A trip to Purgatory

*LONG POST ALERT*

Sooo in December 2017, I took some time off work and went on a solo road trip from California to Alberta on my birthday week to exploring Banff and Jasper National Park. Within the 7 days I’ve decided to add a Wynonna Earp filming location hunt into this trip cause I absolutely freakin’ love this shit show. It was definitely time crunching since the drive to Alberta took a little over 25 hours.

A huge shout out to moviemaps for providing all the locations, although it seems like some locations were not accessible to public and I didn’t have time to reach out to any of them due to me jamming too many stops into my road trip (I was planning on hitting up Alberta, and then Washington Oregon on my way back, wishful thinking ��\_(ツ)_/¯ )

So yup, I definitely needed more time, oh well… Maybe I’ll be more prepared next time. It has been an incredible journey driving around Alberta chasing daylight, photo shooting with frozen fingers (I am spoiled by California warmth… Don’t judge me) and scouting out locations. I’ve had the great honor to meet my very first earper pal @pleaseopenthedoor​ and invited them along to my filming location hunt adventure around Calgary. Thanks for joining me, T! Once again, it’d never be the same without your company.

So to conclude this trip, I’d like to share a bunch of photos of my trip to Purgatory with this amazing fandom, can’t wait to see what season 3 has in store for us, who’s excited?!

Thanks to Beau Smith for creating these awesome characters and Emily Andras for bringing this awesome shit show we all love to screen. Along with the whole cast and crew’s hard work in front and behind the camera. I wish I could’ve done more to show how much I appreciate this show, but I guess this is all I got for now, till next time, Purgatory!
