Seen: Swimming in the river by a dock

Seen: Lounging in some grass by a parking lot

A very birdy walk!
Birds: American Robins (Turdus migratorius), Killdeers (Charadrius vociferus), Commons Grackles (Quiscalus quiscula), Ring billed gulls (Larus delawarensis)
Day: June 3, ~630 pm
Weather: cool, sun about to set
Seen: Most were gleaning the grass, the gulls were flying over head.

Hi! Welcome to my bird journal! This is my first summer going bird watching! I picked up a pocket guide with a checklist and my goal is to see as many as I can!
I will try my best to capture photos of them but as I do not have a good camera yet they might be low quality.
Here’s some tags I’ll be using for organization purposes:
