How does one clean a paci right? I think I've been doing it right but I just wanna make sure

Soap + water and rinse thoroughly. Do it more often if you use your paci more often, and especially after you've been sick! I've also given it a quick soak in boiling water to sterilize it in between using it, but mine is plain and not deco and I wouldn't do that on a deco paci. I dont have a paci cover so i have to wash it a lot more often. You can also buy paci wipes for baby pacifiers that work the same way on big ones!

My time of the month and its very painful for me. I have PCOS and 'my time' lasts for about 2-3 weeks-- mostly just of my body acting like its time and giving me a bunch of pain and cramps and moodiness with nothing else!!!

,,, so Mama went out and got me some bubble bath stuff and he ran me a really nice bath !! And check out this bath bomb! It was definitely the best part! The little batman inside was pretty cute too I gotta admit,,,

Always remember that your needs can be met! Just because one person thinks you're too much to handle, that has nothing to do with you! You're never a burden and you'll find someone eventually who is willing to cater to you! I'm so lucky to have 2 cgs who go above and beyond for me <3

* also please remember to listen to your body too! This bath bomb didn't have any chemicals in it that would mess with my PH balance or anything else. I have to be very careful with that kind of thing since my body is very delicate, and so do you even if you dont have the same health problems as me, especially if you have periods like me too!

the big leaf they sell at ikea fills me with immense joy. imagining lying under a big leaf and pretending to be a bug in the shade. soft carpet under your relaxed body, warm lighting splayed across your skin. the gentle sounds of your friends, caregiver, ect. in the other room making lunch for you. just enjoying the shade it provides you on a warm day, as would a buggy in the summertime. ☀️🌻🧃🐛🐞
