Activate "Synology Active Backup for Business" on Xpenology

One of the good feature comes with orgrinal's Synology unit is there Active Backup for Business. This only come with the Plus model.

Download the bootloader image from this site. I found there are a few group of people making Xpenology bootloader.

And I personally tested 23.6.1. Tried a few older version and they all working for me.
