There is no separation. Assumption = reality.
There is no separation between your assumptions, your beliefs, your manifestations, and your reality. Not metaphorically not conceptually. I mean literally. They are the same thing. You assume something is true, not to make it true, not to force it to happen, but because it already is. You’re not trying to influence reality. You are BEING reality.
There’s no step one: assume step two: wait step three: receive.
That’s separation.
That’s delay.
That’s a lie we were taught to believe.
Think of a mirror
When you lift your hand, does the reflection wait? Does it pause for a moment and think about whether or not it should reflect you?
NO
It just reflects instantly. Because the mirror isn’t separate from you it is you in reflected form.
Your reality is the exact same way. The moment you assume something reality mirrors it.
You are the origin. You are the cause. The assumption is the effect. But they happen in ONE act.
And this is the thing most people are still waiting still checking the mirror. They assume something and then they wait for the proof. But babe, that’s not an assumption. That’s doubt in disguise.
You don't smile hoping the mirror smiles back you smile because you KNOW it will reflect that smile you trust it without needing to double check you don’t call yourself delusional for smiling before the mirror moves. you just do. Because you know the mirror moves with you.
That’s what it means to live in the state of the wish fulfilled. You become the version of yourself who already has it not to get it but because you do have it. Not in some faraway future. Not if the universe allows.
Right now. Because you decided and reality obeys that decision without hesitation.
Assumption is manifestation. They’re not separate. They never were. You are not faking it you are not pretending you are not lying to yourself.
You are BEING and the world has no choice but to mirror that being. Stop waiting stop watching the mirror.
Smile now. Assume now.
BE now.
Because the truth is: you already have it. You already are it and the mirror has already reflected it.

🤍✨ the void isn’t something you find… but something you REMEMBER
the “void” is often spoken about like it’s a mystical state that exists somewhere outside of us. something to chase, something to enter, something reserved for the “spiritually elite.”
but the truth is far simpler, and far more profound.
the void is not a destination. it’s your NATURAL STATE.

🤍✨ what the void REALLY is
the void is PURE AWARENESS. the consistent, silent field of consciousness behind every thought, identity, sensation, and desire. it’s not a place. it’s not a technique. it’s not a feeling.
it’s what remains when you detach from the ego. from your 3D. from the physical realm of reality. from the projection of your 4D. it’s the space between thoughts.
it’s the AWARENESS of thoughts.
it’s the “you” before you ever had a name. some people call it your soul, pure consciousness, etc. but ultimately, it all describes the same spiritual awareness that selects and experiences your reality.
when you are deeply present, not thinking, not doing, just being, you begin to REALIZE that deeper layer. THAT’S the void.
and here’s the twist:
you don’t fall into the void. you remember you already are it.

🤍✨ the void is AWARENESS — and awareness is EVERYTHING.
awareness isn’t passive. it’s creative. it’s selective. it’s the observer that COLLAPSES infinite possibility into experience.
this is where quantum physics meets spirituality: the same observer effect that defines physical outcomes at the quantum level also describes the mechanisms of your inner reality (interpretively):
what you observe -> BECOMES.
what you assume -> SOLIDIFIES.
what you bring awareness to -> COLLAPSES into form.
so the void?
it’s your SANDBOX.
because in that pure state of awareness, there are no limitations. only POTENTIAL.

🤍✨ how to ACCESS it (not as a technique, but a remembering)
you don’t access the void by escaping your body. you don’t “leave” your current reality. you don’t chase stillness. you SURRENDER into it.
here’s one way it unfolds (how it goes for me):
get still. physically, emotionally, mentally.
close your eyes. not to shut out the world, but to turn toward the one inside you.
observe your thoughts without following. let them pass.
observe and realize the awareness behind awareness.
sounds abstract? that’s because it is, but that doesn’t make it complicated.
this isn’t about doing more. it’s about letting go. the “difficulty” often comes from being deeply identified with the 3D and closed-off to the idea that there’s more to what we see in the physical.
when you’re attached to that framework, the void can feel confusing or unreachable. but the truth is: it’s always been here. it’s the source of the 3D projection that you experience physically.

