Series summary: Sam’s suspicious behaviour has you and Dean curious enough to follow him, to find out he is meeting with a Demon in secret leaves you both in shock. Based on S4 demon blood story line with a darker ending.
Pairings: Dean x Reader, Sam x Ruby, Sam x Reader (Platonic)
Chapter summary: Your final chance to bring Sam home. Everything seems to be going well but nothing is easy for this family. Lots of reader x Sam platonic fluff and some Dean x Reader smut (between * if you want to avoid!).
MASTERLIST
“DEAN!” You yelled as desperation filled your body at the thought of your better half being in danger. You squirmed on your bale and looked at Sam with anguish.
“I’ll check it out." Sam spoke, just how he used to when you heard a scream on a case back in the day. He was flicking back and forward from this monster to your best friend and it was messing with your head more than you’d like.
"Sammy, please, if there's any part of you in there that is still human, still my best friend and still his brother.. you’ll un-cuff me." You begged. Your body wept but there was no tears left in you to cry, your eyes pleaded with Sam. You watched as he turned away from you and the last piece of hope you had left in the man crumbled as he walked through the doorway and left you cuffed. It had only been a few seconds, but there was still no sound, which was worrying.
You hauled yourself up off the bale and with your hands still pinned behind your back you jogged as fast as you could through the door way. It simply led to an extension of the hayloft and there was some old small farm equipment up there. Some horse harnesses, shovels, but the floor space wouldn’t allow for anything larger, it couldn't have been wider than three feet. Your eyes caught Sam who was peering over the ledge, jaw slack. You rushed to him and followed his line of sight which landed upon the 15 foot drop beneath your feet and your boyfriend and the demon both laying on the hard barn floor unconscious.
“Dean!!” You yelled his name hoping your voice would waken him, but not even a groan, he was out cold. You observed his body top to bottom,  you couldn’t see any bullet wound. The gunshot hadn’t hit him.
“Sam help him!” You demanded. Sam’s eyes flicked between you and the two lifeless bodies on the floor below a couple of times, before he sighed and began to climb over the side of the ledge. He lowered his body down and dangled before dropping, the height of him almost halving the drop, the demon blood probably keeping him safe regardless. He put his arms up for you, implying that he would catch you if you jumped. You were caught off guard, maybe your speech before had gotten to him, or maybe it was all part of the plan to trust him, or maybe even he’d have you jump and not catch you at all. But Dean was laying on the cold, hard ground still not conscious and he needed you.
You got down on your knees and shimmied over to the edge, Sam waved his hands encouraging you to hurry up. You lay on your stomach and began to slip your body over the edge, trying to inch your way over as slow as possible to prepare yourself mentally for the drop. You moved along a centimetre more and caught yourself off guard as you had knocked your balance off and you were about to drop, you panicked in the last second and tried to scramble back up.
“It’s OK. I’ll catch you. I would never let you fall.” Sam said in the softest tone, taking you right back to a year ago when everything was normal. Those were the exact words he had said to you on a poltergeist case that you both worked in New York. An apartment building was showing signs of a haunting and you both went to check it out. You had broken in to an apartment to check for any emf  when the owner came home pissed with a shotgun. You and Sam clambered down the fire escape but it came to an end suddenly and you had to jump down to the ground floor. Those were the words that put the trust in you that no matter what happened to you, Sam would always catch you. It was a moment you knew you had something real with the brothers, that you belonged and you were all a team.. a family.
You closed your eyes, your mind a mess of emotion and not knowing what to think anymore. You took a deep breath in and launched your body off the edge, landing into Sam’s arms with a huge sigh of relief. He set you down gently and held the joint of your cuffs, with a squeeze he snapped them, leaving your hands free to move with a single cuff around each. The shock of his incredible strength didn’t have time to impact you as you ran to your boyfriend and dropped to your knees, patting his chest and calling his name. Sam rushed to Ruby, but as soon as he landed at her side his eyes were still fixated on his brother. He realised pretty quickly that Ruby was no longer in her meatsuit, and he stood up and towered over your shoulder as you tried to wake Dean up.
“Y/N?” Dean opened one eye while slowly starting to sit up, you guided him up slowly and pulled him into your arms. He dropped his weight on to your shoulder and gripped you tight. You pulled him back up to look at him and his lips landed on yours.
“What the hell happened?” You asked as you broke away.
“That bitch tried to kill me. We fought, we fell, she hit me on the head and the last thing I saw before the lights went out was her smoking out.” Dean explained. You stood up and helped Dean up, keeping your hand securely in his as you stood side by side. The brothers looked at each other, the tension in the air was thick.
“So you gonna drain me, baby brother?” Dean asked cocking his head to the side. He asked the question with confidence but he was so afraid of the answer. Sam stared back, his faced winced as he thought which gave you the opportunity to try and reason once more Sam.
“You said you’d never let me fall Sam, and you never did. You caught me every time. How can you not see how far you have fallen? You wont let us catch you. Ruby is only pushing you down farther Sam, please believe me. And let me catch you for once.” You took a step closer to him, Dean’s hand still holding yours tightly. You reached your free hand out to him and searched into his eyes. They softened, a layer of tears glazing over them indicating that there was still human in there, and he did want to come home.
“Be my brother again. I need you” Dean followed your tactics and his words sunk Sam, the tears finally escaping his eyes as he began to walk towards you both, his hand reaching to yours as a wave of relief rushed over you. Dean beamed from ear to ear as his brother finally gave in. Your moment was interrupted as black smoke trailed through the barn and landed in the limp body of Ruby. Her eyes flicked black as she came to and she stood up, rushing to Sam who stepped back and took his hand away sharply.
“We have 5 minutes, I smoked out, got us a body to drain.. two if you count the one I rode over here. They’re in the car, lets go! These assholes are too much trouble.” She tugged on Sam’s arm leading him to the exit.
“Don’t” He pulled back slightly, but he was unsure. You nodded your head at him for assurance. Ruby’s face turned and she snapped round to you and Dean. She raised her hand up to you, ready to harm you. You braced yourself for the impact when instead she began to choke.
“Stop it now, Sam!” She yelled, holding her throat. Sam had his hand raised at her and his face was sad as he concentrated is energy on his lover.
“I knew I shouldn’t have left you alone with them!” She spat out between coughs. Sam’s performance slowed as he looked at her, hurt and confusion over his face.
“Sam, don’t do this. They’re manipulating you. They don’t care about you.” She caught her breath as his torture briefly halted.
“We have always cared about you. I’m your flesh and blood, I’d die for you. Don’t listen to her” Dean’s voice cracked. He thought he had Sam back, but he was now realising that he could be snatched away again just as quickly.
“I don’t know what to do.” Sam cried, he looked at you both trying to scramble his brain for a decision but comping up empty repeatedly.
“Do you remember the day I met you both?” You asked Sam.
“What?” He asked confused.
“Do you?” You repeated yourself.
“Um.. yeah.” He sighed.
“Your brother was hitting on me the whole time” You smiled fondly remembering the old days as Dean squeezed your hand. “And you were telling him, hey don’t scare this one away please.” Sam fondly scoffed at the memory. “But that night, do you remember what you told me?”
“I don’t remember..” He spoke shyly, almost upset that he couldn’t recall.
“You told me how he looked after you, and what kind of man he was.” You reminded him.
“I remember.. I told you that I knew I could trust you because Dean said I could, and he was never wrong about that” He recalled. “I also told you to give him a chance because he might act like a flirty jackass but he’s the best man I know.”
Ruby’s face was reclaimed by desperation as she saw herself losing Sam in front of her eyes. “They’re lying to you!” She screamed from her spot where Sam had her stuck.
“Shut up!” He yelled, finally making his decision. He raised his hand and closed his eyes. They flicked black as he focused all his strength on her, her body freezing up and as her eyes began to bleed and her smoke came pouring out of her body. Dean looked away, refusing to see his brother with black eyes. Ruby dropped lifeless to the floor and Sam pushed his breath out, before looking back to you and Dean for instruction on what to do next.
“Let’s go home.” You smiled.
“Let’s get you inside, boy.” Bobby grumbled with a smile as he led Sam into his house after a brief reunion. He brought him to the panic room to detox, and Sam didn’t protest, he knew what he had to do to be part of the family again.
You went upstairs to Bobby’s spare room and landed on the bed with a beam from ear to ear. The crook of your elbow covered your eyes as you basked in the win of today, the win you never thought was coming. Dean slipped into the room quietly, admired you laying on the bed with your shirt slightly tugged up revealing part of your stomach. You moved your arm to look at him. His expression matched yours as he kicked off his boots and dived on top of you. You busted into laughter as the bed dipped and creaked with his weight and he rolled you over so your body was on top of his. He kissed the top of your nose delicately before you rested your head on him as he held you securely.
“I can never, ever explain to you what you’ve done today. You brought him home” Dean cuddled you tightly as he spoke, his stubbly jaw resting against your hair as you were pressed tightly to his chest.
“We both did”
“No, Y/N. You did.” He placed a kiss to your head and you smiled into him. “And I’m not doing anything now, and I don’t know when I will. I don’t gotta ring or anything. But I just want you to know that I want to spend my life with you, you’ll be a Winchester one day.”
Your heart began to pound in your chest, and your eyes welled up, for the first time in a long time from happiness. You looked up to your boyfriend, his gorgeous smile lighting up his face and consuming his eyes like it used to.
“You mean that?” You breathed. He pressed his lips to yours answering you without words. His feelings transcended through his body to yours as he began to run his hands over you and show you how he really feels.
The passion in his movements as he rolled on top of you began to heat up. He softly stroked your face with his hand as his lips sunk onto yours, tongues exploring each other. He grinded onto you, you could already feel his hardness through his jeans. Your hand wandered down to between his legs and caressed his boner through the denim. He moaned into your mouth and with a smile you broke the kiss and rolled him off you.
You slid down his body and began to unbuckle his jeans. His dick bulged out and you licked your lips, seeing the pre-cum already dripping through his grey boxers. You looked into his eyes with a smirk and tugged them down, licking your hand before you began to stroke his cock gently. He rested his head back on the pillow as you began to kiss his tip, swirling your tongue around his head and mopping up the dripping pre-cum. You took him in your mouth and began to work up and down his length. As you sucked he grabbed a fist full of your hair, guiding you along just how he liked. He began to pump his hips into your mouth reaching your throat, provoking a gag from you.
