2am JATP THEORY

Okay so we know Caleb owns Willies soul

And we know the boys instruments are attached to their souls or something along those lines

And we can kind of guess for Willie it’s his skateboard

And Caleb threatens to stop letting Willie skate about

So what if in order for Caleb’s hold over Willie to be broken he needs to sacrifice the thing that’s connected to his soul- his skateboard

And obviously he’s had no reason to do that until Alex came along

So what if Caleb tries to control Willie via his soul or something idk I haven’t properly worked this part out

And Willie is like NO

And then Calebs like would you really be willing to sacrifice something you love so much that’s connected to your soul just for some guy you like

And Willie is like absolutely and SMASHES HIS SKATEBOARD

And he’s so heartbroken because he loves it

And then suddenly the purple light thing emerges out of it and it splits and the purple bit goes back to Caleb who’s like 😬😦 and then a white light goes back to Willie and now he’s free

And either Alex sees all this or then Willie goes to him and tells him

And maybe Alex asks Julie to get a new skateboard and Alex puts stickers on it and decorates it and then he gives to to Willie and yeah

They all live happily ever after

It’s the fact that he must have known Alex liked Willie after the whole ‘Willie and I magic’ thing but he didn’t comment until he realised the feelings were mutual

It makes me happy that Luke saw his best friend being stared at like that

maybe he even heard "there's a lot to like here."

Okay I’m beginning to feel like Netflix isn’t going to renew JATP because it’s been way too long and it seems like we were not the original target audience

BUT

What if we cause enough drama and it pulls a Brooklyn 99 and gets picked up by another company (I’m thinking Disney Plus because they definitely need more stuff that’s HSMTMTS-ish)

the fact that netflix still hasn't renewed julie and the phantoms is honestly plain insulting at this point. there are only two ways this can go; either they'll renew it after an unjustified long period of time for no reason whatsoever and pretend that's a normal thing to do, or they'll cancel the show altogether, which makes no sense considering it has one of the most loyal and committed fanbases and people are constantly putting out fan content and requesting the renewal. regardless of what they do, it's a bitch move to keep making jatp posts on Instagram and youtube, profiting off the audience that is hoping for more content. fuck netflix, honestly.

Do y’all wanna hear the headcanon I had after watching Hocus Pocus last week? It’s nothing much but basically Max (Hocus Pocus) originally was from LA and played at least the guitar and the drums (he might’ve played more who knows) and moved from LA to Salem. So, with that in mind, I now fully headcanon that Max was either an original member of Sunset Curve as their rhythm guitarist up until ‘93 and after his family moved, they got Bobby. Or, (even though we didn’t see him have one from what I remember) he was their original keyboard player and they never got another one again until they met Julie. Or he was just a really close friend of theirs and he always loved to hand and rock out with them and see their gigs. And so when Max moved he was so upset to move away from his best friends, and that was part of why he hated that they moved. Bc he knew that if he had them with him when he had to deal with Jay and Ice they’d have his back. But after the events of the movie, he accepted his life in Salemn and wrote letters every now and them to the band but they lost contact after a while. And then in 1995 when he reads an article that the three members of the upcoming band, Sunset Curve, he obviously is completely wrecked and regretted not keeping in contact with them. He and his family fly out for their funerals and as he and Dani (who saw them like older brothers) stand in the graveyard, they both silently hoped that their spirits found peace like Binx did, and gave Binx a silent prayer that he would look out for them.
