met during their trainee days through seth, who used to be a jyp trainee together with chris. were super cuddly together and had a really cute relationship. they were eachother’s ‘first’ and he will always hold a special place in zara’s heart. broke up because she was due to debut in a month so they decided that she should focus on her career. as great friends to this day and talk regularly. zara even posted about his debut with stray kids on her sns. 

bts’ jungkook (nov 2016- jun 2017) 

met at an end-of-the-year award show and after exchanging numbers and talking for a bit, they decided to give a relationship a go. had a really cute relationship but ultimately decided they were both far to busy to have a partner right now. still keep in touch and even though they are not necessarily best friends, they are still friendly. 

ikon’s ju-ne (sep 2017- feb 2018)

met junhoe through akari, who is friends with donghyuk. their relationship was really fast-paced and they got together rather quickly. nobody saw this pairing coming, to be honest. not even akari or dk who are friends with both of them. were cute together and had a good time but, much like zara’s other two relationships, they decided that they didn’t have time for love right now and broke up. because they got together so fast, they didn’t really have time to become friends so they don’t keep in touch. they are friendly towards eachother but don’t go out of their way to talk or whatever.

met at a music show during supernova’s promotion time for hobgoblin and seventeen’s promotions for adore u. exchanged numbers and hit it off right away. didn’t break up because of a fight or another scandalous reason, they honestly just found it hard to keep a relationship with their busy schedules. they did hook-up about three times after their breakup, but nothing serious came out of it. are still friendly with eachother and most often pretend as if they never dated. 

nct’s taeyong (jan 2017- dec 2017)

taeyong had the biggest crush on yin ever since yin entered sm entertainment and was lowkey crushed when he founf out that she was dating mingyu. bumped into eachother at the company and after a few times of meeting up and practicing dance together, they got together. taeyong still doesn’t know how he plucked up the courage to ask yin out. might have been the adrenaline pumping through his veins after yin kissed him at the end of one of their practices. had a really cute relationship, people didn’t know which one of them were the luckier one. were known as the visual couple between idols. both decided that they were way too busy for a relationship and decided to end it. are still friends and text a lot.

started dating when yeseul entered sm entertainment. had a really cute relationship and were a ‘famous’ couple among trainees. would always practice dance and vocals together. yeseul decided to end things before her official debut, even though jaehyun was opposed to it, he didn’t feel like it would be right of him to try to convince her to stay a couple. their careers come first, he understood that. are still friends to this day, a bit awkward though. fans have caught on to their awkwardness, they don’t know that it’s because they used to date.

had a really innocent relationship when seth was still at jyp as a trainee. they were really young and were just having fun together, nothing serious. broke things off because they decided that they work better as friends. don’t like to think about them being a couple because it cringes them out, bambam likes to bring it up though. great friends to this day.

ex exo member/soloist tao (nov 2013- jun 2014)

got together when seth was still a trainee. she though he was the coolest person ever and lowkey freaked out when he asked her out. dated for a while before calling things off. not for any particular reason, they just found out that they weren’t really compatible together. haven’t really talked since tao left exo.

super junior’s eunhyuk (jul 2015-)

of course, seth knew of hyukjae before they got together in 2015. she grew up listening to super junior and since they were in the fame company, it was hard not to know of him. met when seth was a special mc guest at inkigayo and they both immediately felt drawn to one another. hyukjae was kind of wary of their relationship at first and didn’t think they would last through his enlistment but they surprised themselves and everyone else around them. if anything, his enlistment brought them closer together. they would spend their every free moment texting and talking over the phone and they would always meet up during his free periods. received enormous backlash when the new of their relationship were released but they didn’t pay any attention to it. such a beautiful couple, literally everyone is jealous of their relationship. they do get into fights, most of them due to their age difference but they always make up. there was a time in 2017 when they had a huge argument and called things off for a month, but then got back together after talking things through. they just compliment eachother is every way possible. were voted as the idol couple most likely to get married. if you want more info about their relationship, here’s post!

met during their trainee days and hit it off right away. they bonded over the fact that they were both one of the few japanese trainees. had a really great relationship and things were looking great for them, both have even met one another’s family. in the end, they both decided that they didn’t have time for a relationship and called it off, which surprised literally everyone. they were right for eachother but the timing was wrong. friendly with eachother but quite awkward as well.

met through mutual friends. hit it off ight away and in the beginning were more like friends with benefits rather than a ‘real’ couple. in the end, they both decided that neither of them were looking for a relationship and called it off. not not on speaking terms but neither go out of their way to continue their friendship.

started dating when jiyeon was still a trainee. had a really great relationship but as jiyeon’s debut date was approaching, they made a mutual decision to break up. they remained really close friends afterwards and it times of stress or hardships, jiyeon would always turn to jonghyun. she was absolutely heartbroken when she heard the news of his passing and it affects her to this day.

leeteuk (may 2015- feb 2016)

knew eachother beforehand seeing as they are labelmates but didn’t really know eachother. they had a good time together but ultimately decided that it wasn’t going to work out and that they both were looking for something else. are still friendly with eachother and, most of the time, act as if they never were a couple.

always one to push the boundaries of korea’s music industry, mimi’s "lip & hip" music video is one of the most suggestive clips out of kpop in some time, as the member of kpop group supernova takes ownership of female passion through a subtle coming-of-age narrative in her first sm station song. the brash song features prominent edm and hiphop beats to relay the rapper’s impish tone while the chorus is driven by a clapping beat beneath mimi’s singing, with a sprinkling of bright sonic pops and synth whirrs propelling the banger of a dance track.

SUPERNOVA Announces Dates and Locations For First Ever World Tour

SUPERNOVA will be embarking on their first world tour!

On January 10, SM Entertainment announced that SUPERNOVA will be going on their very first world tour “To The Stars And Beyond”. The group will be visiting 16 cities during the two month long tour, which is also the biggest tour of any SM artist. 

They will kick off the tour with Seoul where they will be performing between February 10th and 11th, then they will head to Beijing and Hong Kong, afterwards traveling to Sydney where they will perform a concert on the 2nd of March, later traveling to Japan where they will be visiting Osaka and Tokyo. Afterwards they will be taking the tour to Latin America and holding concerts in Santiago and São Paulo. Only three days later, they will be kicking off their American leg of the tour in Los Angeles. Afterwards traveling to Newark and Chicago. Later, the group will be holding a concert in Canada, in Hamilton. SUPERNOVA will then go on their European leg of the tour, starting with London, then travelling to Amsterdam and Berlin and ending with Paris. 

SUPERNOVA began their “To The Stars And Beyond” in Seoul last year and have since gone on to perform in Bangkok, Taipei, and Singapore.