“Y/N...” he groaned your name in please as you took back control, working your hand at the base at the same time as you sucked him off. Your other hand traced up his leg and found his balls, gently caressing them as he started to squirm, begging to reach his orgasm.
“I’m gonna-” He pushed your head down once more at his desired pace as you pushed him over the edge, his cum filling your mouth. You swallowed it down and regained your breath before crawling back up to the top of the bed to be beside him once more.
“Thank you, baby” he pressed a kiss to your forehead and pulled you back into his chest. He kicked his jeans off from around his ankles and tugged his boxers back up, then drew the covers over you both and squeezing you tight.
“I love you so damn much” he whispered.
 -
“DEAN! Y/N!” Bobby busted into the bedroom in the morning before the sun had risen.
“Jesus, Bobby” Dean screwed up his face as he sat up in bed, looking at the panicked man in the door way.
“It’s Sam. He’s gone.”

Christmas Lovin’ (Sam Imagine)
You and your boyfriend finally get some alone time on Christmas eve for the first time in a long time and you’re very grateful for it. Smut and Fluff! (Smut between * if you want to avoid)
"Caught us a case!" Dean chirped as he busted into the bunker library where you and Sam were chatting over some coffee. He pulled out a chair beside his brother and set the news paper in front of him.
"Dude, it's Christmas eve. Can't we just sit this one out? I don't want to be in a smelly motel eating take out on Christmas Day." You explained before even glancing at the case.
"Come on, since when have we celebrated Christmas?" He asked, looking to Sam to back him up.
"Exactly. We don't" You looked at them both, they stared blankly at you. "Since I've been with you guys the worlds been ending every freakin' Christmas and this year.. we're not busy! So let's celebrate it"
Dean took the paper back off his brother and glanced over the case again. You could almost see his thought process on his face as he re-read the lines, trying to fathom which type of monster it was before he'd even done any investigating.
"That does sound nice y/n.. turkey, egg nog, the whole nine. But there are people dying." Dean said with a frown.
"Why don't you go?" Sam suggested. "Bring Cas or Jody.. we could do with some alone time."
"I bet you could" Dean wiggled his eyebrows at Sam, provoking a giggle from you. "Ok, I'll phone around." He stated after a nudge to the ribs from his brother ended the joke.
-
You waved your goodbyes to Dean from the bunker door as he set off to meet Jody and Claire for the hunt. You charged down the stairs past Sam like an excited child and waiting for him at the bottom jumping around.
"Wow I didn't realise how much you hated Dean" your boyfriend joked. You grabbed on to his jacket and pulled him towards you.
"You know I love that pain in the ass.. but I'm so happy to have you all to myself." You pushed Sam'a jacket off his shoulders and he caught the twinkle in your eye as soon as it appeared. He Smirked before leaning down to your lips and capturing you in a kiss.
“I like your thinking” He chuckled as he picked you up and set you down on the world map table while sucking on your neck. Your fingers bunched in his hair as you guided his face back to yours and pushed your tongue into his mouth as the lust took over.
 *
He tugged your shirt off over your head between kisses and fondled your bra-less chest with his large hands. He pulled his own shirt off and dropped it at his feet. You admired his body, tracing your hands over his torso. You skimmed over his collar bones and his tattoo before feeling his pecks and finally landing on his abs. He pushed you back onto the table and took your jeans off, before settling his body back over yours and kissing you messily.
His hands traced over your figure and landed in your underwear. His middle finger found your entrance and you lifted your hips up into it as he slid it in as encouragement. He slinked it in and out getting you ready, before he plunged a second finger in and started working you in a circular motion. You groaned in pleasure, begging for more. He angled your body back up-right where he met you with an intense kiss, before he tugged you down off the table and flipped you over. One hand was on his belt buckle fondling with his jeans, and the other was guiding your head down to the table. With his jeans round his ankles and his dick in his hand, he kicked your legs open for him and dropped your panties to the floor. He paused at your entrance with the tip barley in when you sank backwards down onto him, moaning out as he filled you. He leaned down over you with one arm propping himself on the table and the other hand on your hips for grip as he pumped into you.
“Is this what you had in mind?” He smirked. You nodded in response.
“You like that?” He asked as his movements got faster and you began to feel yourself starting. He took his hand from your hip and found your throbbing clit. “Do you like that?” He repeated himself sternly as he began to gently rub your clit.
“Y-yes” you stuttered, barley able to speak with the pleasure that was coursing through your veins. His thrusts got faster as your climax began to build and your walls clamped around him. You moaned face down on to the table as you reached your peak, Sam allowing you to ride it out on his cock before he pulled out and you felt his liquid all over your back as he finished on you.
*
Hours later you were in the make-shift living room that you had put together one boring weekend. You were laying on Sam’s chest on the large black couch where he was stroking your hair as you watched a Christmas movie together.
“Hey, it’s past 12. Merry Christmas!” You chirped, tilting your head up to look at Sam. A grin spread over his lips as he looked at the excitement on your face.
“Can I give you your gift then?” He asked.
“Yes please” You giggled. You sat up off him and watched him as he left the room, to return seconds later with a small gift bag. He sat down beside you and handed you the gift shyly, nervous of how you’d react to it. You launched yourself into him hugging tightly round his neck, bursting with appreciation even before you knew what was inside.
You opened up the gift bag and laid your eyes upon the long red jewellery box. You gingerly took it from the tissue filled bag and opened, gasping when you saw the beautiful necklace with a diamond pendant hanging from it.
“Oh my god..” You whispered. He beamed as he watched your face light up with happiness, he lived to see tat look on your face.  You handed him the box and turned around for him to put it on you. His hands that were hours ago so rough on your body were delicately placing this necklace around your neck, barley brave enough to touch your skin. He clasped the necklace around your neck and placed a gentle kiss on your shoulder, before you lay back onto him. He wrapped his arms around your waist and cuddled you tight.
“Thank you so much. It’s just gorgeous.” You blushed looking down at the necklace.
“Of course. I’m glad you like it.” He placed another kiss to your temple before giving you a tight squeeze.
“Guys?” Dean called through the bunker earlier than expected. You sat up and you both looked at the door waiting for him to appear with an explanation.
“In here!” You called back. Dean came waltzing through the door with not a mark or scratch on him, he definitely hadn’t been hunting.
“What happened?” Sam asked as he slid the beer cooler over to his brother who was now sitting in an arm chair beside the couch.
“Well I got there and it had already been taken care of by another hunter. Paper was a week old.” He explained.
“Yeah.. about that”He bowed his head, trying to hold his laughter in.
“What are you talking about?” You asked him.
“I planted that paper and that case to get Dean out of here for a few hours so I could have you to myself. I knew he’d be back in time for Christmas to celebrate with us anyway.” He explained. Dean started at you both blankly as you attempted to old back laughter failing miserably. “No harm done?”
“Definitely not.” You chuckled before Sam pulled you into a side hug and kissing your cheek. Dean took a swig of his beer, faux annoyance painted on his face as he averted his gaze from you both.
“OK kicking me out for a few hours, fine. But at least dispose of the evidence.. I don’t want to come home to your underwear in the main room. That’s our place of work you animals.”
Your face turned red with embarrassment and Sam dropped his head awkwardly, he looked down at you and gave you a little squeeze.
“Not so funny now, eh?” Dean chuckled. You threw a pillow at his head for his irritating cockiness.
“Shut up and watch the movie” You smiled as you sunk bank into Sam. You looked over at Dean who was kicking his boots off ready to settle, and Sam’s warm arms around you made you feel so secure. This was the first Christmas in years you all had a moment to breathe, and you couldn’t have been happier than in this moment.

Girlfriend- Part 8: Poisoned
Series summary: Sam’s suspicious behaviour has you and Dean curious enough to follow him, to find out he is meeting with a Demon in secret leaves you both in shock. Based on S4 demon blood story line with a darker ending.
Pairings: Dean x Reader, Sam x Ruby, Sam x Reader (Platonic)
Chapter summary: Continuation from the barn scene, manipulative Ruby in full swing. Some action and lots of talking! I really enjoyed writing this. Hope you like.
MASTERLIST
“Here I am”
You dropped your grip on Ruby and stumbled back in shock. Sam Winchester with blood dripping from his chin and an eerie bloody-toothed smile was not something you ever wanted to see. However, there were other sights in this barn that had already brought you to tears that you never expected to be the result of Sam’s doing.
He walked down the steps of the hay loft into the barn, Dean barley able to walk shuffled over with Bobby helping him along. Cas stood in the doorway, still in a fight stance and Garth had took a few steps away, frightened of the man in front of him. He made eye contact with you, before flicking his attention to his brother and then back to you again. He came closer to the group with his arm out for Ruby who fell into his side and wrapped her arm around his waist with a smug look upon her face. You knew in this exact moment, the creepy smirk he had on and with the blood covered clothes, he was so far gone you weren’t even sure if it was him anymore.
“Sammy?” Dean asked with a whisper before his knees gave in and he dropped to the ground. You rushed the few feet that was between you and you picked him back up, Bobby took is other arm and you both held him together.
“Dean.. you’re not supposed to be here. None of you are.” Sam spoke lowly.
“Sam what is going on? What is all this?” You motioned your free arm to the scene that almost broke you before you got into the barn. The line of bodies that were hanging from the hay loft by their wrists, dirty and motionless.
“They’re not human, if that’s what you’re worried about. They’re demons”  Sam explained.
“Why?” Bobby asked, unable to contain his shock.
“He needs more than I can give” Ruby began, looking up at Sam with a smirk.
“They’re for blood...” you whispered. You saw Dean’s face wince as he made to connection at the same time as you did.
“Come home, Sammy” Dean spoke with desperation. Sam frowned his lips and bowed his head, shaking it gently.
“I can’t, Dean.” He looked down and Ruby who was still clung to his side and offered her half a smile. “And even if I could, I’m not sure if I would.”
“Excuse me?” You gently let go of Dean and he balanced his weight on Bobby before storming over to Sam. Ruby got defensive as you marched over but Sam shook his head once telling her to back off.