🤍✨ why there’s no direct/traditional “PROOF” of the void
because this is DIRECT EXPERIENCE. not theory. not belief. not even science, though it echoes it.

no one can define your inner stillness.
and no one can disprove your ability to return to the pure field of consciousness that you’ve always been.
it’s not anti-science, it simply exists BEYOND what conventional science can access. and that’s okay. like the quantum field, the void is limitless possibility until observed, and YOU are the observer.

if the void has felt like something UNREACHABLE, i’d like to leave you with this:
it’s never been outside of you.

and when you remember that, you stop chasing. you stop trying. you just return. to the stillness. to the limitless potential. you are the void. you always were.

How I always induce the void state + what you’re doing wrong.

i’ve induced the void state at least 7 times from what i remember, yes i manifested my dream life, you might wonder why i’m on tumblr yapping my brain out about what manifesting is and whatever it’s because im here to try to help some of you, i want you to be successful just like me. so try to understand this post.
the way i successfully induce the void is by just deciding that i do, and since that assumption hardened into fact already it just basically means for me i can always induce it when i want and where i want. you can literally become just like me and all it takes is a simple decision and a flip in thoughts, whoever said it takes some serious repetition to get into the void is wrong imo, but thats okay! because we all have different assumptions and beliefs and that’s totally normal, the world won’t end because you think it takes months to finally induce a state that you’re always in.
now here’s what you’re doing wrong, you’re wavering, you’re contradicting yourself, you aren’t trusting yourself, you’re panicking, you’re rushing, you’re in “waiting” mode, you’re seeing the void state as something it isn’t, you think its the key, you’re dependent on it, you’re overthinking it and probably other things but those were just the stuff i could probably assume about you. stop doing all of those things i listed because i promise you inducing the void state is literally the easiest thing you can do. “well why haven’t i induced it yet?” because you keep assuming you cant. “well i don’t assume that i can’t i just can never induce it” well you just said you couldn’t what are you talking about? remember whatever you say is true so you saying you aren’t inducing the void no matter what is true. please read @salemlunaa ‘s post about reaffirming failure. because that is what majority of you are doing.
stop falling back into your old cycle the old story is dead it does NOT serve you anymore. make that decision you’re a “void state master” and literally watch how your reality changes, just be a void state master in imagination because again imagination creates, stay firm to your new story or assumption and don’t think against it. you have always been a void state master. you just need to bring your awareness to that fact.

why do you want your desire?
we have to go to the bigger question and ask ourselves “WHY? we want it because of the feeling, not the actual physical thing itself but the feeling. here’s an example
i want to manifest better grades i want all As.
why? because having all A’s means my parents are proud of me. having all A’s means im proud of myself. my teachers are proud of me, my friends are congratulating me. i actually feel smart and capable.
having an A on a piece of a paper is..useless if i didn’t feel the things i wanted to feel. it’d just be a letter on a sheet, but i give it significance. why else do we strive to achieve the best? because of how good it feels.
so imagine that as you wish. conjure the feeling of your friends, your family feeling proud of you. i like to imagine voices confirming what i want to happen, so in this case id imagine my friends saying “oh my god maya you’re so smart i cant believe you got an A!!”
i like to believe its when we open the doors into truly allowing ourselves to feel what we want to feel manifesting feels less of a chore but an outlet to goodness & less and less we lose ourselves in that goodness that whatever the 3D shows loses it’s significance.
when we look at our desires at face-value we tend to lose the ‘pot of gold’ aka feeling. we’re so focused on getting our desires that we miss the whole entire point.
personally i believe if we intend to manifest with the intention of it changing the 3D we will automatically look towards the 3D. we will automatically seek the 3D for our desires when we should be looking within.
make yourself feel good in the inside, make yourself feel calm in the inside, make yourself all the wonderful things you want to feel in the inside. do it because no matter what it’ll reflect, it has to. where else would it go?

you guys should stop being phased by things like this.
1. there are literally several mentions about the void state in ancient Hindu scriptures. Forget that, renowned scientist like Joe Dispenza spoke about void in 3 of his books. Tom Campbell spoke about it his books and videos. You have tonne of void success stories under youtube comments of shifting videos, on subreddits and amino. To think all of them are collectively lying is crazy.
2. your word goes. your faith determines your experience. you can't experience anything outside your consciousness. so chill out. take a deep breath. void is real. you can manifest anything you want instantly.

