yourself how what you may have done or said to someone could impact them positively, or instead how it may have effected them negatively
manifest: this is one of those sort of tips that wraps it up in a neat red bow. manifestation helps so much in both elevating your vibe and achieving your goals, and i am going to make another post going in depth into this and ways you can manifest that you are more than welcome to check out once finished, but asa summary for those who wish not to, it’s about giving off the positive energy you want to introduce into your life, writing statements such as ‘i have positive, healthy relationships in my life’ and ‘i am worthy of success’.