“How could you do that to us. We’re your family. How can you chose a bunch of filthy demons over us?.” You ranted angrily, pointing your finger in Sam’s face. Your cheeks were getting red as your blood pressure rose and your heart was thumping in your chest. Sam put his hand on your accusing finger and lowered it. His touch brought a strange feeling to your gut. He looked into your eyes for a brief moment like the old Sam, like the one you knew and loved and it broke your heart in two because just as quick as the look appeared it was gone again.
“Look at your brother. Your “friends” did that to him.” You pointed at Dean who’s face was so busted up he was nearly unrecognisable. Sam raised his hand to his right above the barn door and motioned it in a swiping action. Warding that had previously been invisible to you glowed and burned away, which allowed Cas to enter. He walked in sheepishly but when he saw Dean he went straight over to heal him. He laid two fingers on his forehead and concentrated but he was unable to heal him.
“I put up a few extra symbols to power him down” Ruby giggled. “Didn’t want him coming in and blowing our asses up.” She looked at Sam for approval who disgustingly gave her it and returned her smile.
“Is there anything we can say to bring you home, boy?” Bobby asked.
“No. I’ve made up my mind” he answered sternly. “But I also can’t let you leave”
“What the hell do you mean?!” You spat, your anger had reached it boiling point and you snatched your handgun from your back pocket and pointed it at Sam. You could feel everyone tense up at your actions but no one protested too heavily, they we’re all thinking the same thing.
“Put that away, Y/N” Sam spoke in a disappointed tone. He once again placed his hand over yours and lowered it, your gun dropped in his touched and he kicked it across the barn. He began to slowly pace around you all as he spoke.
“This summoning was supposed to happen tonight. As you know, I need human blood. You’ve killed all my demons who would be able to fetch me that, and we only have 45 minutes left after this whole ‘fight’” His arrogant tone of voice made your stomach turn.
“You’re going to use us?” Garth spoke up for the first time, his voice trembling with fear.
“Definitely you. You’re not going anywhere Garth. I need someone else, but that’s a bit harder to chose.”
“Sam, you must stop this. This behaviour is unacceptable. The rising of Lilith will not stop the apocalypse.” Cas told Sam the news he had told you, Dean and Bobby weeks prior.
“I know” he laughed. “It’ll bring it” He smiled with the same toothy grin he had when you first saw him, blood still hugging his teeth from his last feed. You stumbled back, beginning to see spots. Cas saw you struggle and offered him self as support. You grabbed on to his forearm as you turned in the opposite direction as everyone and threw up.
“We’re leaving now” Bobby announced before turning Dean and helping him to the door. Leaning on Cas and tugging on Garth’s arm you began to follow Dean and Bobby out the door when it shut in front of you.
“He said you’re not going anywhere.” Ruby spoke, before she suddenly appeared in front of you, arms folded across her chest acting as a doorman. You looked over your shoulder to Sam, his head was bowed with what you interpreted as a hint of shame. But despite that he was still sticking with his plan and you knew you all weren’t getting out of here.
You knew what you had to do for the good of the family, and as soon as you made your mind up you began to tremble. You wavered your way over to Dean where you took his hand in yours and squeezed it for a boost of reassurance before you volunteered.
“I’ll stay.” You announced. Dean gripped your hand tight as the words came out of your mouth, you saw his face grimace as the thought of him leaving you behind.
“No. Hell no.” Bobby spoke, Dean shook his head agreeing with Bobby.
“Come on. Look at him. He’s not our Sammy, he’s just not.” You began to cry as you spoke, you turned to Dean and Bobby who was still clinging to him to keep him upright. “There’s going to be no reasoning with him. He doesn’t care about us like he did. He’s a monster.”
“I can’t leave you like this.” Dean began to cry too, his tears rolling down his bruised face.
“You can both stay. It’s better that there are two of you anyway.. as to not drain either of you.” Sam spoke with a lot less confidence now, his tone was quieter and he wasn’t projecting his voice all over the barn like he had been.
“Sam, he can’t. He needs a hospital or Cas to heal him. He’s really hurt.” You pleaded with Sam. Sam looked at Cas then around at the extra warding Ruby had put up, then he landed on Ruby who was shaking her head at Sam. He sighed, then looked at his brother. He traced his eyes over the teary, beaten up man who couldn’t even stand on his own.
“Cas take him outside and heal him, then bring him back. The rest of you leave.” He announced. You sighed with relief. Sam was showing more benevolence than he had been all day, more than you had seen in the last 8 months actually. This was a good sign, all you needed was Ruby out of the picture and you knew you could bring him home.
Everyone left the barn and you stood there alone. Ruby had began to walk back to her man. You stared at Sam, tears running down your cheeks. You tried to look into his heart, you tried to tell him how much you all loved him, how good he truly was deep down. But when Ruby saw Sam’s face soften in the embrace of your gaze she interjected immediately.
“You hungry, baby?” She smirked, throwing her hands around his neck and hanging off him.
“Not right now.” He removed her arms from around her and walked to the barn doors, to watch what everyone else had been doing. Dean was healed and saying goodbye to everyone, you waved through the open door with a sad smile, you weren’t sure when you would see everyone again. And just like that, Cas flew them away and Dean was heading back inside. You ran and jumped at him, he caught you and began crying into the crook of your neck as did you.
“What do we do?” Your words were muffled on his shoulder.
“Come on guys.. it’s nearly time.” Sam announced. He looked at you both clinging to each other and then looked to Ruby. She stormed over and separated you, shoving you away from your boyfriend and you fell back into Sam. He caught you gently to your surprise, and he stood you back up. He grabbed both your wrists and pinned them behind your back, you began to panic but when you saw Ruby do the same to Dean when you realised you were just being cuffed. You were both led up the stairs to the hayloft. You turned your head away from the lifeless bodies as you passed, even though you knew they were demons they still made you sick to look at. Ruby led Dean through a small doorway and Sam shoved you down on a square bale of hay just outside it. You began to panic and struggle from your handcuffs when Dean was no longer in your line of sight.
“You really care for him..” Sam spoke. You stopped struggling and looked at Sam. This was your chance to talk some sense into him. He was away from Ruby, and asking questions about love. You nodded your head.
“He always had a crush on you. He always swore you were too good for him and he would never make a move.” Sam began to reminisce.
“Actually, I made the first move.” A smile dared to creep over your lips as you remembered the moment all that time ago when you kissed him leaning against the impala. Sam matched your smile, and that same Sam Winchester look that you caught a brief peek at earlier was back. Your Sam.
“Why are you doing this? Why do you want the world to end?” You asked. His face switched again, stern and stiff once more.
“I’m poisoned. Since I was a baby. Everything I had with you, with Dean.. it wasn’t the real me. I’m destined for this.” He motioned his hand around himself.
“No, Sam. You were poisoned.. and it’s happening again. The real you is sweet, and caring, funny, strong.. brave. That demon in there is messing with your mind and you will bring hell on earth for your real family. And the entire earth. I know you don’t want that. It is never too late to come home, Sammy. We can help you get over this.” You begged at him.
“You bitch!!” You heard Dean scream from the other room. Your attention snapped up to the doorway that she led him through, there was no light so you couldn’t see what was happening. You began to struggle again but Sam clamped a hand on your shoulder to keep you still. His line of sight was headed to the same place as yours, this wasn’t part of the plan. You heard struggling and grunting, fighting and then finally a gunshot. And then nothing.
“DEAN!!”

MASTERLIST
"Everybody understands what they're doing?" Dean spoke to you, Bobby, Garth and Cas as you all prepared your weapons in Bobby's front room. You all answered yes in unison, Dean had gone over each step of the plan in great detail 5 times already. You couldn't blame him for acting so erratically, this was his baby brother. Or at least it used to be, and you were hoping that inside his body, there was some part of his soul that didn't have black smoke filtered through it.
Everyone got up and got to their cars, you and Dean took the impala, Bobby and Garth took a van and Castiel agreed to fly and meet you there in a few hours. The car ride was tense and Dean's body was a statue. He had no music on, wallowing in his frightened thoughts about his kid brother and what he had become. He blamed himself entirely for Sam, he believed that he should've put a bullet in him as soon as his dad even mentioned it, but how could he? Sam was his world and his dad drilled it into him from day one to take care of him, Dean never thought those words would have a different meaning.
"Baby?" You asked softly.
"Hm?" He didn't move his pursed lips to respond and his body stayed stiff with two tight fists on the steering wheel.
You slid over closer to him, and rested your hand on top of his that was on the wheel. It relaxed slightly under your touch and after a brief moment he landed it in your lap where you laced your fingers with his and traced over his knuckles with your thumb.
"I know you don't want to talk, I don't either. But I just have to say this." You took a deep breath before speaking. "None of this is your fault." You began when you felt his hand tense up in protest against your words. "Listen to me. It's not. You raised Sam well, you looked after him. But he's nearly 30, he makes his own choices, and in this case he's trusted the wrong people." you spoke lowly afraid of startling the anger in Dean that was on the brink of explosion. "But please don't blame yourself. We just need to focus on the plan, and try and get him home, ok?"
"mkay" He replied. You knew he wasn't accepting your words, but that would never stop you from telling them to him like a broken record.
It had been two months since you saw Sam, and from all of your sources he hadn’t yet completed the ritual to summon Lilith. This brought comfort to you, you thought that meant there was still a lot of humanity in him and that he wasn’t willing to kidnap and harm an innocent human. However, after torturing a few demons you learned that he was in fact just waiting for another eclipse. There had been one the night you met up with him and Ruby, and there was another tonight. You and Bobby had been torturing demons for weeks, attempting to gather intel. You had figured out where Sam was holding up, however he had a lot of black smoke on his side now.
An hour and a half later, Dean’s impala pulled up to the agreed meeting place before everyone else. He clambered out of the car and charged straight to the trunk where he checked over his weapons bag once more. You followed him, not really knowing what to say or do in this situation. This was something you’d never gone through before and Dean was a lit fuse ready to explode at any minute.
He dropped his duffel at his feet and slammed the car boot down. He leaned both his hands on it an bowed his head, sucking the air through his teeth to keep his breathing under control. You moved beside him gently slid your hand across the car and landed on to his. As soon as your hand touched his, his teary eyes met yours. You put your back to the car and leaned your body against it, keeping his hand and spinning him round to stand side by side with you.