hey sugar, i just wanted to share something interesting that happened last night. ❤️
so, i woke up in phase and did ssild. honestly, i got pretty lazy so i did it in a very half assed way (i didn’t pay full attention to the senses and got distracted a lot) and i’m pretty sure i fell asleep before i could complete all the cycles but what happened later was very interesting!
after i fell asleep, i dreamt that i was in my bed. i was laying down on my stomach and… doing ssild. in my dream 😭 while doing it, i got a feeling of something picking me up, like a huge rush (something similar to what you feel when meditating).
i then started affirming for the void and saw a bright white light. after that, i honestly don’t remember what happened. i think i either woke up and fell back asleep or tapped into the void state but was unaware. i also remember dreaming about sending you my success story lol but i don’t know if it was before this or after
i don’t think it was a lucid dream, because i didn’t do a reality check and realise i was dreaming and it actually felt so real.
anyway, i’m going to do ssild again tonight and im actually going to do it seriously. pay full attention to all my senses and finish all four cycles. i really think it’s the best ld method cause if doing it half heartedly and not even completing me gave me such results, imagine the success if i actually did it properly!
AND i’m going to send you my success story, just like i dreamt of doing! be ready for it 😋

hii,
Every time I try to induce void through lucid dreaming, my dream characters start to react historically. And then the dream either changes into a nightmare or i wake up. I had so many lucid dreams but every time same things happened. I don't know why my dream characters act historically. I even talked to them and asked them to take me void but they refused to do so.
what do you mean by "historically"? I don't get it

Hey I did wbtb method I slept around like 1 am and I got woke up to alarm at 4:06 am and then I did lot of activities and I got so tired and sleepy and at 5:00 am I slept
But I didn't get LD or induced void ( although I am expert in lucid dreaming I induced it through sats and ETILD many times)
I think it didn't work because 5 hours Is not completed or is it something else?
as far as his teachings are concerned, ge specifically says a good night's rest is essential before you attempt. why don't you try again with good night's sleep once more?!

hello!!! I'm completely confused.… last night, I used your void state method mixed with the distraction method, and it was crazy! I fall asleep, and I have lucid dreams, and at one point I commanded my layout to change to a void state, and the next second I find myself in total darkness, my body begins to feel like I'm flying, and I hear tinnitus. I was in this state for a few seconds, quickly affirming my little desires, and then I woke up without any desires, it was so strange, and literally wtf was that?..
that's a wild ride lol. what you described doesn't sound like void. trust me, void can be easily differentiated. the sense of flying, falling are only symptoms

