Is your trademark registration done in India valid all over the world?
The answer is a straight NO! As the legal jurisdiction of any country is only limited to its own boundaries, thus the trademark registered in India will only protect your right in India. For international trademark registrations, you will have to register your trademark in each country separately or through WIPO.

While applying for a trademark registration application, there is a column which asks for the user details of the said mark. Out here, we are required to fill the details of the date from which you have been using the particular brand name. While adding a date prior to the date of filing of the trademark application, a User Affidavit undertaking by you to support it needs to be prepared on a Rs 100/- stamp paper and notarized. This document needs to be filed with the application otherwise it can get formalities to check to fail status.