“You have to keep it together Dean, just until we get through this,” You spoke softly.
He took his hand from you and raised his arm over your head before gently laying it on your shoulders, pulling you tight into a side hug and nestled a kiss into your hair.
“I need to thank you, y/n” Dean started with his trembling voice.
“Stop.”
“No seriously. “ He caught your eyes. “We don’t know what could go down in here, I need to tell you a few things”
Your soft eyes gazing into his own prompted him to continue.
“I’ve been such a mess these last months, i’m crying, i’m angry, i’m not even me half the time.” His gaze returned in front of him as his words got deeper. “But you have been my rock, you’ve been so patient dealing with my sorry ass and you’ve kept my head above water.”
“Dean-”
“Y/N, you’ve been incredible and I want you to know that. A man couldn’t wish for more. I love you.” He said the words and they meant more to you than they ever had. You both had said ‘I love you’ before, but it never felt like this. It never made your breath catch in your throat like it just had. You planted a brief kiss on his lips, enough to let him know that his words meant everything to you, but not enough to distract from the mission at hand.
“You’ve helped me through so much too, Dean. I appreciate it so much” You stood in front of the hunter with no room between you. His face was still tense, but there was a hint of a smile threading to come through at your words of appreciation. You cupped his stubbled cheeks. “I love you too.” He pressed his lips gingerly to yours to seal the confessions, the corner of his lip tugged up into a smile as he pulled away, but his eyes were telling a different story. A story of defeat and exhaustion. You just needed this mission to be over and done with.
Castiel flew in at the exact moment that Bobby and Garth pulled up to the lay-by. You let Dean stay by the car to gather his emotions before the mission, and took lead in getting the group ready.
“Got everything?” You asked the men as you walked the few feet to the van. Garth’s head was buried in the back trying to find all his equipment. Bobby was fiddling with his revolver, his shaky hands were struggling to get the bullets in. The gun expert who had been loading guns for longer than he hadn’t all of a sudden couldn’t put a simple six bullets into his favourite gun.
“Balls!” He yelled as he dropped them all, he raised his hand to chuck his gun but he stopped himself.
“Hey.” You said softly as you picked up the bullets and gently took the gun out of his hands. You loaded it and returned it, closing his hand over it and offering him a comforting squeeze. He looked at you with eyes filled with almost as much worry as your boyfriend’s. Dean had wandered over to the group and handed you your shot gun, and you gathered everyone close.
“Kill every demon in sight and get this boy home. Stick to the plan as best you can. Be careful everyone.” You gave a final pep talk to the group before you all broke. Dean squeezed you from behind and placed a quick peck on your cheek, wishing you good luck as you split up. Cas, Garth and yourself headed off down the road, just ahead of the small rest stop where you had left the cars. Dean and Bobby jumped over a fence to the right which led to a field. There was one acre of grass and crops to cut through before they reached the back entrance to the old farm where you knew Sam was held up.
Castiel few you and Garth to the front entrance of the farm after the agreed time to ensure you arrived at the same time as Dean and Bobby. The atmosphere was tense, no-one was talking. Not even Garth spoke a word and he loved to chat. The stakes were too high here to become distracted, every ounce of concentration was on getting into this farm and locating Sam, and bringing him home.
The three of you creeped stealthily through the entrance to the farm, ahead of you was a block of 4 stables and with a swift examination as you slinked past you could see there was nothing worth stopping for. To the right was a large barn that Bobby and Dean were heading towards the back of, and off to the left there was an old cart shed that needed checking. You signalled to Cas to check it for Demons as you and Garth continued quietly along the path. You both crouched behind a few old hay bales in front of the barn and remained silent until Cas got back. You seen the cart shed briefly glow, and then again a few seconds later. Cas arrived at your side after that.
“2 demons. Dead.” He mouthed.
“Ready?” You moved your lips with no sound. You could hear noise in the barn there was definitely people in there and you didn’t want them to hear you. Cas looked up at the barn and his face hardened. His eyes traced over something that you were unable to see, and when he looked at you with pursed lips and shook his head you realised there was angel warding on the barn.
You motioned your hands for him to stay put, afterwards pointing at yourself and Garth and then to the barn. Both men nodded their heads and you gripped your salt-loaded shot gun tightly as you stood up from behind the bales and edged along to the barn door. You peered through a gap in the structure and your face drained, the sight in front of you brought the tears you had been holding back all this time to a fore front and you snapped your head away from the view. Garth placed a hand on your shoulder an gently patted, but you both knew there was no time for emotion because Bobby and Dean were on the other side of the barn ready to ambush. You drew a deep breath to compose yourself and nodded at Garth who busted the barn door open.
As soon as Bobby and Dean heard the sound of you entering, they took their own entrance in through the back. You scanned over the situation while simultaneously fighting the demon that was manning the entrance who jumped you instantly. You could see at least four in your immediate line of sight, and as you shot a round of rock salt at the one at the door, you immediately felt another grab you from behind, knocking your gun out of your hands. You had just enough time to kick the first demon out the door where Cas would be able to smite him from outside which he immediately did, before throwing his angel blade through the open door and into the head of the demon that had just grabbed you. You nodded your head as a thanks before turning back to grab the angel blade from the demons skull when a foot on your wrist stopped you.
Your body dropped to the ground as the pressure on your arm heightened. You traced the foot right the way up as you winced in pain. Your stomach turned as your eyes met those of Ruby’s who laughed as she stomped on your arm, breaking your wrist, causing you to yell out in pain.
“Y/N!” Dean yelled from the other side of the barn when he heard you scream which grabbed your attention. You looked at Dean who had a struggling demon at his feet, and Bobby was in the corner flinging holy water into another demon’s face in such a torturous way it caused him to smoke out and the meat suit to drop.
You snapped up, pushing Ruby off you. She stumbled slightly giving you an opportunity to grab the angel blade from the demons head. You had it in your grip, pacing threateningly towards her, adrenaline taking the pain in your wrist away momentarily when you heard Dean scream. The demon he was fighting had got the better of him and he needed a weapon. Bobby’s holy water had ran out, and his salt rounds that he was firing were only causing the demon to flinch. Meanwhile, Garth had just dropped the demon he had been struggling with.
You launched at Ruby slashing her face, causing her to shriek in pain and fold over. You took advantage of her stance and pushed her down, as she dropped to the floor your eyes caught the sight of her magic knife on her hip. You slashed her once more as she started to squirm on the floor and grabbed her knife from her belt.
“Help him!” You looked over your shoulder to Garth as you slid the angel blade across the floor to him. He dashed across the barn and plunged the weapon into the back of the demon who was beating Dean near half to death.
You pulled Ruby up by her hair and she shifted around under your grip trying to get free. You back her into the wall and put the blade to her throat and drove it in enough to draw blood, which had her begging to stop.
“Where. Is. Sam.” You asked sternly, you weren’t going to ask again. You heard a few creaks above your head and the shuffling of feet and your eyes wandered up to the hay loft of the barn to see the man stood with a gore-covered white shirt and blood dripping from his chin.
“Here I am.”

MASTERLIST
You sat at your motel table looking through a magazine that had been left behind by the last resident. You had nothing to do and nowhere to go, you felt stuck. Your eyes scanned over the pages you had read multiple times already, but you weren’t willing to stop and let your mind wander to think about Sam and what he had become, to think about Dean and how betrayed he felt by your actions. You had let both men down, which was the last thing on earth you ever wanted to do, but worse the last thing they expected from you.
You spent the past few days in the room, only ever leaving to go to the vending machine outside your room. You didn’t have any motivation to go anywhere, especially not hunting. The only place you wanted to go was home to Bobby’s but you knew you weren’t welcome there anymore.
You hadn’t heard from Sam since you last saw him, you weren’t sure if you ever wanted to see him again. Same for his brother, after he left two nights ago he made no attempt to contact you, although you didn’t try either. The way Dean left you really did hurt, but you were able to excuse his behaviour on account of his drunken and grief ridden state.
Your phone on the bed started to ring, you knew it’d be Bobby, he was the only person calling you lately. You dragged your feet over to it and picked it up.
"I'm real worried, Y/N" Bobby spoke down the phone before you could even say hello.
"I am too. I don't have a clue what's going on with either of them. Not even sure if Sam performed the ritual, although if he did kill Lilith I think we would've heard."
"You need to get down here and help your boyfriend" Bobby said in a scolding tone.
"Bobby we're not-"
"You have one little squabble and you're givin' up? He needs you now more than ever, I know he was with you a few nights ago, he was drunkenly rambling about it. I ain't never seen him like this" He ranted.
“He wont want me there” You spoke.
“Get your ass down here or so help me-”
"Fine.. I'll come over, but no promises he'll let me help him" you sighed as you hung up your phone and got off from the bed. You took your scrubby motel bathrobe off and swapped it for your dress and Dean's button down. Never did you think when you bought it two weeks ago that it would be the only thing you would be wear since. You put on your hunting boots and headed out the door.
You pulled up to Bobby's in around 15 minutes. You checked yourself in the car wing mirror to make sure you looked presentable before walking up the path to Bobby's front door. Conveniently, his car was gone. He had obviously left to give you a Dean some privacy and you weren't sure if that was a good or a bad thing. You felt nerves split through your body as you stood before the front door, you were not sure how he would react to seeing you. You took a deep breath and closed your eyes as you knocked the door.
Dean came to the door with a defensive stance, relaxing slightly when he opened it to see you. That made you feel a lot better.
"What do you want?" He sighed, rolling his eyes. It was all an act, you knew him inside out. But it still hurt the way he was treating you.
"We need to talk." You pushed past him into the house and straight to the fridge where you hoked out two beers. You opened them and handed one to Dean who was lingering in the living room. You sat down on the couch and patted for him to sit beside you, his stiff body moved towards it but opted to lean against the arm of the chair instead of next to you.
"Dean you literally just fucked me in a dodgy motel room two nights ago and now you can't sit beside me?" You snapped. He slid down the arm awkwardly and sat next to you, his body was tense and he gripped his beer tightly.
"Yeah, that was a mistake."
"Thanks." You spat, his actions and words were really starting to get to you, if he kept this attitude up you wouldn’t want to help him. He was able to turn himself into an entirely different person when he wasn’t in a good mood, but he has never been so cold with you before.
"I didn't mean-"
"It's fine. Not why i'm here." you interrupted. "I'm here to tell you wanted I wanted to in the motel before you fucked off leaving me feeling like some random whore"
Dean looked at you awkwardly, his expression flicking to a mix between a wince and a sympathetic smile before his gaze found his beer again.
"I am genuinely really sorry for what I've done. I know I should've left the Sam thing alone." you started. His brothers name still made his face involuntarily twitch. "I know I've created this huge burden for you and I can't imagine how it feels."
Dean snapped up from the couch and began to pace. He was so irritated by your presence and it was clear. He wasn't ready to hear your apology, he didn't understand your reasoning and you weren't sure if he ever would. He brought his beer to his lips that weren't so long ago we're all over your body. He took a swig and then found himself leaning against Bobby's desk, arms defensively crossed over his body.
"I love Sam a lot" You began to try and explain.
"Oh I know you do, I remember your little crush" he said pathetically childishly.
"Is that a joke?" You snapped.
"That's obviously why you're so obsessed with this and couldn't leave it alone like I asked" Dean conspired. He shook his head with a dry laugh when you reacted by jumping off your seat and charging over to him.
"I had a little crush for like a week! It was so long ago and so insignificant that i barely remembered it even happened. Are you being serious right now? I was fucking in love with you! Unfortunately for me, I still am!"
"Unfortunately?" He snarled.
"When you act like a fucking baby and do nothing but hurt me day after day for a couple of weeks, yes it's pretty unfortunate."
His head dropped again and he avoided your gaze, he didn’t want you reading him like he knew you could.
"Listen to me. I did what I did because I love your brother. I would do it for Bobby, for any one we care about. I thought I could reason with him, bring him home. I was wrong. He's too far gone, and he's only going to go deeper. I know I should've listened to you,"
"Yeah" dean scoffed.
"But whether I went or not, Sam would still be doing what he’s doing. The only difference is now we know, and we can stop him before things get even worse.”
Dean finally seemed to be listening, he wasn’t tense, he wasn’t ready to fight, he was just silent soaking in your words.
“The thing is though Dean, what I did, I had good intentions. Everything you’ve said and done to me was out of pure nastiness.”
He closed his eyes and shook his head gently. He didn’t ever mean to hurt you, all he felt was betrayal from you choosing Sam over him, just like Sam chose blood over him. Although as you explained your actions, he began to realise you chose Sam for him and you really didn’t deserve the way he was treating you.
“How bad was he, Y/N?” He asked with a cracked voice.
“His eyes were black.” You whispered, thinking if you said it quietly it wouldn’t hurt him as much.
You could almost see Dean’s heart breaking inside him, his face winced was he tried to keep back tears and his body folded. You hated how much you cared for him, how shitty he was being to you but no matter what you would always be there for him. You set down your beer and carefully placed your hands on his slumped shoulders, waiting for a bad reaction from him. He melted under your touch and fell into you, the dams in his tear ducts burst as he collapsed and weaped into your embrace. You shushed him and stood with him until he was composed.
“I am sorry too.” He finally spoke again. “I shouldn’t have came round to your motel room and then left the way I did. I’ve treated one night stands better than that, and I’m embarrassed. You’re the love of my life and you deserve far more respect than I’ve been giving you lately.”
“I appreciate that.” You stepped back from him but he grabbed your hand and held it as you faced him. His thumb grazed the back of your hand gently.
“You can come back if you want, if you’ll forgive me for kicking you out how I did.” He spoke with pleading eyes that were on the brink of tears. “I get what you did was for all of us, for the good of this family. I know you didn’t mean to hurt me.”
“We both fucked up.”
“Clean slate?” He asked as he stood from the desk and towered over you. Your eyes looked up into his, the look they had been giving you the past while was long gone and the loving gaze of your boyfriend seemed to have returned.
“Clean slate.” You closed your eyes as he brought his lips to yours and breathed you in, it felt like a lifetime since he’d touched you like this. Your free hand rested on his stubbled cheek and kept him close to you. He broke the kiss and rested his forehead on yours smiling.
“So i’m the love of your life then?” You asked cheekily.
“Always.” He began to kiss you once more when when Bobby barged in startling you both.
“OK love birds break it up. We got some serious work to do.”

True Form (Castiel Imagine)
A cute, fluffy Cas fic, where the reader is the Winchetser’s baby sister! Enjoy.
Muffled voices arguing in the motel room next door had announced Castiel’s arrival to you. He had came to see Sam and Dean, who had just found out about your relationship with Cas that had been going on for the past few months, and they were everything but pleased. Your big brothers were extremely protective over you and always gave the “if you hurt her i’ll kill you speech” to any man who dated you, but Cas was the last person in the world they thought they’d be giving the talk to.
“You’re not even human.” Dean scolded the angel with his finger pointed accusingly. “How can you love my baby sister? How can you fall in love with a human when you’re not even the same species.”
“Dean. I love all of you. We have been like brothers, you told me that yourself.” Cas started to defend himself.
“That was before I found out you were screwing my sister. Which by the way is messed up, because that’s not even your real body.”
“What i’m trying to say is I have been different from the other angels all my life. I feel things that they do not. I feel the love for your sister Dean, I would die for her.”
“Cas, I don’t want to look at you right now.” Dean turned his back to Cas and walked to Sam who hadn’t said anything the whole time but Cas knew he was agreeing with every word his brother said.
The sound of the angles wings in your room brought an instant smile to your face, you looked over your shoulder to see the trench coated being stood awkwardly in the middle of your motel room, a frown painted over his lips.
“Cas” You smiled before standing up and walking towards him, he put his arms out to hug you and you fell into his instantly, drinking in his unique smell and the feel of his vessel against you. His mood uplifted as soon as your touch connected with him.
“I heard you guys arguing in the next room. I’m sorry” You spoke into his chest.
“I have something I want to show you.” His face lit up.
“What?” You asked pulling away from the hug, but he wouldn’t let you go. Seconds later you were in a bright white room which looked like it had not floor, ceiling or walls, it just was.
Cas took a step back from you but kept your hand in his own.
“Where are we?” You asked in a hush tone, frightened of interrupting the peace that this room radiated.
“Heaven.” He smiled.
His body began to slowly fade away and you could no longer feel his grip in your hand. You panicked for a moment, although you felt safe in this space but you didn’t want to be left alone. You looked round and over your shoulder for Cas, but you were met with more white nothingness. The room began to brighten suddenly and as you started to squint your eyes to avoid the beaming light, high pitched noise began to play. The light grew brighter, pure white, and it began to wrap around your body. You felt a warmth wash over you as you were consumed by the light, and you shut your eyes. A wave of tranquillity engulfed you as you embraced the feeling, nothing on earth has ever felt quite like it, but then against this wasn’t earth.
The noise continued to play, it was inconceivable in that moment but simultaneously perfectly right. You couldn’t understand it, what it was saying, but you could hear whispers amongst it. You knew it was safe and you knew it was for you.
It all began to slowly fade away, taking a few moments to stop completely and to room returned to the plain white it was before and Castiel appeared beside you. He gently took your hand and moments later, you were back in your motel room next door to your brothers. You looked up at his face that was painted with an anxious expression, he seemed nervous.
“Cas.. that was incredible. Was that you?” You asked him, his worry changed to joy as he realised you enjoyed the experience.
“That was my true form.” He informed.
“Absolutely beautiful, Castiel.” You breather. You always knew he didn’t really look like his vessel, but it was almost impossible for you to imagine what he really looked like, and you never really tried. But you were left stunned by how his true form made you feel, it was as if he intertwined with your own soul and you became one.
“I just wanted to show you how I feel about you, your brothers don’t seem to think I can love you because i’m an angel.” He spoke coyly.
“I don’t think I’ve ever loved you more than I do right now, that was absolutely beyond belief. Such a magnificent feeling.”
You settled your lips on top of his in an attempt to explain how much that meant to you. He sunk into you, sinking his lips to yours and fastening you with a grip on your cheeks. He pulled back and smiled softly at you, your eyes stared into his with utter adoration.
“I’m so glad I could express to you how I felt”
“It was more special than any words. Sam and Dean don’t have a clue. I know how you feel about me, now more so than ever. And I wont let them get between us.” You stated. He reached to your lips once more, sealing your words in agreement with a kiss.

Girlfriend: Part 5 - Tease (Dean Imagine)
Series Summary: Sam’s suspicious behaviour has you and Dean curious enough to follow him, to find out he is meeting with a Demon in secret leaves you both in shock. Based on S4 demon blood story line with a darker ending.
Pairings: Dean X Reader, Sam X Ruby, Sam X Reader (platonic)
Chapter Summary: The majority of this chapter is smut, so 18+! Dean stumbles up to your motel room after days of not speaking.
MASTERLIST
"Get out of this house right now" Dean marched towards you and pointed his finger in your face. Your breath caught in your throat as he charged over to you. Bobby tried to get between you but Dean batted him away.
"Dean, please" you started to plead.
"Get. Out." He demanded, face stern and body defensive. You'd seen this look on Deans face countless times, but you never thought it would be aimed at you. You took a few steps backwards to create some space, feeling frightened of the man in front of you.
"OK." You whimpered. You walked towards Bobby who was stood in the corner wincing at the ordeal. You pulled him into a gentle hug.
"Love you. Hopefully see you soon." You whispered in his ear before breaking the hug. You turned round once more to look at Dean, you could see the hurt on his face. The tears were itching to come out but he wouldn't let them. You walked past him without saying anything and headed straight for the door, looking over your shoulder to catch his eyes for what could've been the last time. You left the house and got back into your stolen car, and drove around 10 miles to the nearest motel.
A few days had past, you hadn't got a lot of sleep. You still had no clothes with you, so your dress and shirt was now almost a week old and stunk. You took it off and stood in your bra and panties as you decided to wash the clothes in the sink with a bar of soap. Definitely not the most efficient method but it had to be better than nothing.
You were in the bathroom scrubbing the clothes with your hand when the door knocked. You put your body behind the door and opened it tactfully to not reveal yourself to whoever was there, presumably house keeping.
Your face dropped when you saw Dean stood at your door, stinking of whiskey. You could see the impala parked lazily behind him, he definitely shouldn't have driven here.
"How'd you find me?" You asked, still behind the door. Deans arm was propped on the door frame as he looked at you.
"Come on, it's not exactly hard." He pushed his way into the motel and it suddenly became very apparent that you were half naked. You folded your arms in an attempt to cover part of yourself up.
"Wow, you're putting on a show for everyone at the motel" He spoke as his drunk eyes ogled your body. You walked towards the closet to get the motel bath robe out to cover yourself up.
"Dean, you kicked me out, I have no clothes. And anyway, I'm single now right? So what's the issue?" You snarked from the closet. You heard foot steps behind you and you froze slightly, not knowing whether his actions would be friendly. They certainly weren’t the last time you were together.
He leaned down to your ear from behind, as soon as his breath hit your skin the goosebumps followed, almost sending a shiver. You could smell the alcohol on his breath and as he inched closer to your ear, as much as you hated yourself for it, you could feel your panties starting to heat up.
"You're mine" He grumbled lowly before gently tugging on your ear with his teeth. You bowed your head and sucked in the air sharply trying to control yourself.
"What's wrong, sweetheart?"
You could hear the smirk in his voice, although you refused to turn round and see it. You continued to reach in and grab the robe but dean grabbed your wrist and spun you around to face him. He pulled you out of the closet and closed the door behind you, he then picked up your other wrist and pinned them both over your head, letting out a small chuckle when he saw the expression on your face.
He inched his face closer to you, lingering for far too long. You titled your face up to try and reach his lips, but he just let them graze against his own and wouldn't kiss you.
"Dean.." you breathed out, now soaking wet wanting him to take you.
"Why should I give you what you want, huh? You seriously fucked me over. Fucked us all over. " He spoke. Your wrists were now both in one of his hands as the other gently traced your inner thigh.
"I'm sorry. I really didn't want to fuck anyone over. Just Dean.. please" you begged and bucked your hips into his hand. He now had his fingers tracing the outside of your panties
“You’re so wet” He licked his lips. He let your wrists go and you instantly put your arms around his neck, you walked your body into his and stared into his messy green eyes. You reached your lips up and placed them over his, he gently bit down on your bottom lip with a smirk.
He picked you up from the backs of your thighs and roughly dropped you on the bed. He positioned his body on top of yours, still fully dressed as he dragged his tongue from your middle down to your pantyline. He scrambled his jacket and shirt off in one and dropped them at the edge of the bed without breaking eye contact with you. His black t-shirt was tight against his broad shoulders and his amulet necklace was swinging from his neck. His lips were plump and wet and as he leaned down to remove your panties, his fingers grazed over your clit making you squirm.
His smug smile spread over his plump lips as he tugged your underwear down your legs, you absolutely ached for his touch. His fingers dragged up and down your slit before sinking into you for nothing more than a second, before they were out and stroking your folds again. He did this three more times, enjoying watching you crave him.
He stood up from the bed and began to unbuckle his jeans when you clambered over to him and took his belt from his hands into your own. You tugged them down, admiring his tenting underwear for a brief second before pulling them off to. You took his cock in your hand and jerked it before leading it to your mouth and sucking on his head. His hands found your hair and bunched it in his hands and he guided your mouth up and down on himself. You began to moan on to his cock when he pushed you off him.
“Why are you allowed any fun, huh?” He pushed you back on the bed and crawled on top of you. “You fucked everything.”
“I’m sorry.”
“Huh?”
“I’m sorry!” You yelled as your hand reached for his dick, attempting to put it inside you, but he knocked your hand away. He plunged two fingers into you without warning, causing a gasp from you. He began curling them in the exact right spot he knew you loved, while his thumb found it’s way to your clit. His lips lingered on yours, still barley kissing you as he teased.
“I’m going to cum” You moaned into his mouth as you felt the heat building inside you when he snickered and suddenly stopped.
“Dean!” You yelled in annoyance, you couldn’t hold out much longer.
You pushed him off of you and he sat up, legs over the side of the bed. You scrambled on top of him and kissed him properly, forcing your tongue in his mouth as he finally gave in. He lifted you in the air slightly so you could grab his cock and position it before sinking down onto it. He groaned into your mouth as you kept kissing and began to ride. His hands were gripping tightly on both your hips, you could feel the bruising forming beneath his finger tips. You were already close after all the teasing and began to ride faster. You pulled away from his lips as your hands laid around the back of his neck you could tell by his face he was close too.
“Cum with me” You said as your breathing began to shorten and pressure began to build up in your core. He began to grunt as your pussy gripped tightly around his dick as you rode out your high screaming, you felt the hot liquid fill you as Dean groaned in your ear.
You sat on him for a moment and looked into his eyes, now that the heat was gone you could see the real pain behind them and you started to feel immense guilt about the situation you’d put him in.
You got off him and went to the bathroom, no words spoken between you. You looked at the pile of clothes in the sink and snickered, you really didn’t see any of this happening. You knew you and Dean breaking up was your fault, you knew the intense pain and cause of the drinking was your fault too. Now that he was here, you were hoping you could talk to him, take full responsibility and hopefully try to clear the air between you both a little bit.
You got off the toilet and rinsed your hands in the full sink, you dried off and went back into the main room hoping to talk to Dean when you heard the door shut and seconds later, the impala engine roaring up. You walked to the window and moved the curtain back and saw Dean looking at your room, your face was sad as he stared at you with little emotion, and continued to reverse out of the car park and drove away.

Three’s A Crowd- Part 4 (Sam Imagine)
After a run in with Dean and a horrific date your night goes from bad to worse, until the morning after.
MASTERLIST
“I’m fucking calling him” You spat to your friends as your body crashed down on to Cara’s couch, the three of you had stumbled back to her place after your run in with Dean.
“Y/N.. is that a good idea? Maybe wait until you sober up?” Josh asked.
“I don’t give a fuck” You grumbled. You got your phone out of your pocket and phoned his number, it hung up instantly.
“He hung up on me..” You whispered in shock. Cara came by your side and pulled you into her as tears started to trickle down your cheeks. You knew Sam wasn’t your boyfriend any more, he hadn’t been for over half a year, but you still hoped he’d find his way back to you. You stayed loyal to him, you never got with anyone else. You went on a few shitty dates but no one even came close to being even half as amazing as Sam Winchester.
“I’m going to go to bed.” You got up from Cara’s embrace and started to walk towards her spare bedroom.
“Don’t text him!!” Josh shouted as you left the room
“I wont!” You called back.
“But I will give him a piece of my mind in a voice message” You snickered to yourself as you closed your bedroom door.
You kicked off your shoes and lay down on the bed, rummaging through your clutch bag for your phone and then dropping the purse beside you. You phoned him again, this time he didn’t hang up but it just rang out until it reached voice mail.
“I just ran into your asshole brother. Why are you allowed to go be with another girl now but when he came back I had to be gone? Was it just me? I’ve been loyal to you since the day you left and I know you didn’t ask me to but I couldn’t help it. I still believe you are my soul mate, Sam. Anyway.. just calling to say Dean is a dick, and I guess I wish you happiness with your new lady. That’s a lie, I don’t really, I’m just being polite. Okay don’t call me back in the morning I wont want to remember this when I’m sober. Goodbye.”
You dropped your phone out of your hand and it landed on the floor with a thud, you didn’t realise how high the bed was. You rolled over and got under the covers and passed out pretty promptly.
“You awake yet?” A gentle knock at your door started you, you sat up in the bed and the headache hit you straight away. Josh creeped into the room with two cups of coffee in his hands and sat down at the edge of the bed. You took it off him and thanked him, you were definitely going to need a lot of this today.
“Oh shit Y/N, your phone is all cracked.” He said before reaching down to his feet and picking it up. He clicked the home button but nothing happened, You must have broken it last night when you dropped it.
“How do you feel about everything from last night” Josh asked taking a sip from his cup.
“God, not good.” You replied. “I feel like my heart was broken all over again. It’s my own fault, I shouldn’t have kept carrying the torch for him when I knew we’d never work.”
“Feelings suck” Josh laughed
“I’ll drink to that” You raised your coffee cup and clinked it with his before sipping, the coffee beginning to wake you up.
An hour later Cara had offered to drop both you and Josh home. Josh only lived a few streets away and Cara didn’t mind driving.
“Thank you guys for last night, I was a bit of a mess.” You laughed from the back seat.
“Hey what are friends for!” Cara answered as she turned on to your street.
You looked down at your phone annoyed at how broken it was. You kind of hoped Sam would call or text back after that voice mail, but now you wont know for days if he even got it until your phone was fixed.
The man lived in your day dreams, even just with your head resting against the car window your mind was playing back the memories from your time together. When he handed you the beautiful charm bracelet and you knew you in that exact moment that you wanted to marry him, that moment is nirvana in your head. The feeling was bitter-sweet, the memory was as perfect as the man in it, but you would never have that feeling again with him and that pained your heart incredibly.
You and your friends sang along to some cheesy classics in the car, all three of you incredibly hungover and horrific sounding, but that didn’t matter. These were the memories you’d eventually look back on fondly, this was simply happiness with no complications, which is exactly what you needed right now.
“Umm.. Y/N why is there a literal Prince Charming sitting on your door step?” Josh asked. Your attention snapped up to look out the window when your eyes met the sight of the beautiful man sat on the step, dressed in his plain black suit with a navy tie, holding a single rose in his hand.
“That’s him” Cara spoke barley loud enough for anyone to hear, she was just as shocked as you.
She pulled into your driveway and you jumped out of the car before it had stopped. Sam switched his gaze from the rose in his hand to the vehicle pulling up. When you jumped out of the car a smile lit up his face and he started to walk towards you. You couldn’t hold it in, you were unbelievably smitten with this man and despite how much you wanted to stop and ask him about everything, your heart took control of your body and you ran and launched yourself into his arms. His chuckle as he picked you up and spun you around vibrated trough your body and you wrapped your legs around his waist, wanting to sink into him entirely.
He set you down and shyly handed you the rose, you noticed the ring on his finger and you grabbed his right hand to look at it. It was the one you had bought him, the one you had planned to propose with.
“I’ve worn it every day since you gave me it.” He said.
“But Dean said-”
“Dean lied.” He cut you off. “He’s been doing that a lot lately. I’m tired of him trying to control my life.”
“So there’s no other woman?” You asked, you looked into his hazel eyes, that were almost shining gold with the sunlight hitting them. They were creased at the sides from his beaming smile. He leaned down and pressed his forehead against yours.
“It will always only ever be you.” He whispered before finally pressing his lips to yours. The craving you had since the last day his lips touched yours was only growing deeper as Sam’s tongue entered your mouth. His hands were grasping you close to him as the two of you reconnected, your lips telling stories of how much you missed each other in greater detail than your words ever could. His fingers slid up your back and entangled themselves in your hair as your palm against his neck pressed the kiss deeper.
Your smile beneath his lips broke the kiss and he laid a series of small pecks over your lips and cheeks.
“I love you, Sam” You breathed, teeth baring in an undeniable grin. He held your hand in his and placed a small kiss on the back of it.
“I love you too, Baby.”
You turned to look back at your friends who were standing leaning against the side of the car, with arms around each other watching you and Sam reunite in fondness.
“Now I understand why you couldn’t get over him.” Josh joked inducing laughter from all four of you, Sam of course blushing after.
“Will you have me?” Sam asked motioning his hand to your house.
“Of course.” you replied. You began waved back at your friends and squeezed yourself against Sam’s side, his strong arm keeping you as tight as possible as you walked up the steps to your house. As you put your key in the door he whispered in your ear.
“Let’s go start the first day of the rest of our lives”

Three’s A Crowd- Part 3 (Sam Imagine)
Continuation from my series Three’s a Crowd. Read PART 1 & PART 2
You looked into the bathroom mirror and studied your make-up/ It had been a while since you got dressed up, but being forced on a date by your best friend with a guy from who work who has turned out to be a total pig, you cant help put look at yourself and think what a waste of an outfit. You swiped some more lipstick over your lips and puckered them together, took a deep breath and headed back out to the restaurant.
“Hi” You smiled as you sat back down, the table had been cleared of your plates and the bill was sitting in front of you. You opened your purse when your date Gary stopped you.
“Hey, a lady shouldn’t pay!” He took out his wallet and laid down the money for the meal.
“No tip for him, I didn’t like the way he looked at you.” He scoffed. Charming. You both got up out of your seats and he led you to the door where the valet got his car.
“You need a ride home?” He offered.
“No thank you.” You really didn’t want to spend any extra time with this guy tan you had to. This was one of the worst dates ever.
As his car pulled up he said goodbye and leaned down to kiss you, you awkwardly moved your head so he got your cheek and he tried for your lips again, so you moved your head again. You decided to evacuate from this uncomfortable situation and ended up pushing past him and mumbling a goodbye.
“Cara, pleaasseee tell me you and Josh are still at that bar.” You called your best friend and skipped the small talk, you needed a drink after that disaster.
“Yes” She laughed. “Come on round”
You called a taxi and took the five minute trip round to the bar that you and your friends frequented. In fact, it was the bar you met Sam in all that time ago.
“Get me a double right now” You groaned to your friends as you landed on a seat beside them at their table beside the bar.
“That bad, huh?” Cara asked sympathetically.
“When you’ve had the literal best, everything is that bad” You complained. Your drink arrived via a waitress moments after you sat down. You thanked her and necked it before ordering another.
“Come on sweetie, you’re not still hung up on that Sam guy are you?” Your friend Josh asked.
“I’m not hung up.” You defended.
“Yeah right” Cara scoffed.
“I mean, he was the most perfect man in the world, I think about him a lot, we definitely would not have broken up if it wasn’t for his brother, and if he asked I would go back to him in a second. But i wouldn’t say hung up.” You explained to your friends who could do nothing but laugh at your attempt to play down the whole Sam thing.
“When was the last time you heard from him?” Josh asked.
“I think about 6 months ago. He text me a few times after we broke up to check on me, but he eventually stopped.” You spoke as you started to work on your second drink. Your heart still longed for Sam. It had been around 9 months since you broke up, but you hand’t even started to get over him. You knew you were meant to be together, and you were scared to get over him in case all of a sudden he came back. Wishful thinking, or maybe just foolishness.
The drinks went down plentiful and you had a lot of laughs, and had decided it was time to head home. The three of you busted out of the doors laughing at something stupid Josh had said, causing Cara to stumble into a car that was parked right outside the bar door. You laughed as she fell onto the bonnet but your face changed when you realised who’s car it was.
“Hey you OK? You look like you’ve seen a ghost.” Josh asked as the laughter quietened down.
“I think I have.” You eyes traced over the shiny black muscle car and landed on the plates. There was no doubt, this was Sam and Dean’s car.
“He’s here” You gasped. You almost lost your balance from a mixture of pure shock and the high levels of alcohol in your system. Your friends looked at each other with confusion. Your hand landed on the car to prop yourself up when you heard a deep voice yell.
“Hey lady, hands off” The voice grumbled. Your face dropped and you looked up, there was Dean stood in front of you. It took him a moment, but when he realised who you were his expression stiffened and his stance became defensive as if you were going to harm him.
“D-Dean?”
“Y/N, right?” He asked, pretending to give an interest.
“Please tell me he is here, I need to see him.” Your friends had gathered at either side of you and Cara was holding on to your arm, by Dean’s body language she was unsure if this exchange was friendly or not.
“He’s not.” He stated.
“Where is he?” You asked.
“In California.” His words were cold and with no emotion on his face. “With another woman.”

Girlfriend Part 4: The Boy King (Dean Imagine)
Series Summary: Sam’s suspicious behaviour has you and Dean curious enough to follow him, to find out he is meeting with a Demon in secret leaves you both in shock. Based on S4 demon blood story line with a darker ending.
Pairings: Dean X Reader, Sam X Ruby, Sam X Reader (platonic)
Chapter Summary: Sam has been drinking blood for 6 months straight without y/n and Dean to keep him on the right path. When y/n finally meets up with him it is not what she expected.
MASTERLIST
It only took a day and a half in a stolen car and you were at the address that Sam had text. You hadn’t heard from him since, or Dean for that matter. As much as leaving Dean broke your heart, you were doing this for him. For the part of him that desperately wishes Sam was back hunting with you both. But Dean was far too stubborn, and far too hurt by Sam’s choice of Demon blood over Dean to forgive him right now. Your heart longed to see Sam again. The best times of your life were with the three of you on the road, hanging out at Bobby’s, the bars in between hunts. Although you had made some amazing memories over the past six months with Dean, no matter how your relationship developed you knew deep down neither of you, especially him, could be truly happy without Sam. This opportunity to see Sam and try and get him home was a one time thing and you had to take the shot even if it damaged your relationship, possibly beyond repair.
The car door shut behind you as you stepped out to explore your surroundings. You were on a lane that led to an old house, looked as if no one had lived in it for a long time. There wasn’t any signs of Sam either which started to worry you, maybe Dean was right and this was a trap.
You grasped tightly at the gun in your hand which you had taken from the impala before you left. You started to edge towards the house. There was three small steps before the front door, with ankle length over-grown weeds covering them. As you creeped up to the last stair you heard voices. You heard a woman’s voice and two male voices, you were unsure if it was Sam just yet.
You creaked the front door open and walked towards the voices sheepishly, the closer you got you realised Sam wasn’t here, and the more frightened you became. You entered the room and Ruby was stood facing you smiling as she saw you, two males stood leaning against a wall chatting straightened up and squared off when you came in.
“Where is he?” You asked defensively, holding the gun up.
“Who, Sam?” Ruby asked with a smirk.
“Yes, Sam!”
“Wait.. you really fell for that?” She laughed looking over her shoulder at the two men, who you presumed to be demons.
“Tell me where he is or I swear to god” You threatened.
“Oh he’s here, but he doesn’t need help with a case. Come on y/n. It’s been months. He is so powerful, he doesn’t need help with anything.”
You pointed the gun at her and fired at her chest, you knew it wouldn’t do much but you were so pissed off at her attitude right now you couldn't control your anger. She instantly flung you up on the wall, your gun fell out of your hand and you yelled as your back smacked into the concrete. Your attention shifted from the demon bitch in front of you to the footsteps coming from the hall and when you saw Sam walk through the doors your face lit up.
“Stop” He spoke to Ruby, and when she didn’t let you down he clicked his fingers and all three demons dropped to the ground out cold and you were released from her grip.
Your emotions turned from joy to fear when you realised what Sam had done, she was right. He was powerful enough to snap his fingers and knock out three demons with out even a thought.. what had happened to him?
“Who are you?” You started backing up away from him as he kept moving closer.
“It’s me, y/n”
“N-no. You’re not Sam.” Your voice started to catch in your throat. Sam moved his collar down to show you his anti-possession tattoo to prove that it was still him.
“How did you?” You motioned towards the bodies of the demons.
“I’ve gotten really powerful, I’m ready to take down Lilith.” He spoke almost excitedly.
“Why do you need me here, Sam?” Your back was up against the wall you had backed yourself into and Sam was stood in front. Your breathing was sharp as your fear grew, you really wished you hadn’t came.
“To summon Lilith. I need some human blood, and I didn’t want to take a civilian. I knew you would come if I asked.” He explained.
“What? Sam.. use your own. I’m not going to be apart of this.” You tried to shove past him when his eyes flicked back and he put his hand out to stop you.
“The power comes with a downside.” He spoke lowly. His eyes changed back to his gorgeous hazel that used to be so full of hope, love and joy. Now seemed to be quite empty.
You squirmed away from his grasp and tried to run but he raised his hand and closed the door, stopping you from escaping. You spun round to face him.
“Are you a Demon now?” You asked, not even really wanting to know the answer.
“No” He scoffed. Your unease was obvious, your face always did express your emotion too well. You could be read like a book by anyone who knew you.
“Y/N please, I know it’s scary..” He began.
“You have no idea.” You began to tremble as Sam started walking towards you again. You didn’t know what he was going to do, what is intentions were.
“I’m still me. I’m still good. The black eyes is all temporary, I’ll stop the blood once Lilith is gone, which can be tonight if you help me” He spoke.
“Do I get a choice?” You started to tear.