Sugar's failproof method to enter void - A WBTB challenge
The post may seem long, but the steps to be followed are only 3. I still recommend you read the entire post and if you can't, come back to it later when you are free. Read this more than 3 times to fully comprehend what is said. Note: The word 'Phase' is an umbrella term for Lucid dreaming, Astral Projection, Sleep Paralysis, Void, and other Altered states of consciousness.
So let's get straight into it. I swear by the phase method if that's a surprise. Most of the time I used to half ass the method but it was those attempts that got me very vivid dreams, Sleep paralysis (no, they weren't scary because I had assumed so, yay), one astral projection. So this got me thinking that if my half assed efforts got me pretty cool results, then imagine what standing-on-my-business' efforts could do!
In this challenge, we use the biphasic sleeping method. The biphasic sleeping approach is a sleep pattern where you divide your total sleep time into two distinct segments, typically with a significant wake period in between. This approach is still practiced by certain regions around the world because of it's benefits that we are not getting into as of this moment, but you are free to explore. I have carefully designed it after being in the LD and AP community of years now (yes, even before void was a thing). The fact with routine is that even if I fail once or twice, we know it doesn't matter because eventually, we will succeed. I know I will with full confidence because this method got the highest number of success stories. So, if you are also someone struggling with void for a long time and a simple "oh I'll just sleep and intend to wake up in the void" didn't work, welcome :) Before I start, let me tell you that the 'Phase method' is a beautifully crafted method by Micheal Raduga and it makes it almost impossible to not enter either Lucid Dream, Astral Projection, Sleep Paralysis, or Void. In fact, it was noticed that more than 50% of practitioners had multiple exits or lucid dreams in THREE nights. And, in this guide, I am not only going to mention the phase technique but also other WBTB techniques which I can *guarantee* will take you to the void. Okay, I will stop yapping now and get to the solution.
The key to experiance most altered states of consciousness is to reach to the REM part of the sleep, which is longer during last 2-3 hours of the sleep. So all of the techniques that I am going to mention hereafter involves WBTB or Wake Back To Bed approach. In simple words this requires you to sleep for a considerable amount of time, say 4-6 hours. This is required in order to make sure that you got all of that non-rem sleep and you're delaying the part where you get to the rem sleep, which makes the REM sleep longer than usual because of the Biphasic approach. We will call the duration of sleep before the break as part 1 sleep, which is then followed by a break, and the duration of sleep after the break as part 2 sleep (which is when we phase) Part 1 sleep - go easy for this part, meaning make sure it is complete and do not interrupt at 3.5 hours or sumn like that because according to Micheal, part one sleep is extremely necessary for smooth phasing during part 2 sleep Break - you'll wake up and for about an hour or two (or for however long you want), you will be engaging yourself doing soothing activities like meditation, reading a book, journalling, making tea (I recommend mugwort tea because of it's ability of help induce lucid dreams), etc., You must neither be too sleepy nor too awake. Or to rephrase it, you must be awake but still be able to go right back to slumberland when you rest your head. Part 2 sleep - At this point, the REM period is increased because of deferred sleep, which makes phase techniques much easier to induce. You want to go back to sleep in a different position/different place for this part, although it is not totally necessary. I recommend sleeping in the starfish position for this one, but it would be okay even if that's not possible,
Techniques:
WBTB + meditation WBTB + Wim hoff + Binaural Beats WBTB + Phase + Binaural Beats/Subliminal WBTB + Yoga Nidra guided WBTB + Guided Meditation WBTB + FILD + Binaural Beats/Subliminal WBTB + SSILD + Binaural Beats/Subliminal WBTB + MILD+ Binaural Beats/Subliminal WBTB + Holotropic Breathing WBTB + Sleep Paralysis WBTB + Micro Sleep
CREDITS TO @cosmicdream222 FOR THIS Steps: 1. sleep for 5 hours, wake up to an alarm (it's great if you wake up and realize if you were dreaming) 2. chill for 10min - 2 hrs. Journal your dreams, meditate, etc 3. Go back to bed At this point, sometimes it's possible that you realize you are dreaming and you can take control of it (Lucid dreaming). Sometimes you'll go straight to the void while trying to fall asleep. If these don't happen, start to BECOME AWARE of all the natural awakenings that you get, and you will get a lot of voluntary awakenings, if you manage to stay still after those awakenings, you will be in sleep paralysis. If you try Astral Projection exit techniques instead of staying still right after catching yourself awake during those awakenings, you will begin to astral project. And How do you enter void through Astral Projection or Lucid dreaming? You essentially just do one of these - close your eyes, fall backward, do a somersault, meditate, fall off a cliff, kys, fly towards a wall, go through a portal, ask someone to take you to the void, change your dreamscape, command with conviction in the dream to go to void, etc. More of that here Additional steps to increase success rates: Step 1: On the days you're attempting AND on the days you're not, Set the Alarm for 10 minutes early before you wake up for the day and start affirming for void concept while you're still groggy. Step 2: Listen to up to 3 void subliminal only during the course of the day. I recommend this, this, and this. Step 3: Whenever you are tired during the day, set 10 times aside, to lie down and intensely imagine exiting your body. This helps to astral project easily during part 2 of the sleep period. Step 4. Continuing instruction of step 3, when you catch hold of natural awakenings that happens in period 2, DO NOT MOVE. Make a muscle memory to practice exit techniques of your choice immediately and instinctively without wasting a single moment; because when you wake up, YOU ARE ALREADY IN PHASE, you just need to exit your body. You need to do this fast because if you delay it, you will be pulled back to physical sensations. But fret not, you will have multiple awakenings as opportunities to do this technique. If none of these work, and you are still lucid, Just affirm for void concept affirmations. It is said that affirming in higher realms has a faster effect in saturating the subconscious mind. There are only three steps. This is a long and detailed post. These methods CANNOT fail. Statistically, you should enter the void within five tries. I did not want to post this before new years because that puts a subconscious pressure to enter void before new years. Your dream life won't run away after Dec 31st. Take your time, take 1-2 rest days before the next attempt because this can disturb your sleep cycle.
