jesus christ at this point i don’t even know what to say to you. every day you eat too much and you gain weight and you cry “this is it, the last time!” but then you go and do the same goddamn thing the next day! you need to either buckle down and fucking work or give up and be one the fat people. it’s not that fucking hrs of a choice - but goddamn choose! quit with this in between bullshit and make your life you’re, not food’s!

I have lost 5.5 kg in 5 days. I eat 500 calories or less a day. I only worked out once .. for 6 hours in a row. Is this normale for the begining.

Are there any Chew and Spitters out there?
Its something that I do, like I’ll have a piece of cake and will only chew it, then spit it beck out after gargling my mouth with warm water. Id love to know if anyone else does something similar.
Also is there a chance I could still get the calories?

Being skinny isn't just for photos.
Imagine walking down the street or down a hallway and having your thighs breeze past each other without touching. It will be flirtatious, and in the spring all the wind and flowers will just float right through the gap in your thighs. The way you walk will be graceful. Like a delicate angel, a perfect nymph that glides instead of stomps.
Imagine in summer when the aqua waves lap around your waist and nearly knock you over. Your flat waist will be perfect for holding when your friends or family toss you easily into the air and then into the cool water. You’ll wear a bikini proudly, any bikini you want. You’ll feel more comfortable tanning like a goddess when your stomach doesn’t roll around without you doing anything.
Imagine when as Autumn sets in and you think of your crush wrapped in a blanket with you, watching a scary movie together. His hand reaches around you and he can actually touch your other shoulder. He won’t be disgusted with the flab hanging off your limbs like dead weight. And if you’re skinny enough, he may even kiss you.
Imagine being perfect even in winter. While everyone else looks like walking marshmallows in their coats and scarves you’ll still be as small and delicate as the snow falling onto your hair. You will be able to leave little to no footprint in the snow, and they will all see you as a light little bird gliding across the blizzard.
Being skinny isn’t just for pictures. It’s for living without chains that hold you back by the skin, preventing you from having joy in your life. It doesn’t matter when season it is, there is always something that will be better if you are skinny. So don’t give up. And lose that weight.

- To eat without feeling embarressed of myself for eating
- To be lifted in the air , and for once not the lifter
- To look cute in shorts and croptops
- to hear the questions: how did you lose IT? Please help me, I want to be like you?
- when people ask your weight your not ashamed to tell them
- people never have to ask your size because they know you always need the smallest there is.
- hearing people say, I wil never fit in your clothes.

Hii peepz! How are u doing today?
What i eat -day 2= -Breakfast=/ -Lunch= boulion (3 calories) -Dinner= bobotti (395 calories) -Snack = peeled apple 100gr ( 52 calories) A peeled Apple had les calories then a normale Apple. I found it on the internet.
I have a new gadget it’s the mi fit. It measures how mucth you walk on a day. It Also tels you your sleeping Patterns. And how mutch calories you burned. Today it said 198 calories. I also went running bud it was so bad that counting those calories isn’t Required.
Total for Today= 450-198= 261 calories
I also took a cold shower because i didn’t eat slow at dinner. I eat like a pigg. Tomorro i wil eat less then the half of the board. And i’m going to eat real slow. If i dont I have to do a boodcamp!

I feel you! Before this Summer we will be slimmer
2017 weight loss
Starting from today Im eating no more than 500 calories a day, and after a few weeks when my body has become used to this i will fast in between days. I refuse to be this fat this year. I refuse to be self concious of myself all the time. I want to wear shorts and crop tops in the summer without worrying about my thighs, stretch marks or stomach bulging out. I want to have defined cheekbones that make me look how i want to look. I want collarbones so i can wear off the shoulder tops and show them off. I want people to say how skinny and elegant i am behind my back, and to be asked “How did you lose so much weight?”. I want to be the skinny girl i used to be. I refuse to be stuck in this fat pig’s body. I hate every inch of its carcus.

