'If you think "I'm cool", then you are'

This was the answer given by Jake in the interview '25 questions with 25ans' when asked 'What's your secret of always looking cool?'.

Not only does this answer sound cool but also it gives a burst of slight excitement and relief to the people like me who are lacking confidence and striving to build the same. When I tried executing this simple yet great trick in my imagination....ie., instantly convincing and deciding that I'm cool, and later putting my self in imaginative scenarios thinking that I'm around people, I did instantly feel better, confident and light. It did thus give me instant results!

Here comes the light - That has livened my might

Here comes, from the other side of the ocean - to set my life again in motion

Had been down - now all cheered up like dressed up in a gown

"Don't dive deep - it may make you weep"

Is what you told - which I had previously failed to hold (on to)

Let the breeze of life pass (as it is) - live it light with a sound of bass

Here it comes like a treasure - gratitude and strength without measure

This poem is dedicated to Jake of Enhypen. The context of this poem is, during his interview with Eric Nam he says he just tries to enjoy what he is doing by giving his best and to keeping it light rather than going very deep into it by getting attached to specific goal because if something goes wrong he would breakdown.

I had personally learnt to not make anything very important after a certain phase as something which was very important for me went wrong. But I somehow let go of this learning until I heard Jake. This poem is centered around Jake and his words.

"Don't go deep into any activity. If it doesn't go as planned its gonna hurt you. But give your best and keep it light" - Jake of Enhypen

These words by Jake are very enlightening, reassuring and they give a great sense of relief. I was struggling previously for not being able to get into my dream university, having missed it out narrowly. When I heard these from Jake in an interview with Eric Nam (Jay was also present) when they were asked if they ever felt like giving up during the career.

Keeping things light and not making any dream our life is not a bad idea, while giving our best efforts.