“Of course. I’m not going to keep you against your will.”
“Then open the door, Sam. Please let me out.” You begged.
“Seriously? You want me to bleed an innocent? This is huge Y/N. You won’t die, I just need enough for the summoning. It’s for the biggest cause in the world right now.”
“Open the door.” You pressed. He did as you said, and with his hand he reached behind you and opened the door. You ran straight out the door and with shaky hands started to hot wire up your ride. As soon as the engine started, you sped out of the lane and on to the nearest road. Bobby’s house was about 10 hours away so you floored it, and made it in 8.
The mascara stains were still on your cheeks from your argument with Dean two days ago, and you were still in your dress and his shirt. The urgency in your knocking on his front door had Bobby run to it with a shotgun in hand, and when he saw it was you in a horrific state he let you in instantly. Bobby wasn’t the most emotional man in the world, but he pulled you into a hug straight away and you couldn’t hold anything in anymore, you stood and sobbed on his shoulder.
He walked you to the living area after a moment and set his gun against the wall. He wen to walk into the kitchen but you stopped him. You put both hands on his shoulders and looked into his eyes, your expression reiterating how serious you were.
“Please tell me Dean is here.” Your words were heavy and started to concern Bobby.
“He’s upstairs. He told me about your fight” He spoke calmly, he didn’t understand what was going on.
“No this is about Sam.”
“Sam?” He asked. You let go of his shoulders and took a sharp breath. Obviously Dean hadn’t told Bobby what the fight was even about.
“Yes. I went to see him Bobby and it’s bad.” You explained.
“How bad?” He asked.
“I think..” You paused for a moment, these were the hardest words you would ever have to say. “I think we might have to kill him.”
As soon as the words were out of your mouth you seen Dean in the corner of your eye standing in the hall way listening. You looked up at him as the tears had began to creep down your cheeks again for the umpteenth time, the look on his face broke your heart into a million pieces. You knew you had to tell him eventually, but this is not the way you wanted to do it. You stared into his eyes as he began to well up, this is exactly what he had been trying to avoid. What he didn’t know wouldn’t hurt him. But now he knows the truth about his brother and what happened to him and now the responsibility of dealing with him lies on his shoulders. How would he ever be the same after this?

Happiness (Castiel Imagine)
Cas has been avoiding you since his deal with the empty because you are his true happiness.
Your eyes scanned over the 100th website of the hour, searching lore for a spell or a weapon that could kill whatever creature it was that you, Sam and Dean had been attempting to hunt. Over the last few weeks, three children had gone missing and after talking to one of the children’s friends, they claimed there was a pony by a river that their friend had got on, and as the child walked the horse into the water there was a thunderstorm which caused them to run, they never saw their friend after that. On top of this, there had also been two men who had gone missing, and the rumour was that a beautiful, naked woman by the same river had led them to their death.
“Mermaid? Mermaid- Seahorse hybrid?” Dean started rambling from across the motel room.
“We need help on this.” You stated.
You picked up your phone to call Jody, and while scrolling through your contacts your eyes paused on Castiel’s name. You didn’t save him in your phone as his nickname. You always loved his full name, and despite him not having very much angelic abilities like he used to when you first met him, you found his name so graceful and beautiful, and he had told you before he liked the way you said it. He hadn’t rang you in weeks, nor had he made an appearance. Since Jack came back, Cas was avoiding the bunker like the plague. Whenever he needed anyone, he made them come to him, but he was yet to call you. You and Castiel had a close relationship, sometimes flirty. You had feelings for him for a long time, and at points you thought he might too. But his behaviour lately had you questioning if he ever did.
“Y/N?” Sam called your name. You hadn’t realised that you had been in a day dream thinking about Cas. You snapped your attention up to Sam, and put your phone down forgetting what you were about to do after being lost in your thoughts.
“I’ll call someone.” Sam smiled sympathetically, not even knowing what was bothering you, but he knew it was something and he would want to help out any way he could, it’s just who he is.
Sam called two numbers, both didn’t pick up. He tried someone again, with better luck.
“Hey buddy, I know you’ve been busy but Dean, Y/N and I are on a small case if you have a chance can you help?” Sam spoke down the phone. “Were in Iowa, i can text you the motel and the info. Thanks” He hung up the phone and shut his laptop.
“Cas is on the way” He informed you and his brother. Your heart froze for a moment at the sound of his name.
“Wait, really?” You gasped.
“Yes, really” Sam laughed at you.
“Oooh, getting excited to see your angel boyfriend again?” Dean teased. The boys both always joked about your and Cas’ relationship but what they didn’t realise was how hard not seeing him actually was for you.
“Stop. I haven’t seen him in a while. I’m just surprised he’s dropping by.” You brushed the moment off.
Later on that night you heard the door knock. Sam and Dean were both sleeping, Dean in his bed and Sam folded over a book on the table. You knew it would be Cas, so you got up to answer.
When you opened the door and saw the angel, you instantly felt the butterflies in your stomach. You were so pleased to see him, it had been too long. You greeted him with a smile, but the butterfly feeling in your stomach was soon replaced with a dagger when he completely averted your gaze and pushed into the room past you.
“Y/N.” He greeted you with an emotionless grumble of your name as he walked past and went to wake Sam and Dean. They both woke up groggy but adjusted immediatley when they saw Cas.
“Good to see you buddy” Dean greeted him, he stood up and patted Cas on the back as he walked past which earned a smile.
“Yeah, Cas. Thanks for coming. Did you get the information I sent about the case?” Sam asked.
“Yes it’s a Kelpie” Cas informed.
“What’s that?” You asked.
“A monster.” He spoke without looking at you, directing his answer at Sam and Dean even though you asked the question. “It’s a type of shape shifter, water spirit. It shifts into different forms to lure people to their death very hard to kill.”
“Do we know how to though?” Sam asked.
“Yes, their bridle. When you have a hold of their bridle when they are in the form of a pony, they become weak. However it has the strength of 10 horses.”
“Alright. Well that sounds like an milk run, do you want to head out with Cas, Y/N?”  Sam asked you.
“No.” Cas responded before you could. Sam and Dean looked at each other in confusion as your gaze found the floor, feeling completely embarrassed by how Cas was acting towards you.
“It’s OK i’ll go.” Dean volunteered, and headed out the door with Cas.
You dragged your feet over to the table to sit opposite Sam. He moved his laptop bag off the chair to let you sit. You could feel him looking at you, you knew as soon as you looked up he’d have his sympathetic smile painted on, ready to talk but to even accept that this angel now hated you was tough, you couldn’t bare to talk about it.
“You OK?” Sam asked.
“I just don’t know what I did.” You sighed, slouching down to put your head down onto your folded arms on the table.
You and Sam had decided to get drunk while Cas and Dean were gone as there wasn’t much else to do. The beer bottles littered the kitchen counter and the motel table. You were sat on the floor leaning against the wall facing Sam who was on one of the single beds.
“Why does Cas hate me now?” You asked your friend.
“I wish I knew what was going on. I know how much he means to you”
“As soon as his trench coated ass enters this motel room I am confronting him” you spat drunkly, chasing your words with your beer. Sam rasied his beer to your words in agreement. You scrambled up to get you and Sam two more when the boys came through the door.
“What the hell have you two been up to?” Dean asked as he wafted his arm through the air at the smell of the alcohol hitting him as he walked in. He had a new hole in his jeans and a bloody lip, but apart from that it seemed he was fine. Cas looked the same as always, perfect.
“I have to go now.” Cas informed before turning to leave.
“Hey, wait” You called, following behind. He stopped in his tracks but didn’t turn around.
“Goodbye. Y/N” He spoke to the wall in front of him, then continued out the door. You looked to Sam who’s facial expressions encouraged you to chase after him. You ran out the door and stopped Cas in the car park right in front of the car he had been using.
“What is your problem?” You tugged him around by the arm but he resisted. “Why wont you look at me?”.
“Y/N” He whispered your name, tilted his head back and shook it. He was clearly feeling something.
“What did I do to you?” You cried at him. He turned to you when he heard the hurt in your voice.
“You’ve done nothing wrong. It’s me. Something has happened and I can’t see you anymore. I can’t risk it”
“Can’t risk what?”
“Happiness.” His eyes began to well up. You didn’t understand.
“What are you avoiding me because you have feelings? That is so childish.” You grilled the angel. He looked up to the sky to keep his tears from spilling and breathed out sharply.
“That’s so dumb. Because I have them too.  I have for a really long time. And yes, it is definitely the beer giving me the courage to do this, but I know you feel it too. Or at least you did.” You began to rant,
“Stop” He whispered, but he didn’t mean it. He wanted to hear what you had to say, but he was scared of the consequences.
“Castiel” You took a step closer. His eyes closed at the sound of you saying his name. You took his hand in your own, he flinched at your touch but you grabbed it again and he kept it there, but refused to look into your eyes.
“I know it makes no sense, but from the moment we met, we always had something different between us. I know this is meant to be” You stepped closer to him, he had less resistance now. He wanted to be near you, he wanted to breathe you in.
You looked into his gorgeous ocean eyes that were glazed over with tears. They locked onto yours and you no longer needed to speak. His breathing got quicker as you stepped in once more, pressing your chest against his. He closed his eyes, a mixture of pleasure and pain. You brought your lips to his and gently pressed them together. He instantly melted into it, he had been waiting forever for you to do that. He stepped into you, and with his hand on the back of your head he deepened the kiss and soaked you in completely.
He stepped away with a beaming smile, until he spotted the black entity forming behind you.
“Y/N MOVE!” He yelled at you, shoving you out of the way as this shadow walked towards Cas with an arm out, extending darkness from the tips of it’s fingers which made its way to Cas and from the ground up it consumed him without even time for him to scream.
“Castiel?!” You screamed out. You looked around the parking lot, there was no traces of the creature or Cas. You began to panic and continued to scream the angel’s name. Dean came rushing out of the motel barley in time to catch you as you dropped to the floor sobbing, unable to move.
“Where is Cas?” He searched into your face for answers. You could barley see through your tear-blurred vision but you could make out the worried expression on Dean’s face. You cried and collapsed in his arms barley able to find enough air to breathe.
“Y/N, what happened?” He stood you up straight to ask you again.
“He’s gone.”