You are so unbelievably fat, do you even realize it? You’re the type of person that people look at and say to themselves “wow, I hope that never happens to me.” Everyone around you sees it: your family, your friends, your crush. How can you know that there’s so much fat on your body yet you still shove food in your fat fucking mouth? It’s disgusting. You are disgusting. Just because you’re not as big as other people makes you think that you’re not fat at all? Is that it? Pitiful. You’re weak to even consider eating or breaking your fast because of a craving.
You won’t be beautiful until you’re skinny and you’re pretty far from it, fat ass. Look at your stomach. Look at your thighs. Your neck, your arms, your calves, your wrists. You can make them less disgusting if you just stop thinking about food. Do not eat. Maybe then you’ll actually be skinny like you want to be. Get it together, pig, or you’re not getting anywhere.

Day 1
Heyy! My first day is over. I have mixed feelings about it. I have eaten more than planned. The first days are always the hardest, Bud we can do it! Right?
This is what i have eaten:
Breakfast= / Lunch= a Kaiser rol ( in the oven baked bread. Idk if you guys know it)(= 115 calories) Diner= some Vegetablesoup (=174 calories) with a slice of garlic bread (=260 calories) i’m never going to eat that again😔.
During the day i drinked 8 cups of tea and 2 cups of water.
Because i was forced to eat lunch, i did some light exercises:
- 30 minutes walking - 30 minutes of cycling - and i worked for 2 hours ( i Work in a supermarket , not as a cashier. I fill empty shelvings. So i’m not sitting still. ) My app says i burned 827 calories. I think thats a little bit mutch for this amount of exersicing.
Tomorro my parents and sisters are working. So i’m going for a Run in the morning. I also have to do the house cleaning and i have to walk 3 Times with my dog! And i dont have to eat lunch or breakfast ! Only dinner, by that time my parents are back home. Bud i wil eat a smal amount of dinner.
I hope your day went better than mine! Nobody is reading this Bud idc. I do it for myself and for the future readers!

      Remember the beginning of 2016 when you shoved food in your mouth but pledged to finally get skinny? How naive! As if a cow like you could just cut back just a few calories and look like a Victoria’s secret angel miraculously. Here’s a reality check, piggy, slender bodies aren’t easy! and miracles don’t exist You have the fucking NERVE to cry in the shower for being a fatass, but you don’t even do anything about it! Maybe this year you can do it and your thighs won’t jiggle around by 2018, but i doubt it. After all, you still don’t have a waist and you have thighs the size of Mount kilimanjaro, so what are the odds of YOU getting skinny? Pick yourself back up with those flabby arms, push AWAY those calories and don’t let this year be another 2016. Only about 8% of people succeed in their New Years Resolution, and you won’t be one of them with those nasty eating habits. Do you wanna spend another year lying on the floor with your fat stomach scrolling through thinspo, binging pizza and sweets while the circumference of your waist thickens? While your humongous stomach widens? As you gain your fourth chin you’ll still be sitting there, pledging to lose weight, but only gaining, gaining, gaining. That’s all you ever do, GAIN GAIN GAIN! Stop eating like everydays Thanksgiving, and scrape the fat off your legs this year in 2017. You have one chance, don’t fuck it up like you always do.

The begining
This year is going to be 'the' year. The year that i'm going to lose weight! I was planning to start before christmas, Bud christmas wasn't te right time... My parents, family, Friends, food, christmas dinner. It Just didn't Work, so now i'm planning on doing IT! Not planning, i'm going to do IT! And i'm doing IT with you! We will rock 2017! We will show people that we are strong and that we can control our self! That your the skinnest girl in the Family. That people want to be like you, that they want to see you wearing shorts. And you dear to go swimming With Friends in your bikini without feeling embarressed or fat. To look in the mirror and feel proud of yourself! Where having enough time to be Skinny before this Summer! So are u in? Are u going to keep on doing IT? Are you Not going to give up? You aren't going to give up? Than start right now! Ow is dinner ready? Youre going to start After dinner? Hell no what are u thinking you weak fat girl! How dare u, look at your self. Does your body need IT? NO , so dont eat! If you do, your so fucking weak! How dare u to spot with Ana? She is helping you And this is your return. She Will never help you again. So tell your boyfriend-mommy-daddy who the hell made this food for you , that your feeling stick or you already eat!
