I’ve been doing some stuff for Phoenix’s family for my fic and I couldn’t get them out of my head (and have been having an absolute blast with them >v<) so I drew them! It’s been a long while since I’ve drawn so I’m really rusty but I’m actually still kind of okay with how they came out!

Also my first time drawing Phoenix and his…hair OvO It wasn’t too bad but I think that’s because he’s facing forward…I’m not excited to draw him in any other position XD

But yeah! I’m gonna be making some more posts about them because I’m having a lot of fun and this is honestly just pure self indulgence!

The woman above Phoenix is Camila Wright! She is Phoenix’s mama and is involved with law! I wasn’t going to at first, I usually try to avoid the “main character has this job so they must have gotten it from their parents” thing but I found out not too long ago that Phoenix has an ancestor that is also a defense attorney?? So I said fuck it and let myself have fun XD

She is a very work oriented woman, even when Phoenix was young she was always working on something. Not the best with affection, but doesn’t mind when her kids or husband show it. Very professional. Isn’t rude by any means but isn’t the most friendly. Very introverted and closed off. Her husband helps her relax.

The man next to Camila is Parker Wright! Phoenix’s father. Also…a man that isn’t very friendly and very introverted ^^;;; He is a stay at home dad while Camila works. He is a man of few words, he doesn’t really like talking. He can be pretty affectionate with his children but it’s really only behind closed doors. Parker likes taking care of people, mainly his family. A very loyal person.

The young woman below Parker is Clair Grace Wright! She is Phoenix’s older sister and someone Phoenix is very close to. She is a performer, she loves to sing, dance, act, and really try anything that involves being creative. She is someone who looks on the brighter side of life, someone who loves life. Just like her father, a very loyal person. A pure ride or die. If you’re in trouble she’s helping no matter what. The type of person to always know what to say when you’re feeling down or sad. Someone who will always have your back!

And finally there’s Phoenix! We are quite familiar with him though XD

There will be more I’ll go in detail about later but this is just to give a vibe if you will ^v^

A little bit of my thoughts down below

This one was...really hard to write. TvT Another chapter I felt wasn't the best and just had to put out because every time I rewrote it I felt like I was making it even worse XD

I've been having a lot of fun writing for Phoenix and Maya and seeing mainly how their dynamic gets affected by all the crazy fucked up shit that happens to them. But, I'm still trying to figure out how to write for Phoenix and Miles' dynamic. Honestly, writing for Miles has been the hardest thing so far, nothing feels....right yet. I hope the more I write the easier it gets like it did for Maya and mainly Phoenix, but I have been trying my absolute hardest TvT

I'm really trying to remember that this is for fun and not to think so much. And I know I can't grow and improve if I don't just keep going. So, even when I think I'm writing dog shit, I just gotta keep trucking through!

I'm excited and nervous for the next coming up chapters since it's mainly going to be focusing on everybody's relationship to a degree, or at least my attempt at it XD It's going to be good practice but I don't really know how it's gonna turn out until I write it out...we'll see how that goes. ^^;;;

But, chapter 17 is done, and now on to work on chapter 18!

Growth and change for everyone!

Hello all! This is my first ace attorney fic and my first work for the narumitsu nation! I had been going back and forth on whether or not I wanted to bring this to tumblr because I didn’t think it was that good and have been dealing with a lot of anxiety just in general but I decided fuck it! XD 

I make this known in chapter 1, but I want to say here too that this fic is mainly just for practice and fun. Spelling and grammar are not going to be good and I’m kinda just going with the flow, so if this is not your cup of tea I completely understand and plan on making better works in the future! TvT

I also want to make it known that I am very new to the series just in general. As of right now I have only played the og trilogy once and have played a couple cases (Turnabout Trump and Turnabout Succession) for AA4 and played through all of Dual Destinies. I haven’t played Investigations or AA6 yet but I’m working on it! ^^;;; 

I have to admit, I am very nervous and haven’t interacted with a fandom in a very long time so we’ll see how this goes!
