Just read through your, where does Lady's heterochromia come from, and I wanted to add that in Dmc3, Lady's eye seems to be blue with a yellow ring around the pupil which is known as "Centralized heterochromia" which sometimes occurs in blue eyes specifically. I thought you might find this fact interesting

I can't help but think back to Itsuno's arguments with Ikeno, who was against heterochromia because it looked too "anime-esque" for a chara design. Maybe in the end they found a comprise by making it look as realistic as possible.

Still, funny how Lady's eye color changes throughout the games to a purer shade of green, and then the Netflix adaptation leaves no questions. I guess because we already have plenty of blue-eyed charas thanks to Sparda's powerful genes 🤣

However, if you'll forgive me for my shameless shipper goggles, I'd love to headcanon now that DanteLady's kid will have centralized heterochromia, perfectly reflecting their parents 😌
