You know what, I feel like there are two possibilities on what's next after SK split:

They're still gonna be together but under different name + genre (aka rebranding themselves), might even add new members (god knows who but I can picture their long-time pals joining, say Fred MacPherson, Ben Gregory(?), etc.) If yes, of course this would take quite a while until they're ready to unveil it.

They're indeed disbanding, going on their own separate ways: Oscar, considering he's been into electropop-kind music these past few years, he might pursue musical projects in that genre (plus he's close friend with Hannah Diamond so~); Haydn, cutting ties with the industry, might be building his new chapter of life with his fiancée and continuing his culinary career (he used to work as a chef/cook - can't remember which - at a restaurant fyi!); Dom, might take the same path as Haydn (bar the culinary career, he seems to be more interested in motorbikes... other than that I can't really imagine what's the next thing he'll be pursuing); and Ally... he's the only one I have zero assumptions - he just seems to be more closeted than the others about sharing his interests or hobbies publicly!

Whatever it is they're preparing or doing ... I wish them success for future endeavours!! Well, these are only my perspectives. Let me know in the replies if you have any thoughts <3

This has been one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make, but after years of sharing our music with you all, we’ve decided it’s time to close the most significant chapter of our lives so far. We’ve been a band for over twelve years and we’ve experienced things we could never have imagined. This journey has been nothing short of incredible! As we’ve grown, so have our hopes and dreams, and we’re ready to explore new things. It’s not goodbye to music—it’s just time for us to step away from making music as Sundara Karma. One thing that remains constant as we enter this new chapter is our friendship. We are, and always will be, the best of friends. The bond we’ve built over these years since starting the band as kids at school has only grown stronger, and that’s something we treasure as much as the music we’ve made together. Yes, Dear Reader. We enjoy those ‘in depth’ interviews as much as anyone else. But – BUT – we also enjoy the lighter side of music, too. We simply cannot go on any longer without knowing that Sundara Karma’s Oscar Pollock would call a pet hippo Mudflap. Good name. Here’s some off-topic questions to find out ‘more’.

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten? I’m a bit of a rogue cook, so it’s probably some sort of meal I’ve fused together using whatever’s left in the fridge.

What did you last dream about? I keep having these eerie recurring dreams that are set in vast catacombs. Nothing much happens, the whole dream is just mad suspense, and there’s really dissonant music playing in the background.

Who’s your favourite new band? Planet 1999.

What’s your biggest accomplishment? Staying off the drinky drink.

Have you ever been thrown out of somewhere? Too many nightclubs as an underage teenager in Reading.

What strength Nandos sauce do you order? Extra, extra hot.

What was the last thing you broke? I honestly cannot recall; I’m quite careful.

If you could have a superpower of your choosing, what would it be? Telekinesis.

Are any of your lyrics secretly rude? Think I’m always bait with that stuff, so no. Although actually, maybe.

What was your favourite subject at school? English.

Have you ever had a crush on a fictional character? All the time.

What’s your biggest fear? World War 3.

Have you ever won anything? We won a battle of the bands thing once when we were 16.

What is your earliest memory? Seeing ghosts.

What do you always have in your refrigerator? Oat milk :/.

What is your most treasured possession? Probably my PC, tbh.

If you had a pet hippo, what would you call it? Mudflap.

If you could bring something extinct back to life, what would you choose? Dinosaurs.

What’s your favourite smell? Cedarwood, pine or lavender, I can’t choose.

What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to you? Recently, falling off my bike at a set of traffic lights in the middle of Shoreditch on a Friday night.

Do you believe in aliens? For sure!!

Tell us a secret about yourself? I’m not a true blonde.

Hi, how’s everyone doing?

I notice the SK fandom here is getting more quiet time to time ... I even lost 100+ followers. 😅 

Honestly, I’m not really into them the way I used to be, specifically when I started this blog. But, I’m still keeping myself updated with their activities and stuff from their socials. However, I’m a selective person so I don’t take all their updates and move them all here so yeah you can notice this blog’s archive is lacking of any Instagram story updates or such. (But I do hope you guys have seen most of them ever since you started following them)

I’m not going to stop posting here nor deactivate this blog. But the intensity of posted updates here will just decrease until the lads are on their peak again, someday.

I appreciate you guys who are still following this blog. I hope the stuff I archived here provide your needs relating SK or boost your mood.  💕 💕
